I was very excited to have received a super gorgeous set for my wedding from Suelto!! Unfortunately, it was way too small, which was odd since the set was a size large, and I usually am size small/medium. By the time I went in to hopefully exchange the set (about 3 weeks after we got back from our wedding/honeymoon, and still within a month since it was gifted to me) I was met with incredibly poor customer service. The woman working didnt even let me finish explaining the situation before telling me their return policy, something I had no idea of since it was a gift, and I had never been in before. I was told nothing would be returned after 10 days, which is impossible for brides during and right after their wedding/honeymoon. She made no effort to help me in the situation and told me to RE-GIFT IT. I was shocked. This was an intimate gift that I loved, but didnt fit me, given to me on my wedding day, and I was told to re-gift it. It was such an insensitive response and I was really taken aback and disappointed. It would have been so easy to offer an exchange. It was a very expensive item, and by her making no effort to make the situation right, or even offer a compromise, told me this shop is just in it for the money, with no regard to making their customers fell valued. I was really looking forward to shopping here in the future, especially now that Im married, but just not sure I will if that is what customers are rewarded with. Would 100% recommend NOT gifting anything from here to Brides or anyone who would not have readily available time to return or exchange.

Im a plus size, and used to buy approximately fitting bras at Wal-Mart. I was extremely happy to get, for the first time of my life, a great fitting bra. The ladies there are extremely helpful and they know their stuff. I was able to chose other colors than what they had in stock, and they ordered them for me. The lingerie there is relatively expensive, but its worth every penny. Im overall very satisfied.

I came in nervous, unsure about what bra size I wore, how they were supposed to fit, and shy about bras. I got fitted, and was taught how to properly wear my bras and what size worked for me. They were super helpful during the entire process, and even helped me with fitting every one I tried on. Cannot praise them enough! I left feeling confident, and finally having proper bra support. Super helpful, and Ill be coming back.

If you want a well-fitting bra, this is the place to go! The ladies here are very receptive to helping you figure out your size, style and brand, so dont be afraid to tell them about every little wire poke, itchy lace, and barely-too-loose band. They have a fix for everything. It is like coming out with a custom made bra every time!

Went in looking for a swimsuit and found a very well fitted one that I feel great in! Sarah was very kind and helpful, will happily be a return customer.

I decided to shop at suelto due to outgrowing my bras from Victoria’s Secret. The sales assistant was very helpful and courteous, and I’ve never had a fitting as thorough as the one at suelto. Turns out, I was wearing a bra three cup sizes too small. Even though they didn’t carry my size in my preferred style, they were able to order it in for me. Overall, an amazing experience, and I’ll definitely be returning!

The customer service at Suelto is unparalleled. The selection and quality of goods is unmatched. Not just a great store for Bozeman, but a great retail shop even if Bozeman were a big city. Excellent.

A couple times that Ive come in here the person working has been rude, other times theyre polite. I guess it depends on a combination of whos working and how androgynous/masc/femme I am at the time. One time I saw rainbow panties on the front table and thought oh awesome, they might be LGBT+ friendly. I asked for help finding a cute flat chested lace bralette to go over my binder. The person wrinkled her nose and told me that I should go to Erotique for *that* sort of stuff. Cute undies, clean shop, some staff is nice and some staff suck, as usual in Bozeman. LGBT+ shoppers use caution, especially if you have a deeper voice or pass androgynously/masculinely. Related side note: Erotique has an awesome selection that includes sizes for people who arent petite, has lower prices, -always- has respectful staff, and is only a block away.
