Met the expectation for getting my out of state sisters windshield fixed. Quick n friends and affordable prices! Called around and it was best.

Had windshield crack repaired for $40. I asked them to look for others bcuz they were $10 for each additional. They examined the vehicle and missed one that a spread a day later. I went back to have it stopped and tech said it would not spread further. IT SPREAD THE SAME DAY! I called back and they said we dont guarantee they wont spread, which is exactly what they did! I wasted my time AND money. Will not use them again.

Did my job on time for the price I wanted to pay would recommend

Had a small chip that occurred yesterday in my truck on the driver’s side. Safe lite quoted me $104, Venable Glass $43, I checked YouTube and I found where I could DIY for roughly $16.Decided on Venable. The ladies in the office were super nice and friendly. Took the technician about 10 minutes to “fix” the chip. I wasn’t too pleased with the job as i feel that I could’ve done better job myself with getting the kit. I was expecting the chip being removed and spot being a lot clearer than what he did. He did tell me that it wouldn’t spread but for $43 I was expecting more aesthetics. I felt like he rushed it. I wouldn’t mind him taking extra time to achieve expected results. I couldve spent $16 and got the exact same result. With the temperature going up I hope that it doesn’t spread. I’m still looking at the chip when I drive now smh.

Very knowledgeable about windshield care. Answered any questions. Came to my residence, so l didnt have to go to town.

Had windshield replaced and they left dirt and mud in the floorboard smudged up my windshield with no attempt at cleaning it and wouldnt do one thing to correct it. Never use this place... ok it has now been 2 hours since I wrote this but they did refund me partially and apologized and offered to come clean the mess so that was alot better. I will say they did take care of it

I was in and out within 35 mins.

It took about three weeks to have technician to come out and take measurements for the shower glass but the reason for the wait was communicated to me prior to the agreement so that was fine. However, after the technician came out and took the measurements it was several weeks without a call back with the quote. When I called, they said that when the quote was done I would receive a call..... no problem. After a month I called back several times and it was communicated that they had misplaced the quote and would get back with me asap. It has been around two months now and after several more calls I still dont have a quote. I heard that they did good work but if they dont want my business, just tell me so that I can move forward with another company instead of dragging this out. Pretty disappointed that I have waited this long for nothing but wanted to give them every opportunity to correct what they said was an oversight.

Updating a master bath. Venable Glass Brandon, was the best and easiest process. Michelle, in the front office was kind and very polite. Joseph and Ben measured and again they were polite and courteous. Timothy, the manager and Joseph, installed the shower door. They were exceptional! I LOVE my glass door, it’s so nice! I highly recommend this company! The price was very fair. You will be pleased!

I had insurance arrange windshield replacement. They ordered the windshield then after waiting for it, they informed me they no longer had mobile install. They should have told me up front.

I love working with Venable. I do a lot of furniture projects and always have glass cut for the top. They do a great job, on time and are always so friendly. There was a mix up one time but they made it right immediately!!! Love them!!!!

I called Venable to come adjust the heavy tempered glass shower door in my master bathroon and they did a Great job! They did exactly what i expected and they were friendly, courteous and professional. Very fair on the pricing too.I will be using them again!MikeDeep South Auto Recon, Inc.

Being a contractor and dealing with venable in ridgeland I decided to use the brandon location on the last job site. The installers were great and took them about 15 minutes to do the job. When they handed me the hand written bill and not an invoice it was 45 dollars more than the estimate. I contacted venable in brandon and they told me that the computer was down and they would check on it but never called back. Ive always enjoyed working with venable but when you have to ask for more from the client because your bid was one price but the price you were charged was different is totally uncalled for. Luckily I dont do business like that so I paid the difference. Make sure to get something in writing from them before they show up to do the project

The rear window was completely shattered out of the back of our Dodge Caravan when I called Venable Glass for an appointment to get a replacement quote. Much to my surprise, it only took 1 day to get the glass window in that was needed for our vehicle. The next day I was expecting to have to wait hours before getting the van back, which I was dreading with no one to pick me up and transport me back home for the day. I could not believe it was ready in about 1/2 hour - just a matter of minutes!!! The price was very reasonable; service was fast and friendly; and it looked so good it took a few years of age off the appearance of our van. I definitely will return to Venable Glass for future needs; and if the outcome is equally positive, I probably wont ever use anyone else.

If I could give them Zero Stars I would.They may be the cheaper company up front, but in the long run it will cost you more. The guys with this company that did my windshield replacement sawed through part of the body hardware. Its going to cost me about 800.00 to get it fixed. They also sawed through an xm antenna. The antenna wasnt cheap either. I would not recommend doing any business with this company.

I just needed a patch on my windshield where a rock hit, and they were very fast to respond. Before taking it in, the cracks were starting to spread a little. Its held up for several months just fine with no problems.

Windshield was more than 100 bucks hirer than found elsewhere. Thumbs down

Horrible customer service. Ordered two panes of glass, was told they would be ready to 3 - 4 days. Called a week and a half later and was told it could take up to a week longer.This isnt the first time either, similar experience with previous order.
