We gave this location a second chance, but it’s still lacking cleanliness and quality. Several of the machines weren’t working, floor is dirty and topping buffet does not look good. Huge difference compared to other stores we’ve been to.

This location is without a doubt the WORST Sweet Frog I’ve EVER been to. I have been to dozens of franchised locations, and some are occasionally out of a flavor or two. I get that. What I don’t get is how a location like this is OPEN on a Saturday and ONLY HAVE 3 FLAVORS. Upon entering, the employee started listing all of the flavors that were “out of order.” The list was so long he forgot the whole list! RED FLAG right there. This place looks more like a neglected middle school cafeteria than a welcoming froyo franchise.

I went approximately 12 minutes before closing and the doors were already locked and the employee behind the counter was packing all of the toppings up. I understand that whoever is closing probably wanted to get home, but your posted hours say open until 9pm. There were other people in the parking lot as well who were disappointed to see the doors were locked.

We went today and enjoyed our visit. The lady was super nice and helpful. She even went back and fixed the machine for me to get my vanilla yogurt. She was also very patient with our children. We will definitely be back.

Generic frozen yogurt chain. They are often out of flavors or have broken machines. The tables are almost always dirty. The toppings are usually kept filled and fresh though. They also have good deals throughout the month.

Decent selection and quality but overpriced.

Love to mix & match topping and frozen yogurt. It can get pricey though if youre not careful.

Way overpriced. ($22 for 4 people!) Wouldn’t take our gift card. Purposely obscure prices and only offer oversized cups to promote spending more. Used to be good but has gone downhill quite a bit over the years!

The hours on the door says they are open 1-10 on Sundays I go at 2:20 and they were closed with NO note on the door! Not very good if they want to make money. Good way to lose customers

If youre comparing number of topping choices, Sweet Frog has a bit more than nearby Frosty Parrot. But I find the frozen yogurt selections here not quite as good as Frosty Parrot.Be sure to get a punch card if you come by frequently. They also usually have deals on the Hooked iOS app.

I literally felt like I was an adult in a candy store! Oh well thats what I enjoyed. Pick any flavor yogurt and put literally anything you want on it. Only thing is be ready to spend a pretty penny bc its pretty expensive. Store was clean and employees were friendly.

The cashier was not friendly, or helpful at all. She Could care less what we wanted or tried to help us. Sign said t-shirts was 8.50. We were going to purchase one for My GrandDaughter, the cashier said it was an old sign, and the t-shirt was 16.00. For a childs small! We did not buy it, and wont be going back!

Good shop with good Froyo. They just started using the Hooked app to do promos and coupons, but when I went in today, they didnt actually have anything in Hooked I could use, despite the messaging in every corner of the store that says they have a promo running right now in the app. Not cool, Sweet Frog.

Pretty good place, it was just as good as usual but I was disappointed that there were no sliced strawberries this time.

This place would have been good but they were not open when we checked everywhere to make sure, it even said they we open on there own DOOR. So if you are like I want some sweet frog right now you are probably not going to get it.

I havent eaten here, but I had to go here to get gift cards for presents. This one is pay of the chain, unlike the Christiansburg one. You cant use Cburg gift cards at the Bburg one, but you CAN use Bburg cards at the Cburg location. Theyre working on getting it fixed to where its all good.

So much better than other froyo places. Flavors much better.

They have fewer options than the one in Roanoke. I love cashew as a topping, but they were out when I last visited.

Great Fro-Yo place in University Mall on University City Boulevard. Some of the machines tend to be broken sometimes though.

I love sweet frog!!! I love being able to choose my own toppings and flavors!!

I think they use real frogs its an opinion not reality . Really I dont know but I did hear a frog croaking . Just to stay safe I had a plain cone added sprinkles.
