I had a great experience yesterday with my appt. I met with Heather Bush right away at my scheduled appt time. Lauren was very pleasant and helpful. Heather did a nice job of making me feel comfortable. She was very efficient in administering the hearing test and explained the results in an understandable fashion. She knew her products and explained my options for the hearing aids. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Hearing Life in Big Rapids.

I am posting this for my husband but he loves this place, they are all so gentle and nice to him, they got him the help that he needs.
