Friendly staff from phone call to on site. They are very responsible and professional when processing my DHL package. Emails were replied promptly and clearly. My package took 2 working days to be delivered to the recipients in Vietnam in good condition and on time. The cost is affordable to all the delivery services I requested. Definitely come back for future international shipment.

Excellent service! I had some packages to send to relatives in Austria and Kim was very helpful and professional in regards to making sure those packages were received. I highly recommend this location for international shipping, or shipping in general. More friendly as well as more options than a standard place like UPS, USPS, or Fedex.

Postal Plus is such a fun place to shop. I rarely leave the store without a bag full of goodies. They also have wonderful greeting cards! If you need a special gift for a coworker, this is the place to shop!

Postal Plus is fantastic. They have so many neat and unusual things that you can’t find anywhere else. I found all of my Christmas gifts there and I will be doing the same this year. Baur Services is a great establishment with customer service in mind. If you need help Im sure there will be someone who can assist you with your shipment. Mr. Baur is a great manager/owner. I have been in the store while training new hires and new managers dont teach customer service like he does. A+++++

I utilized the services of Postal Plus to ensure that my gift to a friend (a pottery bowl) would arrive in one piece; for that reason I handed over my card even though I found the quoted price a bit steep. Imagine my disappointment, when I found that the bowl had broken in transit. Very disappointed with the customer service, prices, and quality of the packaging.

NEVER COME HERE. Worst experience ever. We came in looking for a box to ship out and the lady started screaming at us NO NO NO NO NO and we were startled by her yelling and the other customers looked at us as if we were stealing when we were just picking out a box. I told the lady that we are paying for it but she wasnt listening and kept screaming no no no and she snapped and like no bring it up here and Ill do it!For an online retailer I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!
