Very good! The parkway potatoes are delicious and so are the omlettes. They also offer horchata, which I adore. The staff are great, although they can seem quite rushed. The prices are fair and the food comes quick. If you arrive early enough, they have a nice early bird special.

This is incredible. Some of the best food I’ve ever had, for a GREAT price. Their pancakes are HUGE. You can get “3 sides” for $7 and you get a TON of food. Love it. So tasty! Service was exceptional and super fast as well. Vegetarian options are decent!

Fantastic customer service, Delicious food. Highly recommend, we cannot leave enough Kudos. We had breakfast and immediately after were already planning our next meal here. All waitstaff were curteous, prompt, and masked (for the covid times), and knowledgeable about the various aspects of the food they were serving. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and full of flavor, the portion sizes were more than adequate but not overly huge. Ingredients seemed to be very fresh, you could taste the different flavors blending in everything (the chilis and onions in the perfectly fluffy eggs of the enchilladas were distinct but not overly powerful or spicy, the red sauce mild but flavorful with every bite). Pretty sure the bread was homemade, too. Nothing was greasy, not even the side of cornedbeef hash. The menu had various options to customize almost every aspect of every meal, from vegetarian to vegan and gluten free options.

Hidden gem of Boulder. Super casual dining spot with Classic American breakfast fair with green chili and New Mexican influences (think breakfast enchiladas). They do get busy but somehow always manage to squeeze you in. Parking lot is tiny so plan on parking along the street (not busy). Some of the best breakfast in Boulder at a reasonable price - our favorite!

Great diner. Its a little bit out of the way but its a great diner with solid service, good food and a wider selection of options than most breakfast places but not too much that you get worried nothing will be good. The corned beef hash is my favorite order here. There are also some great Mexican options here too :)

This is our third time coming here and each time has been a great experience. We came around 9:30 on a Sunday morning and it looked to be a long wait. We asked about putting our names in and were told they dont take names, you just wait for your turn, and that its worked for 40 years. They were right. In less than 5 minutes we were seated. Our server was efficient, friendly, and attentive. The coffee was fresh and hot as were the entrees. The food was well prepared with some good standbys along with a few intriguing twists, like an egg dish with cactus. Thecportions are generous and the cost is reasonable. We were in and out in an hour quite happy and content.

Called to make a pickup. Got there our food was ready but was missing our grits and pancakes. Took about 10 mins then we kept having to remind them about our grits. We live 3 mins away by the time we got home the pancakes and grits were cold and disgusting. We don’t have a microwave or toaster oven so just a waste of money! Thanks for giving me and my kids this awful breakfast experience!

I have no idea why this place is in an industrial park... Breweries and distilleries and roasters are in places like this because they need the cheap square footage to produce their product. The customer-facing retail space is secondary to production in my estimation. But here, it is just a restaurant. Usually, the benefit of casual traffic would outweigh the added cost of prime located space. But they seem to manage it here. People still seem to come... They were packed out when I was there.

I just revisited the parkway recently. It had been a couple years. There food, staff and pricing is remarkably consistent. They are very affordable. They have a nice standard Mexican-American menu with a old-fashioned, family diner feel and ambiance. They have incredible retention. It must be a good place to work. Their portions are generous and if you are really hungry this is the place to be.

This off the beaten path restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The torta was the best any of us had ever had and were from Houston and have high standards! The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, they even provided the name of and directions to the Mexican bakery who bakes their torta bread! The Mexican hot chocolate and churros is a meal! So delicious and with homemade whipped cream, no cutting corners. The patio with umbrellas was very pleasant this morning, so much so we were able to sit and talk and enjoy each others company. We visit my brother-in-law and sister-in-law frequently, who now live in Boulder, and this restaurant is now our new favorite by far!

This is a very casual and warm breakfast place. It is tucked away on Pearl street on the other side of diagonal highway, in a more industrial area of Pearl st.It is a seat yourself kind of place, and they have a variety of small to large group tables & booths. The staff are responsive immediately, you get drinks asap and a waiter comes by promptly as well.Their menu has a more latin flavor profile to it, with a play on breakfast enchiladas, sopes and burritos as well as the more generic breakfast basics. Everything is seasoned nicely and the salsas have a decent spice kick to them that elevates them from boring to good.I highly recommend the mexican hot chocolate - you can order it without the churros - it is super delicious !!!!Their parkway potatoes are seasoned with rosemary which is a nice take away from the basic bland potatoes you find elsewhere. They definitely have lots of nice flavor to them. For me, I am especially happy when I eat here because they have a huge variety of vegetarian options with the latin breakfast flavors they offer. They also have a nice array of cheap sides for kids meals, you can get great lil kiddo meal for about $6 or so.Parking is limited in their lot, but there is parking available all up and down Pearl Street. They do have highchairs, but no crayons or other entertainment for the kids so pack some toys if you need it.They do have outdoor seating, but with the cold nobody is heading out there right now. It will make for a lovely breakfast place come spring or summer on their decorated patio tho.I definitely recommend anyone to come and eat here, I think you will really enjoy all the flavors and the cozy atmosphere.

Really weird location, but the breakfast was decent enough. The nopales omelet was perfectly prepared and very flavorful. The two eggs were ordered over medium and were prepared perfectly. The pancakes had an off taste, perhaps too much baking powder or soda. The coffee was awful and cost $2.50, which is ridiculous. Upside is that if you want, you can have your car windows replaced by the garage next door while you eat.

Decent breakfast option in east boulder tucked into a plaza with auto repair shops. It can be hard to find the first time as it’s in the alley behind 4700 Pearl parkway with no name on the door. Once you are in you can seat yourself and choose from typical breakfast items plus some Mexican themed specialties. The service is usually fast and friendly in this no thrills restaurant. It’s also fairly inexpensive and good place to take the kids. Choose the patio when the weather is nice. It’s particularly a good stop on weekends when trendier spots like the Buff or Snooze are slammed.
