The information on the directions states it is open to the public but when I got there the sign and the person came to the door said it is not open to the public. If it is not open to the public you need to state it on the direction so people dont drive 50 miles out of their way to spend money in you store.

These folks are wonderful. Big Box Fabric Store and Big Online Sales Monopoly Company have not had regular interfacing ever since the CDC recommended masks for the pandemic. I learned about eQuilter from a friend who has a family member that works there--didnt know about them before. Within a day of placing my order, the team was able to convert the priority mail shipping option to local pickup (I live quite close), fill the order, and let me know it was ready. They even tied the cut fabric and interfacing into a bundle with some long fabric scraps as ribbons that I can use as mask ties for an alternative to elastic. On the order summary print out they even included a handwritten thank you note with a sticker of a cute duck. I cannot make this stuff up! On their website they have very helpful information and links about masks (you can also quickly find mask making material by searching COVID), and donate 2% of proceeds to very charities. For the time being I chose Doctors Without Borders because, well, you know.Bless these folks. Shop here, support local business and good people!

I was very impressed with their concern for the fabric issues I was having with my order. They have offered to help me with this and I am so impressed with their customer service that I decided to write this review. Not too many companies out there that will even care if youre unhappy with their products. I will order from them again. Wish I had called them in the first place!

5 stars is NOT enough for this company. I have ordered fabric several times from them and each time more pleased then previously with their customer service, volume of fabrics to choose from, fabric choices, and quality of the fabrics. Their prices are compiable to any other sites and often even less. They will even help you find a fabric or similar one if you send them a photo of what you are looking for! I have never come across an online store with this fantastic service. Do not hesitate to order from them!
