I placed an order through the Milford store and had to change the delivery address the day before delivery, which aligned the order with the Bridgeport location. There was a miscommunication with the address as Milford noted the street address as a different number, which led to some confusion. The Bridgeport driver contacted me immediately and we were able to resolve the issue. He even sent a picture of the package at the doorsteps, including the house number in the frame. I really appreciate the attention this driver paid to these details. Thank you!

Let me preface with this.I have received edible arrangements on various occasions and have eaten from multiple on many occasions in different locations. Ive never had to personally deal with any customer service because the product has always been sublime.If you scroll through the pictures youll see the original fruit basket we received as a gift for Easter after just three days, which was received the Thursday prior. Firstly, the fruit tasted of preservatives, you know those cheap cut up fruits you can buy at supermarkets?... Just like those. Almost a carbonation flavor.We called customer service the next day to sort out this issue of not-so-fresh fruit. We were met with a surprising amount of retaliation from an employee which further extended to the owner of the branch. We asked for a refund to the purchasers card and nothing more. We were told we would receive a call back but were forced to call again on Saturday and Monday.Well after a week of back and forth the owner relayed a message to us offering an Im sorry box of six (6) chocolate covered strawberries, no refund. SIX STRAWBERRIES? We originally received what I assume to be (photo #6) a $60.99 basket of fruit. The smallest available box of dipped strawberries that I could find on the web site was twelve (12) which is priced at $39.99, and we were offered six (6). I felt insulted at the offer and after another hour of discussion with the employee I managed to get them to send a dozen and a half dozen mini cheesecakes to make up for the poor first basket only because they REFUSED to refund the purchaser.Fast forward to today, Saturday April 18th 2020, we received the strawberries and cheesecakes. The y looked great and I was very pleased with what we received. So I tossed them in the fridge and waited for dinner to be over to serve them.Well heres the kicker... Five (5) of the first six (6) strawberries we tried had a rotted portion. I was the unfortunate one to bite into the first rotten one and was met with not only the same carbonated taste but also and actual rotted spot. I decided to cut the following five to avoid my family eating them and to no surprise... More rotten fruit. I left the remaining six (6) in the box and moved on to the cheesecake with very low expectations. We served four (4) mini cakes and first bite of mine was okay, but then came a complaint of a sour flavor from the others at the table. At that moment I decided that I WILL NOT feed sour dairy to anyone in my family. I packed up the box and I will personally deliver these back to the store and demand a refund or credit to use at another location.I dont want you to get the wrong idea here, when done correctly, these baskets and fruits are amazing. Edible arrangements, like I said before, has delivered wonderful fruit to many of my family gatherings. Unfortunately this location doesnt appear to have functioning quality control or an owner who cares about their customers. Be warned, the Bridgeport and Milford branches are owned by the same person so if you decide to buy an arrangement, Id look a little further away (may I suggest Fairfield or New Haven).My apologies for the rather unsightly photos, but had the fruit been fresh these images wouldnt exist.Stay safe everyone.

The two individuals working there did a great job with customer service. I watched them both do their best to assist an older customer that was very confused about the fruit being arranged to look like flowers.This was my first time trying EA for myself - although I’ve purchased them as gifts. The arrangement was fresh and packaged well. The chocolate strawberries were all great. The “donut” apples were fun. My only “complaint” is that my chocolate dipped bunny didn’t look like a bunny at all. Was an unidentifiable blob. Lol - tasted good though. ✨

I just called to place an order. While on hold the automated system constantly repeated free delivery during this difficult time. When the rep completed my order she charged me delivery fee. When I inquired and even repeated the message. She replied that was an old message from months ago! and would not removed the fee. I requested a manager she advised he was out for at least 2 more hours. Needless to say I cancelled my order! This should be considered FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

Stopped in to grab a quick fruit cup. When I went in no one was in the front. It took 8 minutes before anyone came. The girl didnt have any ready so she said give her 10 minutes and she would dip them. 10 minutes later sorry we ran out of the cups to put the fruit in. If they spent less time gossip and more time working they wouldnt have to turn customers away . Need a new staff.

Horrible service! I ordered some chocolate fruit with a balloon for Valentines Day, from my dad to my mom!, because he would like to make a surprise! (so cute) It took forever to arrive! When the order was finally delivered, it came with a balloon saying Happy Anniversary!! I kindly called the store, but the person was extremely rude. She told me to walk in and exchanged if I wanted the right balloon. Due to her attitude, I said i would not go, because that was their mistake! She laughed on me and said We can go but I dont know at what timeand hung up the phone on me. They never showed up to delivery the right balloon. Also, some strawberries were very old. I wont recommend, at all. If I could, I would give them zero stars.

My mom is in the hospital not feeling well and We wanted to get her something to cheer her up because we live so far and can’t get to ct to visit her. We decided to order her an edible arrangement from the Bridgeport location. The young lady that answer was very pleasant and professional . The delivery got to her surprisingly fast and not only that the delivery man went beyond my expectation by greeting my mom with not just a smile but with a song and dance to go with it. To hear the excitement she had by talking to her on the phone made me feel at ease to know she will be ok. Thank you so much!!!! I definitely recommend your location for anyone to Order from and I will be ordering from you again real soon.🤗

Received an edible arrangement for my birthday this past weekend. Chocolate covered strawberries were leaking and tasted sour! When I cut into the other strawberries, they looked old which explains the taste and bleeding.

When I called to place an order the lady asked me for the phone number of the person receiving the fruit basket, I asked why did they need this and was told that it was just indo that they needed for the order. I spaciftly asked are you going to call them and I was guaranteed that would not happen. Well guess what the driver did, and he ruined the surprise. I will never use them again and will tell others not to use them as they are completely unprofessional.

2nd time I do a delivery, I go early in the morning so there won’t be excuses on why it doesn’t get delivered .. There quick to charge you a arm & leg but can’t deliver there promise I deff don’t recommend

Literally one of the worst customer experiences I have ever . Company is good but this specific franchise is terrible go to milford. They purposely shut off phone during busy/peak days so they dont have to deal with all there mess ups. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
