I’d give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could! After getting ripped off a local dealership, I went to this store to discuss battery problems and possibly pick out a new replacement battery for my car. Evan, the manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He filled me in on my battery issues and helped me pick out a new one. I can’t speak highly enough of Evan and my experience here!

A nice fellow helped me today at 9/21 at 5:45 PM, and he replaced the battery to my FOB for $20 bucks and it took less than 5 min. Would definitely recommend.

The battery I needed was in stock and priced competitively. I made an online purchase. A few seconds after submitting my order, someone from Batteries Plus called. He let me know there were two options for the motorcycle battery I just ordered and could upgrade if I wanted. I did not know there were updated options, and I appreciated the call.

Argued about a motorcycle battery bought there that was not holding a charge after a few months. Had to get a manager involved to get the situation righted, but they did not enjoy it. Also higher prices than literally everywhere. Definitely skip around before shopping here.

I bought a new battery for my 2010 camper van. I asked for the best battery for the vehicle and bought the recommended AGM battery for $280+. The battery went dead and the store recharged it for me. I put it back in the van but had some trouble keeping it charged. It tested out fine in the store. I checked for parasitic loads myself after buying several instruments but couldnt find anything. I then took it to a Ford dealer in Butte, Montana. They fully checked out the electrical system and recommended I get a new traditional lead acid battery. I came back to the Batteries Plus store and discussed these issues with them. I will say that the staff is professional and courteous. Pete is a gentleman. I bought another new battery from the Batteries Plus store, a lead acid battery as recommended by the dealer. I left the AGM battery at the store, they tested it for a week and said the battery was fine. The Ford dealer said the same thing except they said the vehicle was not set up to charge that battery properly and thus recommended I replace it. The battery was recommended to me by the Batteries Plus store. They maintain the vehicle should work fine on that battery but the dealer mechanic disagrees. Since the van is now working fine again with the traditional battery I have to agree with the dealer. The store gave me a 10% discount on the new lead acid battery but that was al they would do. I feel they should have done much more as I bought the battery they recommended.

Price and service were great. The associate tested my battery, told me what charge it was at, fixed my account to update my phone number and helped me with an unrelated question about another battery I bought there. Im very pleased with the service, very competitive price (almost as cheap as Walmart, but their service usually sucks) and I was in and out quickly. The associate went above and beyond!

We were on the road and Batteries Plus was our only choice. The server was helpful and friendly.However, the price was terrible. We paid $400 for a 100 amp hour battery for our motorhome – we bought an almost identical one for another motorhome a couple weeks later for $187 at Amazon.This matches my previous experiences with Batteries Plus being highly overpriced.

They refused to do it because of the type of car I had and the plastic cover that covered the battery.. so I went to Batteries Plus and Jay hooked it up. Figuratively and literally. Perfect local source for certain needs

I came here about 6-7 months ago and bought a car battery. About a month ago I started having to continuously jump my car after sitting no more than a night or two. When I bought the battery, I was told that if I have any problems, I can ust bring it in and it would be replaced under warranty. (Not a single word was mentioned that I would have to have the battery recharged first) Upon going in to get it replaced, I was turned away due to an early closure for construction (which is understandably coincidental). The next day I returned first thing in the morning and they told me that I either needed to go out and buy a battery charger or leave it there for them to charge it so they can make sure it truly needs replaced. This was very unfortunate as I now have to figure out a way to get to work as well as return the following day, again, to hopefully have it sorted out. I have a basic car with nothing extra sucking power and have never left any lights on. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for a car battery if you would like a more reliable battery or at least a hassle free warranty otherwise you might be out of a vehicle for longer than is ideal.

Excelent quick service. The local jeep dealership wanted almost $300 to program a second fob for my jeep. All the local car service shops wouldnt even consiter doing the programing. These folks only charged me 1/3 the price. Took all of 5 mins once the fob arrived from the manufacturer. Excelent!

I had called in ahead of time to pick up a car battery. The guy on the phone was nice enough and assured me that it would be ready and that they would help me install it. I go in the next day, and the young man in the store had no idea that i had called in and did not have a battery ready for me. He was clueless and came off as being stoned out of his mind. While i was in there, another customer came in and was upset that they didnt call her to tell her that whatever she was expecting wasnt ready yet. I hate complaining about businesses, but this place really hit a raw nerve.

Would have been a 10 but the website only showed the particular battery I purchased being made in China and the one I purchased at the store was made in the USA.

Have always had what i needed and the service has always been great...curbside now as well was very nice.

Needed three batteries for my plow trucks. The manager tested all of them determined we needed to replace them. Picked out the new ones and the manager helped install 2 of them in the pickup I brought with me while also replacing some screws and connections that were busted. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Price was great. Will definitely be going here for any future needs!

I was in a real bind when my cell phone battery had to be disposed of right away, which would have left me without a phone for my business for at least 24 hours. An employee at AT&T sent me to Batteries Plus Bulbs where they had a new battery for LESS than what it would have cost me to return my phone and get a replacement. Everyone knows what a pain it is to transfer all your info to a new phone, so just replacing the battery was a Godsend! The customer service was fantastic and my phone was back to working order in less than 10 minutes in and out of the store! Great business, owner and service!!

There was a miscommunication when I arrived to pick up my batteries the email they sent me said that they were ready for pick up but when I arrived they said that they were not in yet after I drove 30 miles to pick them up so I went back home and emailed them the next morning and asked what was going on and the manager called me right away and apologized for the mix up and gave me an even better price on the batteries and even gave me a battery strap for carrying batteries for free so in my option I would say that they made up for their mistake and I would recommend them to anyone because thats the way to keep your customers happy.

Got my phone screen fixed here a while ago. They asked if I wanted a screen protector and I said yes and they charged me for it. Once I got the phone back, it didn’t seem like they put a screen protector on it and I asked them if they put one on and they said yes. A few days later, the screen started lifting so I figured it was the screen protector and started lifting it off, only to find that it was the actual screen lifting and I screwed up the new screen AND the LCD display. Not only did they not put a screen protector on, they charged me extra for it, and did a bad job actually attaching the screen. I went back and the guy said “I can give you a screen protector”. As I’m sitting there holding my busted up phone I’m like uh it might be a bit late for that.

The new owner fixed my iPhone after the previous owner had nicked a wire when replacing the battery, causing the camera flash and flashlight not to work. My husband found them very professional in his visit to their shop, and we appreciate their technical skill as well as their focus on customer service.

They were very clear and concise with their communications and open about any possible up charges that MAY have come up in the repair process. I highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs on 502 Professional Dr, Bozeman, MT 59718.I have a 4 year old cell phone I dont want to get rid of. The battery was ready to burst, however. Went to AT&T on 19th, but they dont sell batteries for their phones, because they want you to shell out $1,000 for a new smart phone. Not!Went to Batteries Plus, they inspected my cell phone battery, cleaned the phone and installed a new one! Yeah! Hopefully, Ill get another 4-5 years use.
