Awesome store, I would recommend this store to everyone. They have a good attitude toward the public, with professionalism in the mix. They try to sell you the extras like any good salesperson. All in all it was a good experience. Keep up the good work!

Service members were intelligent and helpful. Our checkout took a little bit long because the store was crowded and new employees were being trained. I always dread going into Verizon stores, this one is definitely better than most.
I somehow messed up my phone and had to go to Verizon to get my phone fixed. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful had it fixed in minutes. Thank you so much.

L.J. the manager was beyond what I could have ever imagined in customer service. I worked with three tech supports and none of them could solve my problem. L.J. was VERY confident that he could solve my problem and that he did. He worked on my phone for about 45 minutes. He was very kind and knowledgable. Please reward him for going way of his way.

Had some weird issues, but the people here were always willing to help. Very polite and professional. Came back after summer break, no number, no plan, no wi-fi or phone line to call home. Walked right in and they hooked me up within ten minutes. These guys have gone above and beyond and their customer service is top notch!

Like any technology store its best to be somewhat organized, know what you want before you shop. That being said, this is a great place to get a new phone or upgrade. They looked for best fit and deals for me. Pointed out where I could save $.
No place for seniors to sit who have had surgery or canes, walkers, hip and knee replacements, etc. Little, low, foot cushion type to sit on, no arms to help get yup. Then the salesmen come and have to kneel or bend over you to talk. Not senior or handicapped friendly environment. Nice young salesmen do try to help. Store was full of older people, not college students. Wait time is getting better.
Must be nice working here, its never open!in response to the owner: maybe you should open the store, that would be pretty satisfying for your customers.

Theyre alright, the store itself is alright, organized and nice atmosphere and very roomy, which lends itself on days when its crowded which are many during the week. Most of the staff are stiff, cranky, and pushy and dont care much about your personal needs or budget however, and are visibly transparent about pushing products on you to rack up their commission by the end of the day. But theres a couple nice people. Use the ATM to pay your bills, if you need help when you go in, be extremely firm about what youre looking for with them and what you want to take with you when youre checking out. Thats all!
Verizon sucks no customer service unless you are buying something. Verizon prices are too high

Because my old phone died my bill doubled cause the new phone uses more data cause its better and faster
I’ve been to this location several times, and everyone is always very nice and helpful. Most recently, Steve and Josh assisted me in purchasing products. I appreciated their help and honesty, as well as the time they were willing to take to help me with my old phone that was having issues. Actually, several of the employees took the time to help figure out the issue, which really impressed me. Usually going to a store like this isn’t very fun, but everyone at Verizon BR made me actually enjoy being there. Thanks again!
I went there to get phone service for my business and to upgrade my cell. The phone for my business didnt work out my business phones are too old to work with the new system.I did get the new cell phone and its great.The sales lady was named Broghan and she was very kind and helpful.
Bronagh was very patient and understanding of my needs. I had several concerns and she took the time to address everything. She knew more about the technical aspects of phone hardware than most sales associates.
6pm on Saturday and I stop in with a battery issue- why is my max 90% with an 8 month old iphone. The lady tech pointed out 1 bar for cell service and asked about why/when I noticed. I didn’t- she pops in a new SIM card. Then she wants to reset a few settings, I’ll just need to setback a few things. She proceeds to WIPE OUT ALL of my personal settings......spent the rest of Saturday trying to get back to normal. So thanks for the new SIM card, wiping out my phone and SOLVING NOTHING.

Used to Love verizon up until they kept charging overages without telling me. Had bad customer service. They really need to step there game up, I switched to sprint and it has been way better for me. Shame on you Verizon.
Patrick was the best! Had a snafu or two after we got home and he patiently walked us through it over the phone. The entire staff is terrific!
Not friendly workers
The worst store I have ever been in. Went in to upgrade my phone and told the guy right up front that I wanted to simply upgrade my phone. No plan changes,no accessories just a dam phone. He kept pushing accessories on me to the point I told home we were done and I left. Ended up getting my upgrade through Walmart as they are authorized Verizon reps as well. The ladies there were friendly and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I would highly suggest going to Walmart and skipping the Big Rapids Verizon store all together.

Hate going into this store. Very minimal selection, and the wait times are ridiculous. Got there right after the store opened and waited an hour just to have a ten minute question answered. The staff are nice enough... Just never something I look forward to doing. Dont have to worry about that now as I switched cell services...
I was sold over $300 in devices for our business with the expectation that it would work in our area. False, now I have to pay more money to terminate the contract and pay another company to provide the service Verizon promised. Not happy at all!

The Sales Rep made sure we got the best of the best phones but he set our account up wrong. We ended up paying double what we were suppose to pay two months in a row because we didnt realize the mistake. We didnt get a refund of our money and we are really unhappy with the first few months with verizon. Wish we stayed with AT&T.

Was told that people where going above and beyond worse customer service I have every experienced, Dont come back here. Girls were very rude where doing personal texts while waiting on me, was 2 hours, never called tech service, what a joke dont spend any money at one of these stores call the verizon directly or do it on line

While we were helped right away (only 1 other customer in the store) we received an I dont know and no offer to find out on a tech question. When we went to pay, the cashier didnt know how to run the credit/debit machine. We use a credit card that deducts directly from our checking account, it is not a debit card, it is just a credit card, your suggestion tojust put in any PIN # doesnt even make sense. Neither does insisting it IS a debit card because the machine says it is!
When Verizon was Alltel; it was second rate! When Alltel was Century Tel; it was 4th rate! Now; it is #1 rated with me! That is all because of the GREAT service you get when you walk through the door .. especially from Cody! This was not always the case! A few years ago; I was having an issue with my phone service! I went in there and left because of the non-service I was receiving! A few weeks later; I tried again and I again walked out disatisfied! The 3rd time; this stranger named Cody helped me and he has been the man to go to ever since! The other techs are really capable, too, but Cody goes above and beyond to make and keep me satisfied! Sometimes I might not understand what he is saying, but I trust him enough to not worry about it! Just like a couple of weeks ago with my new super duper moto android I needed to swap it out with my old phone! Cody told me what to do and the transition went smoothly! So; go to Verizon of Big Rapids! You will not be diappointed! Do you hear me now?

Staff was helpful in getting me set up with service for my Ipad. It was advertised that Walmart in Big Rapids carried Sim cards and they did not. I found them here and was up and running within minutes.

My husband and I had a very bad experience at this store. The young gentleman we worked with was not informative and rude in how he was explaining the plans to us. We were trying to add an additional line to a plan I have had for 8 years and now we are switching services. He offered no additional help in trying to make us stay Verizon customers, I am very disappointed with Verizon.

Very poor service. Yes, Im old and not tech savvy, but felt my sales person was rude. In fact, one who I was speaking with went back in his office, never returned, although I waited for a half hour. I now need a new IPhone, but will go to Sams Club, much more professional.
