It was a magical experience! I went in to buy a deck of cards and was able to find all of my grandkids their Christmas gifts! I was beyond excited. The selection was amazing. I was traveling through from Tennessee and was so impressed with the kindness of the employees, as well as, the selection and quality of merchandise. I will definitely be stopping in on my next tripthrough Mississippi.

There were a lot of empty shelves on the food isles and coolers were also pretty empty. But it was slam full of customers. Most everyone had masks on but no social distancing.

Store was an absolute mess. Nothing put up. Boxes everywhere. Product just placed in all random wrong places. The store stunk so bad like someone used the bathroom in the middle of the store.

Great service great prices

We are so glad to have a local Dollar General; its about 3 to4 miles from ourhome. It has great prices and this is greatly appreciated, with prices of Groceries and cleaning products beingrather costly at stores in town. DollarGeneral has some products that the larger establishments, do not have. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The only reason that this store, I gave it a 4star, instead 5stars,is because the store doesnt have enoughemployees. At most the store has 2 employees and they are having to put out stock, and serve customers at the same time!! On a few occasions, they have only had 1 employee to do it all!Its a bit cramped to get around in the store because buggies have been blocking certain areas. Its not the fault of the employee... its adminstration, or management,They need more help! I dont have adegree in business,;:but if they had aOne employee to stock the shelves...It would be an even more pleasant shopping experience !

Good people. Good service.They put too many carts with products on them, blocking the shelves. The greeting card aisle was completely blocked.Busy store ...a lot food products get bought up quickly.

I cant say enough good thing about all my dollar General store experiences. I dont know what I did before they built 5 minutes from my home. I guess I went to Wal-Mart. Its so nice to have the convenience and variety I find at all the dollar General stores I shop in .

My husband went with me and we found basically all we needed. The store is usually always clean. Our onlyComplaint rest with management. There are always too few workers any thing time you go there! Two ladies are there to do at least half a dozen different jobs... I submit that ought to be reflected in their pay! They have to stock, run up to check several people out and go back to stocking! In the meantime, if you are shopping with a buggy, there is usually a box of stock on the floor, A two step ladder beside it, the asiles are cramped and you usually meet another coustomer coming from the other direction! At least those who you meet are cordial,No buggy rage observed yet! With todays economy, more and more of us,Are having to buy the bulk of our groceries there! Their prices are moreLlike we can afford to feed a family!I do wish they carried fresh veggies and Produce! That would be the ultimate. The employees are very courteous, and not only do they haveMuch to do in the store; they are responsible for keeping the outside lotClean too. So of you are ever temptedTo leave the buggy outside... please doThe employees a favor and spend a minute of your time and be kind and take it back in the store.Such a littlegesture,adds up and helps the employees so much when it is Quitting time!.

Love to shop there but hate waiting in the checkout lines. Usually only 1 register open. Feels like being in Walmart checkouts.

I love the dollar generals in my area

Too cluttered, needs to be reorganized. Had to wait 15 minutes in line. Only one cashier waiting on a long line of customers, I had to ask for my receipt from the cashier, she had to stop eating her lunch to help check out customers on a very busy day. There should be more than one person at the registar when theres 10 people waiting with buggies of items.

Every time I go into the Monticello store, there are carts of merchandise in the aisle preventing me from getting everything I may have on my list. Yhe store is understaffed, & will even take phone calls while checking out customers. There needs to be teo registers open at the time. The line to check out takes a long time.
