I was hoping for more from their deli, for example salads like coleslaw, potato salad and pasta salad. There also were no small lunch plates such as cheese and meat. Other than that, the store was clean and checkout was fast.

So love Meijer. After 6 years in the south with no Meijer, just walking in the store I felt like I was home again. The Mt. Pleasant store does need help in their bakery though. Worse donuts I ever had at Meijers!

Some good sales here on food. Everything else is kinda pricey. Nice store though. Pretty clean and organized. Staff is nice.

Meijer is a good grocery store. they have a great atmosphere, and good delicious Food. And there deserts are fantastic to. And when you need someone, theres always someone there to help you.

This is one of my favorite locations. The store has always been clean organized and very well kept, at every visit Ive made. The staff is always helpful and friendly. And the produce speaks for itself!

Today is 6/8/21. I had a really great cashier named Alex. She was awesome! When I spend hours of my time selecting the best produce, bakery and dairy items, as well as matching coupons to the products, I really appreciate a thoughtful cashier who packs my 421.00 order in a sensible manner without crushing, slamming or squishing my items before I leave the store. I will continue to spend my hundreds of dollars here at Big Rapids Meijer store if they keep people like her. Thank you, Alex. You really represent!! Best wishes. Becky Brace

Clean. Well stocked. Helpful staff. Only knock is that they frequently have limited lanes open during peak hours - but this is no different from Walmart across the parking lot or many other large chain grocery stores. Gets very quiet when Ferris is out over the summer.

I enjoy shopping at Meijer. It is a peaceful experience and the store is always clean, organized, and well stocked. Customer service gets an A+ as well.

Im temporarily staying nearby and I have visited this location of Meijer almost every day for the past 10 days. I usually stop in during the evening hours, right around dinnertime. I am disappointed to say that I usually find the aisles in disarray and very poorly stocked. I realize that Im visiting at the end of a long day, but this is not the only big box/department store Ive frequented at later hours. It is, however, the most poorly organized and operated store, especially for Meijer. On a more positive note, the employees are all very well trained and supremely courteous and helpful. Every team member Ive interacted with has been friendly, open, pleasant and knowledgeable about their department. On the only occasion that I asked something the employee didnt know the answer to, she immediately reached out to her associates and got the answer. Staff gets 5/5 stars, availability of products gets 3/5 stars, but cleanliness and organization gets only 2/5 stars, and thats probably being generous.

Same old meijer. I would be nice to have people there that will do there job. We bought a fish yesterday and wanted to get a Mario moss ball and the worker said she didnt no how much it was. So my husband herself and i stood there. She never called for help to get price or look in the fish book for price. She just stood there and keep saying ya I dont know. Needless to say I only got my fish I was upset at the sheer laziness from big rapids miejer employees. Ill just be driving the extra to go to petco or petsmart. On the plus side he gets along with my frogs❤

Considering how much money I monthly leave there, I wish I had stock in the company. Although not the cheapest game in town, I find the freshness of many products, i.e. produce and meat, consistent and reassuring.

If you need a grocery store with everything you need while on vacation, go to Meijer. Then you can buy $100 of stuff you seen on sale also. Always worth it

I am going to start driving to Meijer in Cedar Springs!This Meijer is the worst, if you want a item on sale better go in the am, they never restock items when they are low or shelves empty. It’s not that they run out, it is because their employees don’t bother to restock. Every time the item I have asked for due to no stock they go back and return with boxes of said items.I’m tired of driving there snd having to ask for several items on my list!!!

Having shopped at Walmart for years, switching to Meijer has opened my eyes to how terrible Walmart is. Just the quality of customer is enough to cover for the slightly higher prices. I would rather spend more than have to deal with 400+ lb stinking blobs of fat on scooters in every aisle. Gone are the days of shopping at a store where customers regularly defecate on the floor. Their general merchandise may not be as varied but their grocery is so much better.

Why did you just remove Siggis yogurt from your shelves. Vanilla flavor Siggis has NO cane suger!!!

My mother is in her sixties and she’s been shopping at this Meijer location for years. More recently she has been care taking of my father who experienced a life altering stroke this past year. Yesterday, while making a routine shopping trip with my father, she forgot her receipt at the self check out lane and was stopped at the store exit due to a magnetic tag affixed to a Phillips electrical razor she purchased for my father. She was accused of theft by store staff since she was unable to produce the paper receipt and was treated rudely by staff even after they confirmed she paid for the item. While I understand store staff have a responsibility to prevent theft, treating older generation shoppers so aggressively over forgetting a paper receipt is just disappointing.

I have used the flashfood app here twice, and both times I feel I got a great deal for the price I paid.I have been a Meijer customer, and cant remember a negative shopping trip. The only problem I did have was with the pharmacy. Never enough prescription meds, and having to go three and four times to get my meds. And these are prescriptions that I have taken for years. There were no problems until they upgraded their system.

Michigan chain big box store with groceries, pharmacy, clothing, etc. If you need it they probably have it. Clean with well labeled aisles.

I always really enjoy coming to this Meijer. I dont live here and when I come to visit this is always where I grab my groceries from. Im here about three times a year and every time Im in this store its well stocked and clean. Recently my mother and I were here and we stopped the manager to ask where something was and he didnt hesitate to walk us to the exact isle the item was located. So with helpful staff and a clean and welcoming environment I cant recommend this Meijer enough. Especially considering there is a Walmart near by that Ive only visited a handful of times and had that quality Walmart experience... Do yourself a favor and shop here when youre needing to. Youll be happier for the experience. 😊

Love the store...except for when I had a Question...spent a week in another state and went to Meijer for the first time...during which I had multiple questions regarding where stuff was...if they carried a certain brand...what the return policy was on certain items...etc Not one question was answered...so while the store is clean and the employees are friendly, there seems to be a small issue with training so I can only give them 4 stars!

Good place to go for just about everything you need. Look out for the 10 for 10 deals. Also dont use the 5 item or less checkout if you have any produce, it is a very big hassle.

They do a great job with there meat and produce. And its nice how they give back to there employees, great incentives to working there.
