Their website says they proudly have your product done on time! That is a huge lie! If you are a small business owner do not go here for anything! You will be told the date on the invoice is just a target date not when it will be done! What a joke! They push you to the back if a bigger (more money) job comes up! If I could give a lower rating I would! King and son builders will never shop here again!

I asked for a quote on a pretty straightforward project at the beginning of December. The first person to reply never got back to me with a quote. Over the next 6 weeks I followed up two more times. The second time I heard nothing back, the third time was a totally different person who again, said they would get a quote for me and then I never heard from them again. Disappointing.

I have tried so many times to give W.S. Emerson my business and it’s like they don’t even want it. Always excuses for something. Took them 4 months to get me a jacket. Kept getting told it was ordered for weeks and then all of a sudden nobody could find that it had even been ordered. A company that I work for has their logo through W.S. Emerson. I went there to try and have the logo put on my sweatshirt, nope. Won’t take customers items. I said ok, then I’ll have a patch done. Won’t do patches. Every time I come here, it’s just a huge disappointment. Would not recommend to anyone.

Had a sign made for our Grand Opening at our new store! Great customer service and turnaround! Will definitely use their services again as needed in the future!

The company that I work for had a big, last minute t-shirt order for an event that we were supporting. Teresa worked with me and was very patient and helpful. She was able to squeeze my order in just in time, and let me know as soon as it was completed. We ended up getting our shirt order two days earlier than she initially estimated, and we were so pleased with the quality of the graphics on the shirts. I will definitely be using them again!

They wouldnt work with me because of my log . Huge waist of time and effort.
