Over the past 30 years I’ve purchased several buildings from Mueller who provided an exceptional product for a good price.In February 2021 I again purchased a 30x50 and was told it would take six weeks due to back orders.Yesterday, June 15, exes 00p9oo 0. 2021 I received most of my building.

Place is the best for my building needs. They were knowledgeable and recommended what I needed at a great price. They were quick fast and in a hurry. 5 thumbs up

We ordered a building for a barndomium. Read the fine print. There are no guarantees for water leaks. Look at the construction directions. Its a poor design. Heavy rain or gutters that have leaves accumulated, force water down the inside wall. DONT BUILD A BARNDOMIUM

Good place to buy materials

Went to mueller and was offered a fair price and even offered the services of an individual to come to my house and measure out the roof so the materials will be exactly what I need and no extra so I will save even more...after the guy measured my roof the price went up and I asked why. I was told that more metal was required than what I had originally asked for. Thankful that this issue was caught I paid more money and was told now I had EVERYTHING I needed. When the job started I noticed that we had 0 screws that we needed and upon calling Sloan at Mueller he said that I hadnt asked for screws!? What!?(it was supposed to be an all inclusive bid) Anyway, so we spend 80 dollars on screws and finish the job to find out we had extra materials leftover...quite a bit for a residential job. I call Sloan and ask him how I return the extra for a refund because HIS guy measured it out and was supposed to SAVE me money, and instead raised the price for extra materials I didnt need. He told me that he wouldnt refund my money(despite being wrong) and proceeded to tell me I mustve used the cover sheets of metal or some scrap because they didnt send me extra and he cant verify the job was done right! Wow!! Condescending much!?Ultimately Im stuck with 3 extra sheets of R-Panel 24 feet long and almost 60 feet of eave Trim, plus extra closures and seal tape...THANKS FOR SCREWING ME OVER MUELLER, ...feel like I need a cigarette after that conversation.

In reference to Mr. Smallwoods story, that is not at all how things went. He did indeed come in with a list of materials (that wasnt a complete list of materials that he would need), he was offered to have a site visit done (which he did). After measurement, Mr. Smallwood got the quote for the COMPLETE list of materials for his roof, but refused to order based off of it. Instead he modified the list and placed the order (without screws). He did indeed come back later and was GIVEN the screws for free by his salesman. As far as the extra material that we wouldnt return, it was a custom order that he verified prior to ordering....custom made material is non-returnable as he was informed at the time of the order.In reference to Mrs. Capuzzi. I am not sure what happened, but I can assure you that she DID NOT stand in the office for 17 minutes without someone offering to assist her. Even if all the salesmen are busy assisting other customers, we will let anyone who walks in know that we will assist them as soon as possible. I do not specifically remember Mrs. Capuzzi coming in, but I can assure you that NOBODY has ever waited that long in our office without being offered assistance.Just wanted to set the record straight on these two reviews.Anyone needing a quote, please feel free to call, email, or stop by and we will be happy to assist you with all of your metal needs.

Arrived at 2:30 pm on 6/3/16 to place order for our 40 x 50 barn/garage. When you walk in the front door it dings to alert staff someone just came in. I stood there hearing three voices discuss weekend plans. After 8 minutes and no one acknowledged they would be there to help me. I opened the front door to ding several times. After 14 minutes no one STILL acknowledged they knew I was there. I opened the door again to ding many times and still no response. After 17 minutes I decided I will take my business elsewhere. Typical customer service for this area.
