Upon my arrival, there was a man working at a desk. He never looked me in my face when he spoke to me. He made me feel as if I were a complete nuisance. But then, a woman came out, I think her name was Penny. She was friendly & addressed my concerns. She ordered my compression sleeve for me. It has now been almost a week and a half & I have recently received a call from her saying she has my new sleeve in office awaiting my pickup this Monday. Very nice. Efficient. And friendly.

Ive previously had several poor experiences with customer service in the healthcare industry. Ive always had acceptable service from CareLinc but most recently I worked with Kyra and she was PHENOMENAL!! She was understanding and went above and beyond to help me. Youre very fortunate to have such a compassionate and understanding person on your team.

Now this is what I call Customer Service!!! I was traveling from out of town and had forgotten to pack an important component of my CPAP machine, and was literally desperate to find what I needed. It was Kyra Rieves to the reacue!!! She was able to locate the missing part for me, got me back and up running, and made me smile the entire time! I cannot recommend CareLinc and Kyra enough!!! 2 thumbs up AND 5 stars!!! (Thank you Kyra!!!)

Carlinc has been providing my c-pap supplies for over two years. Last week I lost part of my mask during my travels. Kyra took my call and assured me that what I needed was in stock. She informed me that she would be keeping my supplies at her desk, and when I had not showed for a few days she called me as I was literally pulling into the parking lot. Devine timing. It was refreshing to be treated like a real person. She has always been professional, helpful, and her genuine concern is evident. Thanks Kyra for your professionalism and empathy.

The guy that waited on me lacked in friendliness in a major way, but the lady that assisted me (who apparently specializes in compression sleeves?), was very friendly, polite & helpful. Unfortunately, I neglected to catch their names but I was in there at approximately 1-2pm on Friday, 3.Sept.21.

Jon was a wonderful help when trying to select which breast pump I wanted to get!

When my husband left Mary Free Bed, Airway Oxygen was their in-house medical equipment retail Co. His fault for leaving MFB in only 4 days but he left with a used wheelchair. Hes had that for five years. Two days ago we took his prescriptions into CareLinc for a new wheelchair and a new shower transfer bench. Today they delivered both and by a very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful young man. Thank you Jon, for the job you did on what he needed... Quick courteous, took care of all the details. Exactly what he needed (wanted) in medical equipment. Seems to us that CareLinc runs a tight ship. Thank you.

Excellent service. I had issues with my machine, this location listened to my concerns and followed through with what they said they were going to do. Im a satisfied customer.

Sued me for a CPAP machine I turned in after I lost my insurance over 6yrs ago and are now garnishing my wages. So nice of them to rob me and take food out of my children’s mouths!!!

I recently had knee surgery and needed some things to help me get around, I was helped by Jonathon and he was incredibly helpful and sweet. I absolutely recommend going to see him for any recovery needs you may have!!

Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. Employees working the front desks were not welcoming at all. No sign of empathy or concern for customer situations. All employees seemed to be pre occupied with other things.A prescription was called in and verified it was sent by the Dr. Somehow it has not been received after 2 days. Had to visit Dr for follow up. Dr also called Carelinc and confirmed it was sent. A hand written prescription was dropped off. Still waiting on paperwork to be completed. Meanwhile patients suffer.Internal systems, care and health systems need to be improved for better care of our elderly.

Darrel is very good at his job!! Explained everything clearly and always made sure I didn’t have any questions Unanswered.

Daryll did a great job in every detail today! He took the mystery out of CPAP and sent me home feeling confident.

Darrell helped me out by reprogramming my machine and set me up with more supplies.He was even able to revise my address which I thought had been taken care of by a previous phone call to corporate.

They were wonderful to me I just got my equipment and of course I messed up a hose and Darrell was so great he hooked me up with a new one and explained all that was going on with it. I would highly recommend ppl to go to care Link..

How about 2.5 stars. The staff never ceases to amaze me. While not quite rude, the receptionist sorely needs training. A pleasant voice, courtesy, and lack of follow through. The RT we saw last week is not a good listener and gave the impression he didnt know what he was talking about. (My husband and I had a discussion about this when we left and he agreed.) Furthermore, he sat us at a table that was perpendicular to his; we had to keep our heads turned to converse. Also, I was a bit shocked, and I should have said something then, but the CPAP masks I tried on were put back in the drawer without cleaning. Really? Ive been using Carelin for well over 10 years and Im more disappointed then ever!

I was vary happy with the lady on the phone even tho she could not help me. However she did say she was going to send a email and see what the hold up was.un like the lady in the Greenville office all she said was there is no note in your account and thats it the call was done great service there i wont even give them a review if i do it would be a big 0

Although hard to find from Google Maps placement, once they were found they were very helpful and attentive to my needs.

They lost...cant find the Dr order we dropped off 3 days ago for my husbands TENS unit. 3 girls working there...not very professional...poor customer service.

Customer Service is not their strong suit.
