I have never had a better customer service experience than at this store! I dropped my phone while hiking in Acadia and the team at this store helped me get a new one very seamlessly. Dakota was my sales rep and he helped me find what I needed, was super friendly and accommodating as well as only sold me what he really thought I needed. Phenomenal customer service like this is not easy to find!

Just to be clear, Im rating this retailer only. The person whom I am dealing with is the only person that seems to care about my problems, which is Verizon itself. Finally, after 2 months of complaining of very poor reception, and roaming for no reason, my rep. had to put his foot down. He talked to a higher-up tech person, and they finally sent me a signal booster. Now, at least half the problem is fixed.

Was not impressed with staff. Not helpful and quoted higher prices then other Verizon stores. Wont return. My experience at this store makes me think about leaving Verizon. The Verizon on Stillwater in Bangor was a way better experience and gained my business today.

A great store! Gave me plenty of options and treated me like a normal person. Glad to have worked with this location and will continue to send friends and family their way!

Been here twice, both times they were equally useless. Will charge you for free things. The guy I delt with today seemed a lot less familiar with what I needed than I did. And then after wasting 15 minutes of my time catching up told me he wanted to charge me for a sim card I can just go to Best Buy, or literally any other verizon store, and get for free.

Ryan was exceptionally helpful with our upgrade. In addition, although we had to wait almost 1.5 hours, two other representatives acknowledged us, apologized for the delay and even offered us a beverage. This location is clean and worth the wait for quality service.

Beth Johnston was extremely helpful when I visited this retailer. She was able to switch out my old phone with a new LG. She explained everything and made sure I understood it before I purchased my new phone. Beth was an outstanding Sales Representative and she made this process extremely easy and affordable.Also, Nick was able to put on my glass screen protector with ease compared to other retailers. Overall I believe this retailer was outstanding. 5/5 stars.

I had a great experience at this Verizon location in Brewer, Maine. Actually ended up spending several hours there a few times. What a AppleMess! I repeat Apple mess! Honestly some of the best service ever and I have been a Verizon customer many many years. I’ve been to many locations and happen to be here on vacation. I was in Maine heading back to Texas soon and needed my phone. I won’t go into details but basically they all worked together to accommodate me and get me up and running! Big thank you to Zack, Wynn, Nick and Matt W. Each made effort to resolve my issues. I have a phone to head home! Restored! Most employees would not have put that much effort into it! Thank you all

Amy was very good with service today. We came in for a tempered glass for my fiances phone. She not only took the time to help put on the tempered glass, but she convinced my fiance that he needed a case to keep his phone safe. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. Amy was also able to get us both into new tablets, and also is going to help us get car chargers as well. Thank you very much.

Beth Johnson was beyond helpful today! She found the best offer for us and helped us save money on our plan after transferring a phone line from another carrier. She transferred all of our saved files, informed us on all of our warranties for every product we purchased, as well put on our screen protectors! We will definitely do all of our business with her going forward in regards to our Verizon needs. Thank you, Beth! Highly recommend this location.

Sold me a few cell phone accessories with the verbal promise that if you have a tempered glass screen protector crack or break they will honor a new replacement for only $10. Indeed had my screen cracked and they basically said sorry will give you 10% off of a new one which cost $49.95 ! Theres no honor in my opinion.. Im the type of person that a handshake or verbal agreement is a done deal guarantee apparently Verizon does not feel that way

Beth Johnson 10Store 10 - new large store with good parking & they have nice bathroomsIt was refreshing to be treated like a valued customer. I walked in & I was immediately greeted by Beth Johnson. She didnt log me into a some servicing queue - like the long wait queue over @ the Bangor store. We sat right down to work my problem. I found Beth to be very knowledgable. Beth quickly provided a solution to current phone issue and then took the time to review my account. In a reasonable amount of time I was able to walk out with a better service plan for all my devices, a newer/better phone and a reduction of monthly costs!

Devan was very helpful. He also helped us work through our bill. He was very informative and did an awesome job! He helped us lower our bill bull getting us on a better plan and helping get my Veterans discount applied. Devan got us into a phone that was a good fit for us! Thank you Devan!

My girlfriend and I went in around 7pm on 10-11-19 to get me a new phone as mine was pretty busted up. Had the pleasure of working with Matt Walker and, I recieved top notch service. He was very easy to work with and I would 100% work with him again. He talked me out of the google pixel i had my heart set on, but instead he suggested the LG thinq G7 as it was a Superior phone and was actually cheaper than the pixel 3. I have to say, i would recommend everyone go see Matt, and the other guys at Verizon!

I went to this store, to get my phone re activated. They helped but thats not my poor raiting. It was the very bad customer service. The person seemed like he was having a bad day or didnt have his coffee. He wasnt to me as wanted to help at all. Because when I went to the Bangor store, Ill give that store and customer service a five star rating. Because they were very helpful and where willing to help a customer.So a very cheerful helpful worker, makes a cheerful willing to come back customer. Not the other way around. So, I wont be coming back to this location.

I am so impressed with the level of customer service I received here today. All of the staff were completely friendly from the moment I walked in the door, and answered all of my questions thoroughly! I worked with Devan, and he definitely made my day! I was having a really bad experience with my previous carrier, and he definitely made the transition seamless. Thank you all so much!

The store was very welcoming. Josh was very helpful getting the phones changed over. Devan and Jacob where easy to get along with while we waited for the phone changes. Thanks for making my Sunday phone change go easy.

If I could give a lower rating I would. This store has serious moral and ethical value issues. The sole purpose is to shove as many products that you dont need and will be lied to about so the workers can pad their pockets. They are rather proud when they screw people out of money and call it CSOKIing a customer which is their code for working someone over a barrel where they just made themselves a ton of money. I highly advise anyone with Verizon to go to the store in Bangor and not give this awful place the time of day.

Josh is an amazing guy, he helped both my fiance and I get both watches and an iPad.The placement of the store is perfect. I couldnt ask for a more convenient spot.The inside of the store is beautiful. The showroom that they have here is very nice.

Aside being happy that theres a Verizon closer to home, the staff was very helpful, including each helping the other with one client, in finding what I wanted most in a cell (better photo quality) and making transfers from the old to the new. Tom went above and beyond to help me find the cell he believed would most suit my needs, including going outside to compare a couple cellphone cameras.

I have never had a better customer service experience. I came in at 8:30 pm and two employees stayed almost an hour after closing to help me in a desperate situation on a tough day. Tobin and Zack went above and beyond to make sure I left stress free and turned a negative situation into a positive situation. I will make sure to always return to this location and these two employees for any of my future cellular needs.

Jacob answered all of my questions knowledgeably. The customer service and over all experience was excellent. And not having to drive to the mall area was an added bonus!

Yesterday afternoon my boyfriend, son and I went in and saw Tom Richmond to upgrade my boyfriends phone and activate a new line for my son (who knew nothing about his getting a phone). Tom greeted us with a friendly hello and a smile. He worked diligently to assure my boyfriend was getting the phone he wanted and even introduced us to a phone we had never heard of before (Asus Zenfone). Turns out that was the phone my boyfriend chose and so far he loves it! For my son we activated my boyfriends previous phone since it was still in great shape and this is his first phone (no need to buy new just yet). Needless to say, Tom went above and beyond for us, answering all of our questions (there were many) and when he needed assistance, he asked, which I commend him for! Id rather have someone get me the right answer and not just tell me what I want to hear. I highly recommend the new Verizon store in Brewer, Maine based on the knowledgeable staff and the willingness to help. Go see Tom and the rest of the guys there, I know theyll help you get what you need!

I quickly realized this wasnt a real Verizon when they had displayed mostly just LG phones... I was told repeatedly that LG is the best phone and all the other ones suck 😂. Had to ask them to see the phone I wanted and still they tried to sell me an LG. I left here and went to the Bangor Verizon and bought 2 new phones.

What are you people doing here?I come in for a simple micro USB car charger. Something that would fit literally every phone that isnt an iphone. How do you not stock these? You should have 400 of these lining the walls..Its not like im trying to buy batteries at a Chinese restaurant here. Youre a Verizon store! You have one job! Phones and phone chargers! Maybe a few tablets if youre feeling spicy.Again... what are you people doing here??

Rep who sold me my phone stated that no other retailer had the colors and size I wanted which I found out days after that wasn’t true at all. In order to go to another location and get the color and size I wanted, I would have to go back to the store and return the phone and not get anything back for the accessories I bought. Also the rep sold me a front and back screen protector which were $30-$40 apiece but when I took my phone to another Verizon store, they told me that there was not a back screen protector on it. This Rep’s name is Zach Lavway. I’m not sure about the other employees who work there but I would chose a different one if you happen to get him during your visit.
