Great little local ice cream parlor in downtown Boone. Cant recall the name, but they have this blue ice cream that is amazing. Lots of unique and awesome choices as they make their own right on site!

Love that they stay open even during winter! Sometimes you just need ice cream! They carry national brand so not a locally churned or unique to them brand, but we were not disappointed by our Hersheys flavors! Hubby especially loved the peppermint moose tracks they have for a limited time more.

Yummy ice cream with a good variety of flavors! They also have decent fudge options. The place is pretty hot inside! But conveniently located on kindly street and has cute seasonal decor!

A huge selection of ice cream flavors and really fun flavors for kids. Kayla makes the best Chai Lattes with the cutest designs in the froth.I also love that KSC supports other local businesses in their store by selling cupcakes and local honey. We live local and try our best to head over to the creamery at-least twice a month.

Locally owned authentic little place for good hot coffee, fancy drinks, and ice cream. They make ice cream sandwiches with amazing Appalachia Cookie Company cookies! A must for visitors!

Great selection of various flavors of ice cream and shakes at affordable price with friendly, helpful service. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the place is uncomfortably hot in the summertime. Take your ice cream outside and walk along King Street instead.

Its the only local place to get ice cream but its definitely not a creamery. They use Hersheys ice cream thats premade. With that being said it is good, but they charge a premium like its homemade. Thats why I dont give it a higher rating.

Nice ice cream shop! Service was very friendly. We came in at around 8:30 and a couple of the flavors were sold out. The shop is wide open with plenty of space to be social.

Decent ice cream shop serving a large variety of hersheys ice cream. The inside of the location is almost unbearably hot. The staff are nice but on the weekend this place around dinner time has a massive line which moves painfully slow. This place should turn on the ac. The idea of waiting in a long line in an overly hot uncomfortable ice cream shop in the middle of the summer kind of turns off your customers.Update, a reply from the owner states that the ac was not working at the time and is being repaired.

The ice cream here is amazing!! Got to talking with the girl who was working and they had to switch the Hershey ice cream this past year, they use to have blue bell but since the recall had to change ice creams, apparently Hershey has different levels of ice cream and king street creamery only sells the highest rated gold ice cream!! fun fact:) the prices were great, I got a huge waffle cone for 4 buck, so huge that I almost needed an extra cone to put it in!! Im not sure what some of these reviews are talking about as far as hours considering the creamery does not have a website to post there hours on..... but anyhow every time I went there they were open and ready to sell me some ice cream!! This also is a local business and they makes it even better!! I will be coming back for all my ice cream needs!!!

I give the staff and ice cream 5 stars. The owner of this hot box should be ashamed of him/her self for subjecting employees and customers to no AC ever. We had to literally run out of store .... our ice cream was melting b 4 we could pay....RIDICULOUS .The owner stated a month ago in a review response air was getting fixed and then again last week. Owner must think no one looks at reviews.Staff said they have never had air..ummm

My kids love the ice cream, I love the coffee and we love watching the people walk by on king street.

The milkshakes are just scoops of ice cream lazily thrown into some milk. Not to mention the girl who was working there (long brown hair) was incredibly rude and seemed unreasonably annoyed when I simply asked for a milkshake.

Just your basic Hershey ice cream. Prices are ok and the atmosphere is lacking. They were playing dubstep in the shop which is kind of odd for an ice cream place.

Had open sign on. Took a few mins to find a parking space and got to the icecream shop at 8:45 and they had locked the door and wouldnt answer the phone. My three year old was really disappointed.

Stopped at 8:49pm, open sign on and walked in to be greeted with a were closed. How hard would it have been to scoop some ice cream for a late customer?
