Concept of the store is great, but I’ve been multiple times and am almost always let down by the fact that the majority of their bulk items are out of stock. This would be less of a concern if they had a method in place that shows online what they actually have currently available in the store. Instead, the webpage is clunky, difficult to navigate and entirely unhelpful. It doesn’t seem to be updated with any regularity. Also, don’t try calling during posted business hours....I don’t think I’ve had anyone answer my calls yet.Bulk is great, as is packing/plastics reduction. I want to support this store 100% but having been disappointed more often than not I’ll have to seek sustainable elsewhere. Business management needs to improve drastically.

I loved what this company was about before placing my online order and reading other reviews. Some of us want to support small businesses and help the Earth. Why cant you guys just send us our orders or cease accepting online payments until you get your act together!? I guess youre too focused serving the needs of your local buyers, so you just assume you can rip off unsuspecting online shoppers?Also, if anyone from this company actually reads this, still waiting to hear back about/receive order #01768, but at this point I think Ill just take a refund please.

***Deleted previous positive review of their brick and mortar store***Do NOT order online from this business. I placed an order over two months ago that I never received. I emailed and called customer service several times to resolve the issue. In the span of two months of trying to contact them- I received ONE response in return.When I finally was able to speak to the manager she claimed my package was undeliverable because I entered in my address wrong. That never happened because the package was never even sent in the first place per the USPS tracking number they provided. I asked for a refund and they finally gave me one but only after I called and emailed them incessantly.I tend to be lenient and patient towards small businesses but this is the worst service Ive ever encountered buying online. I understand delays happen but the lack of communication is inexcusable. This company is willing to lie and scam their customers. I DO NOT recommend supporting them. Hey Refill Revolution, this isnt how you run a business!

I am 300% supportive of this stores mission and wanted to give it a positive review, but honestly, I wont be returning after my first visit. A lot of things were out of stock, and the store just felt really gross and unclean, with soaps and other bulk items spilled everywhere. Furthermore, the back wall is overflowing with donated empty containers that just make it feel and look like a dumping ground. I will be continuing to go to Joyfill in Denver, which is always pristine, well-stocked, and the staff very friendly.

Much better than the last few times I visited. Often times they have empty barrels/jugs and jars. I only needed to refill my Boulder laundry soap. It was in stock. I was thrilled.

This place has so many incredible products!! And now I don’t have to throw away all of those plastic bottles. I refill everything for my house here. I highly recommend you stop by with your refill bottles. And Brittany will help answer all of your questions. She is great!!

Awesome experience! Super helpful and knowledgeable staff :) I bought package-free soaps, a facial brush, toothpaste in a recyclable metal tube and I also made my own perfume by purchasing a roller ball glass bottle, essential oils and a carrier oil for $4! 🙌🏻♥️

I want to like this business, I really do. The concept is great and the service they offer is one of a kind and a great sustainable option. However, the business side of things needs a lot of work.-Products are regularly out of stock and the replenishing system needs work on their scheduling.-When products are out of stock, the workers offer to notify you when the product is back in stock. They write your information and the note on a loose sheet of paper (I have seen this happen many times) with the promise you will be notified. I have yet to be notified about anything, and I have given my information multiple times. This seems like it could be easily fixed by having an electronic recording system that customers could opt-in, or posting what is in stock on the website or Facebook. There has got to be a better solution than an easily lost sheet of paper.-No one ever answers the phone. I try to call ahead to see what is in stock and plan my visit, and no one ever answers. I was told once in the store they are getting a new phone but, I have yet to see that happen.-There will be completely random days when the store is unexpectedly closed. Maybe they dont have enough employees? I have no idea.Like I said, I WANT to like this store so much, and I have given them so many passes. The sustainable concept is great, and I am going to keep trying to go, but I sincerely hope they fix these issues.

I love refill revolution! Great selection of reusable / sustainable and bulk refill products. I think you should visit even (or especially!) if you’ve never heard of low/ no waste living.

Wish we had one in southeast Denver. I stop in every time Im in Boulder and stock up on my waste-free supplies. Love that theyre dog friendly too. ❤️

The concept of this store is awesome. We were really excited to continue to reduce as much waste as possible. However, some of the refill products are out of stock a lot. I definitely understand this because bulk is not always easy to continually stock.But, several times I was told that I would be notified when a certain product was back in stock.... this never happened. I feel like the customer service is really lacking here. Its fine when products are out of stock, but there should be follow through if a customer is told theyll be notified when its been restocked.

Do not order online from this website... you wont get your order. Its been over a month since I placed my order and not only have I not gotten my items, but I have only received a response to ONE of my 6+ emails about my order. Terrible service. The idea of this store is fantastic, but unless you live near the store, dont even bother... at this point I requested a refund and Im still waiting to hear back... this company just takes your money from you, awful service.

Amazing idea and awesome store to visit! Bring your own containers in to refill some of her many products ranging from soaps, detergents, essential oils and more. It is cheap and youre reusing items that were destined for single use!

Worst company I have done business with. I ordered a product in January, it is now 1 month later and I still have not received my item. I have reached out many times and Im just ignored. At this point all I want is a refund. Sadly, I caution doing business with this company.

They should not be selling online. I have been waiting 4 MONTHS to get my first order of just a jar and a box of salt. I am just angry now. Im not getting any help with this either. After 2 months I was finally told it was being shipped. That tracking number they gave me has been in pre-shipment for 2 months because the items have not been received by the post office. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this company right now. At the very least, online communication needs to be SIGNIFICANTLY improved. Or dont do it.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. It’s a budding zero waste market, what’s not to love? Wonderful customer service from the staff, and a variety of products to buy. The only caveat that I would add is that the staff are not vegan so don’t assume the products are

This is exactly what Boulder needed! The first bulk store in town has everything I look for to keep my life sustainable and ecofriendly. Even if I cant make it to the store to refill my bottles she can send anything I need right to my doorstep. The owner is knowledgeable in holistic practices, herbal products and essential oil benefits. Best thing to happen in 2017!

Awesome store. Brought in our empty laundry detergent container and refilled it for around half the price of buying new, plus we got to feel good about not buying more plastic.

Absolutely LOVE Refill Revolution! The owner is so passionate about the mission of her company and its truly infectious. Sadly, I dont live in the area so I cant visit the store, but thankfully they provide a shipping service! The products they offer are amazing.
