They are always busy but the kids working there do a great job keeping things moving.

Usually when I go here its fine without much problem. Today however was crazy. There was only one poor girl running the place and she was having problems with the ice cream machine. Meanwhile a line was forming and a couple people left. The poor girl was stressed and had to call her manager to help her with the situation. After about 25 minutes or so of waiting/debating on leaving, we finally got our order. I know its not the summer, but they need to hire more staff if they want happier customers! Its the weekend too. Poor managing all around!

This place never stays open during the business hours that are advertised. Online it says theyre open til 9pm. For the last two nights Ive arrived before 9pm and theyve been closed. Staying open during the advertised business hours might be a good way to run a business. Just sayin

I walked by this place and now my phone thinks I visited. Ugggg. I’ve been to this location many times in my early years. Not bad. Used their parking lots at lot to watch school fights.

The stuff was good but the line was really long they could use a second person and other half of the window to wait on a second customer so that way the line wont be so long

Had a great experience here. The service is quick and the staff are friendly. Their ice creams are awesome as usual. Prices are slightly high but the quantity and quality is perfect.

Busy but quick service

Quality is typically always good. I understand with being in a pandemic places are closing earlier than normal. However I drove all the way over tonight because your site states you are open and do not close until 9pm. I walked up to the walk up window and was turned away because the employees told me the were closed. This was upsetting to me I was craving a blizzard all night and waited until I put my baby to bed to be able to come get one to be turned away. Please update your hours online if you are not open.

Delicious soft serve sundae but not enough hot fudge

Staff is terrible. The place closes at 9 and I get there at 8:48 to get told the place is closed.

Very friendly staff. Great menu. Pet friendly. Family friendly. Outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. Ramps on both sides of parking lot, Handicap accessible. Currently has Happy Hour Specials on weekdays. Limited menu but thats just Dairy Queen. Nice Patio tables & chairs with umbrellas outside in front.Theres old wooden picnic tables with bench, in back of parking lot, to sit with your dog or rambunctious children. Very welcoming & accommodating, even with pets. Brought our dog with us for walk, stopped for an ice cream, they gave us an extra doggy dish of vanilla ice cream... We all had a great experience & now we go by 1-2×/week.

Great customer service

Good basic DQ quality, but unfortunately Ive never been to this location and actually received what I ordered. There are almost always at least there incorrect results for my 7 person familys order.

I love the light, fluffy ice cream here - especially the chocolate and vanilla swirl with jimmies. The Flurries are also delicious (try the coffee Oreo!). No seating, and nothing fancy on the inside to say the least, but great spot to grab an ice cream cone.

This is an excellent location in Beverly; right by the schools and in a safe environment. I came today with my love and our fur baby and they gave us a bowl of water and some ice cream for him! The service is excellent and super nice.

Every time I drive this route, I stop in. Love their drinks. A tad slow most of the time but you always get what you’ve ordered and it right. If there are people in front of you expect to wait for a while. Also, expect to pay a little more. But worth it.

Good tasting ice cream for the occasional craving. Birthday cakes are bomb. Always have a young energetic group behind the counter with smiles on.

Dear Dairy Queen I was recently gonna get a blizzard from your location in Beverly in November 9th 2019 I went at 9:30 two of your employees where there and I went to go pull on the door and it was locked. I was aware that you didn’t close till 10pm. The workers were talking and one said sorry the other laughed. The worker came out and shook a welcom may off and went back also he waved. I would like these two workers to be fired both were boys. As well as for others to be educated on this stuff.

Theres nothing like a DQ cherry dipped cone after a day at the beach! The Beverly location is usually very busy but they do a terrific job keeping up with the demand. And its almost entirely high school age kids that work there. They work hard.

The ice cream was good, dont get me wrong, but they only serve that and hot dogs. They also do not have a drive through. So, if youre looking for a meal (other than hot dogs) and to not get out of your car, this is NOT the place.

Slow service, cones are a bit small for the price compared to other DQs.

Its Dairy Queen, good place to get a nice frozen treat. This is not a sit down restaurant Dairy Queen like those other weird ones, this is the real deal. They have great ice cream, may I suggest the vanilla soft serve with the cherry dip. They also have Ice Cream cakes and other frozen treats available for purchase. You can also order a custom ice cream cake if you call ahead. The service is always on ok, what you would expect from an ice cream stand that has high school kids working the counter. A nice inside tip, ask if they have any mistakes....

Ice cream with great staff...quick clean and polite service.

Have had some very sad service. Ice cream is good though. Service issues are confusing the orders, making mistakes, serving people out of order (causing lots of frustration and extended wait time!), as well as staff members disappearing into the back and leaving their colleague alone with a full waiting area. Three stars are for flavor and choices.

The Beverly Dairy Queen location was so unsanitary I will not be returning after today. First of all, I noticed neither of the two employees making ice creams were wearing gloves or hair nets, isn’t that a food service policy? And then the cashier that was touching all the DIRTY money decided to be nice and try to help by making my ice cream cone.. she didn’t use hand sanitizer, wash her hands or wear gloves. So I was too grossed out to eat the cone I paid for and felt bad complaining since the customer in front of me was returning her ice cream because it was wrong. I really think that needs to be addressed!! Also, the blizzard we ordered wasn’t even the right one. 🤦🏻‍♀️ This is the first time we’ve had an issue here but I am honestly too grossed out to go back.

I dont think dislike is the proper word its just from last year to this year their sizes have changed quite a bit ear large now looks like a medium and they medium looks like a small.

Ok, so yesterday my sister Mary an I stopped at dq, in beverly I got a Carmel sundae, but was disappointing, the girl did not put the icecream in the tall plastic cup, an instead put it in a small cup with the Icecream giant an Carmel dripping down messy! The girl did not think! Omg! Teenagers!🤨

Employees are totally lost & confused. The place is a mess. Sloooooow, looooong line. Rowdy teenagers as far as the eye can see. Messed up orders and no way to fix it.

Dairy Queens a staple around here now that they built the Middle School directly across the street then probably raking in the dough I know my son wants to go there often to purchase a $7 scoop of ice cream!

I took my 3 kids (ages 9, 6, and 4) for a hot dog dinner at Beverly DQ. Not only was service very nice and fast, but when my daughter dropped her hot dog on the ground, it was replaced with a fresh one at no extra charge. Thank you.
