Awesome service! I bought a faucet set online that was broken and they helped me source the right part and explain how to install it myself. In the future, I will definitely go them first, before buying anything online. They can order the same thing (even designer fixtures), but they will also follow-up with manufacturers directly with any issues and can get things resolved quicker.
