Went to get my Covid-19 vaccine today, and the pharmacy technicians were great. Both technicians were very friendly and informative. Even my husband agreed. In fact they made sure our next shots were scheduled right after each other. (When I scheduled our first appointments, times filled quickly, so we ended up being an hour apart. This time the tech made sure we are right after each other.)

The people that work there appear to really hate their job. Not one person is ever in a good mood. I’ve always had issues with this pharmacy. Every time I go to pickup a prescription it’s either not ready or they don’t have my insurance saved.I will never be back to a Walmart pharmacy

We decided to do reserve pick up they where Very rude and unprofessional then would not take my money as they have before said I had to use card or come in was very nasty about it when I didn’t have a card on hand so I had to drag my kids into the store they should put on their signs that they do not take cash they only take card for prescription pick up

Great service and theres not a long wait time and the people are awesome! Robert an Amy especially are very kind and social people an that makes it so much more pleasant to go to this particular pharmacy! very nice! couldnt get better service!

So far, so good and better! Prices are right, staff is professional, courteous and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but I just recently transferred my prescriptions to Walmart. Keep up the good...very good...work!

Heres a tip, Hire more people!!!No one answers the phone and lines are long.

Waited for 20 minutes in the sporting dept to get ammo, there was no one there. 10 minutes into the wait a staff member came up and asked if wed been helped to which we replied no, we told him we needed someone with keys so we could get ammo. He said he would page someone to come help us. 10 minutes later, no one had showed up. I went to the paint dept and asked the woman working if there was someone that could help us. I got a real snotty attitude from her, she said yeah thats me, and its going to be a while Im still doing paint. What poor customer service. Last time I shop at the Brewer wal mart, Ill go to Bangor wal mart next time, and I live right in Brewer.

I like this place but it is more expensive than Bangor and less selection as well. I ONCE HAD A STORE MANAGER VERBALY ACCOST ME AND SHRUGGED HIS SHOUDERS AT ME REAL QUICK AS IF TO FIGHT. I was not scared but greatly irritated. As I am 300lbs pure muscle. I will still shop here sometimes because it is close to home but I am not impressed. Notice all of My posts are positive when it comes to other businesses. I am a patient and kind Man and just want to be treated with respect like anyone else. The only reason I didnt 1 star is because I believe it can be redeamed.
