With the way of the world these days, material shortages, logistics shortages, and just all around shortages globally, it is very easy to get upset and frustrated when things dont go the way you had planned. However, I am so impressed with ABF and their customer support team. They communicated very well and worked through the issues and challenges with me to solve the problem. I have to give kudos to one particular person that I have worked with for several months trying to make things right for me. She was an absolute blessing to work with. She helped take care of all the issues that came up with my orders and made sure I was happy in the end. This is the same thing I expect out of all of my employees. Take care of the customer and do everything possible to make them happy. People need to understand we are in unprecedented times with global material shortages and labor shortages. So much is out of our control but when the customer service representatives take pride in their jobs and do everything in their power to make things right, we need to be appreciative of that. Thank you ABF for having a great staff to work with when things dont go perfectly. You all have done a fabulous job making things right.

Paid for a fire pit first week of April. Order stated it would be delivered second week of June. Spoke with All Backyard Fun the first week of June and told fire pit would be delivered on time. Second week of June comes and no fire pit. Called and told powder coating was needed and would ship the following week. Again nothing and no phone call stating it would be delayed. Now over a month delayed and again told they would follow up with company and get back to me within a day or two. Many days later, no phone call, no update. I reviewed and found mostly positive reviews, so felt comfortable purchasing from them. I know we are in challenging times... and for me to give a 1 star review, you really need to be egregious. The customer support is is poor/non existent. No idea if I will ever get my fire pit. Buyer beware.

I just want to thank both Angelique and Dominique for the outstanding support given to us during our returning of our fire tableWe ordered a 45 octagon and found it to be smaller the expected.I contacted Dominique, explained our dilemma, she immediately let us exchange for a hammered copper table.Angelique coordinated the return. And within a week we had our new table. What great service and support from both of them.Thank you both again.

All Backyard Fun is exactly the opposite of its name. I am bewildered and downright disgusted by our purchase experience. Keaton absolutely lied to my face promising things that don’t even exist. He said he could connect the fire pit to our natural gas line. Lie. Found out it should be a plumber. Promised a “white glove delivery” and charged $200 for this service only to find out later it’s a shipping company and curbside delivery only. A 500 pound fire pit sits in my garage because of his dishonesty. When confronted by his bosses, he lies more and denies saying any of these things. PLEASE, if you choose to buy from this store, use caution. Keaton is literally the worst salesperson I’ve ever known to exist and obviously not even a person with any moral compass or integrity. It’s pretty pathetic when you spend thousands of dollars to not only have a nice product, but also a pleasant buying experience.

Wow, all i can say is ABF is the full package. The hammered copper firepit I ordered is beautiful. I had a warranty issue and I was dreading talking with them as this thing is big and heavy. They had me send pictures of the issue and in a day they had another replacement on the way. I used the same package to send it back and it literally could not have been easier. Beautiful products, fantastic employees who care about their customers AND reliable service and support when you need it most. Would definitely recommend All Backyard Fun to all of my friends and family.

We are going on 14 weeks now and still no firepit after the expected ship date was 7/30-8/9.....Ive called twice and they do not have an update on when it will be produced/shipped. First call was it would ship this week and the second call I waited on hold for 20 minutes before they disconnected me. I get covid causes delays but not having a status 14 weeks after order is ridiculous. I would strongly advise ordering from a company that actually cares about customer service which this company clearly does not. They do not even reply to negative reviews which goes to show their level of engagement. BUYERS BEWARE!POST OWNER RESPONSE:I greatly appreciate the owner response and certainly understand when things happen outside of your control. What boggles my mind is not keeping the customer informed along the way. Customers will accept missteps as long as they are kept in the loop (Ive been in the in-home customer service business for 25 years). Telling me a part is delayed with no expected receiving date or delays at the airport does not give a new expectation when I will receive my new fire pit. Based on your ambiguous response, I dont know if its coming next week or in 2022.

Back in 2013 I purchased a curved sofa two club chairs and an Oriflame table from all Backyard Fun Which I loved. Last year the seating was sinking and needed new suspension kits. This is when I met the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with and her name is Angelique. She helped me navigate through Sizing and the order process of the new kits. I also mentioned I was Looking for cushion replacements as mine had disintegrated (ripping and shredding) Angelique asked me to send her pictures of my outdoor furniture. She went on to make a claim for me for replacement and today I received my shipment and it looks beautiful.What a great company with the best customer service rep. We love our new firepit. Its great quality, solid concrete and beautiful. It throws good heat. The color is true to the picture. We choose natural and its unlike any other concrete fireplace I have seen. A light concrete color. Love this company! Got it before we were supposed to!

Outstanding customer service! Our Oriflamme hammered copper fire table is gorgeous and the fire is beautiful. We have owned a fire table for years and this one is SO much better than any we have ever had. It is well worth the investment. But, perhaps the best part of our experience has been the customer service! We had a mix up with the shipping addresses and Angelique jumped right in to solve the problem. She was positive, responsive, understand and solved the problem immediately - we are thrilled with our fire table and our overall experience!

I have been looking around for sometime for a unique fire table and I finally found one. It is absolutely beautiful! But the best part of this was my dealing with Angelique! I wanted to really use the product before posting my opinion. Weve had the Savanna Stone firepit for several months now and Im giving this an overall 4. But there are several parts to my feedback: delivery, support, and the product itself.It was made clear to us that the shipping company would call to schedule the delivery and we were to inspect the product and not accept it if there was serious damage. The delivery was coordinated by Rude Transportation. They never called and we were not home when the delivery arrived. Our neighbor was outside at the time and the driver asked her to sign for it....and she did. When I saw the firepit, I was extremely upset. There was a 4 inch by 12 inch chunk broken out of the top, the frame was busted up. When you have a frame made from 2x4s and its busted, some severe accident happened. I was surprised the delivery was made at all since the damage was so bad. Rude trucking would get a 1, a 0 if that were possible.That brings me to All Backyard Fun support. They were wonderful. Needless to say, I was upset that it was so damaged it was not usable and the delivery had been signed for. They put me at ease very quickly and assured me they would make this right. They did. Angelique, Jolene, and the rest of the team did a great job. Support would get a 5.As for the product itself...we love it! I would go with the granite top rather than the Savanna Stone, however. When the replacement was delivered, it also had a little bit of damage but not enough to send back (again, they didnt call to schedule the delivery but we were home). This is why I would pay the extra for a real stone top rather than formed concrete. Support came through again and sent a repair kit that worked well. You cannot see the damage. We love the product and give the Savanna Stone a 4 (out of 5).

The customer service given by Angelique and her team is above and beyond anything that Ive evperienced anywhere! They are professional, responsive and sincere in their attempt to make sure the customer is happy. Always upbeat and never annoyed or impossitioned. Super fast and helpful customer service. I ordered an outdoor sofa and there was a manufacturer defect in one arm (pre-drilled screw hole was off). I emailed All Backyard Fun customer service and they responded within minutes and told me they would have the manufacturer send a new part. I received the new part within 2 days. I am very pleased and would order from them again.

Still waiting for 2 rocking chairs ordered on June 1 or 2. Website indicated about Two weeks before they would be shipped. Overnight, confirmation of order indicated 6-8 weeks. No communications from All Backyard Fun unless I contact them. Each time I contact them the date gets pushed back. I asked about expedited shipping because of the delay. Nope. I hate to complain about businesses because it’s hard to stay in business but I also think businesses have responsibilities to customers. I would highly recommend checking with them before placing an order to confirm delivery time.

This place is fantastic. Extraordinary customer service. Over time, my expectations from online purchases from vendors is mostly OK, but these guys are old-school customer service. The kind of service your parents got in the 50’s. Helpful, thorough, and a complete pleasure to work with, especially Angelique. Don’t hesitate to do business with these guys.

We purchased and Oriflamme Fire Table in 2014. Spent over $2000 on a beautiful, gas black granite fire table that we thought would last forever! On a beautiful winter day recently (2/13/2020) we went out to find the granite had deteriorated underneath and a piece Of the granite had fallen away. I Contacted customer service and they said they didn’t think it was under warranty - which it wasn’t which is fine, but I still think that they could have done a better job of making an unfortunate situation right By deeply discounting a replacement. but now they want to charge me another $1200 for a table top that should’ve lasted a lifetime!! seriously!The people are nice but the company doesn’t stand by their product so I am recommending to anyone considering buying from them to reconsider. So so disappointed! It’s such a beautiful fire table we thought spending the extra money would ensure a lifetime of years but that didn’t happen!

Love All Backyard Fun! We purchased a sectional and gas fire pit over 4 years ago. Both still look brand new! We also bought the cover to keep the sun off the sectional when we are not sitting outside and through the winter. It too has held up well. Just purchased two covers for our daughter in laws outdoor sofas. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. I sent an email over the weekend. Bright and early Monday morning I was speaking to customer service. They did an exchange and sent the correct size out immediately--even before my daughter in law had time to mail the other covers back. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend going to their store to check out all their beautiful furnishings for your outdoor space.

We spend thousands and bought a five piece weaved furniture set and an outdoor stone fire pit. We were told furniture had a 10 year warranty.We took extreme care of furniture. Bought covers and put it under covered patio in winter.Three years later the weaving is all breaking apart on the tops. When we contacted All Backyard Fun, they told us they don’t carry this line anymore. Wonder why.They said they would sell us more at a discount. That was their customer service answer. Can’t believe they are not helping us to contact the manufacturer to help us out for repair or replacement.Very disappointed. Would never buy from them again.UPDATE!!I want to update my review.As soon as the owner of All Backyard Fun found out about the damage to our patio furniture she called us.She was extremely gracious and concerned about our problem.Just a couple of days ago we had all new furniture delivered to us at her expense!Problems do arise with products and it’s how a company reacts and treats their customers that shows their integrity.I would highly recommend All Backyard Fun. I don’t have enough words to express how amazing this company is. First off, I ordered a beautiful oriflame fire pit from them about three years ago. The shipping was fast and the price was very good. The quality of the fire pit was amazing and we still use it three years later. That alone made me a happy customer. However, I felt the need to write a review, because of the follow up experience I had with them. I contacted them regarding a leak in the gas regulator. Now, the oriflame company itself only offers a two year warranty, so the company had no obligation to help me out. However, the company sent me a new gas regulator without hesitation! For those who don’t know, those dual regulators go for $130 bucks! Talk about a company that stands behind their product. Secondly, I had a delayed shipment for an item I ordered. I then decided to order some lava glass for a second fire pit I have. I contacted them to see if I could just add that to the delayed order and not have to pay for additional shipping. Not only did they agree to that, they sent me the 10lb bag free of charge for the wait! I can’t express how pleased I am with this company. Don’t waste your time with another company, even if you find a better deal (which is unlikely). You can’t put a price on the amazing customer service this company provides. Thank you to Ms. Strawderman and All Back Yard Fun to being one of the last good companies who put customer satisfaction as their number one priority!

I love my Oriflamme Gas Fire Pit. I got the one with two propane tanks. Its beautiful, puts out a ton of heat and really makes spending time on our deck enjoyable. Working with All Backyard Fun was super easy and painless. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I was pretty disappointed when they told me that the rocking chairs I ordered got shipped to someone else from their warehouse. I didnt want to wait 12 more weeks so I asked for a refund.

Very positive experience with this company. We purchased a 48” firepit from All Backyard with some accessories... the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Even though there were a couple of issues related to the manufacturer (NOT All Backyard Fun)... All Backyard Fun remedied the manufacturer issues and their overall customer service made up for it more than enough! Shout out to Angelique who was fantastic to work with, knowledgeable and very friendly. Got the fire pit up and running and it’s a quality product and throws out good heat as well for a propane fire pit. It rivals a regular wood burning fire pit just without the smoke and mess. Kids even did s’mores! Glad we didn’t go with one of those lesser Wayfair fire pits. Thanks again.

Update: Better communication and resolved the situation with help from the shipping department. Upgraded to 3 stars.Regarding my purchase that took over two months not two weeks as stated . Actually “All Backyard” did not communicate with me. I always had to initiate and ask the company for an update. Not once did they reach out to me, FYI. In the future when you set time expectations and can not attain those promises I’d recommend calling /emailing your client and keeping them in the loop. I would of felt different had someone communicated. Your client should NEVER have to ask for updates as I have. And in regards to “Roadrunner “. I had to call them 3 times after a week passed for an update, not anyone from your company followed through. Had I not called Roadrunner who knows when my item would have scheduled for delivery? Fingers crossed that this part is painless.

Not a friendly staff. Now I hear they will be at the home and garden show. I hope they will treat the thousand guest that visit the show with more respect. Regardless if they are buying or not.

We bought two beautiful Polywood chaise lounge chairs from All Backyard Fun a few weeks ago. They arrived as promised in perfect condition. Unfortunately, one had a slight manufacturing problem, which All Backyard Fun promptly handled for us with the manufacturer. The defective part with replaced quickly and we are happy as can be. The price was right, the customer service was superb, the chairs are great with an excellent warranty and made of recycled materials, which is better for our world! Couldnt ask for more. In 2016 I ordered two padded swivel chairs and was so pleased I ordered a rectangular table, 6 swivel rocker chairs, a double vent umbrella, and a waterproof cover for winter. All is simply beautiful, and the staff was outstanding in processing my order.

This company was good to work with several years ago when I bought a firepit & couch/chair set. They were GREAT to work with this week when I needed to replace a couple of cushions (fire + teenagers = trouble) and I realized I had not made a note of my fabric colors. They took the time to research my old purchase, find the fabric colors, & order me replacement cushions. Lovely service!
