Been a customer for 8 years and service since it became Lincare has gone through the floor. I get a nice response in the office with some people but what good does that do if the warehouse never ships your order and they just bounce you around people that cant resolve it.
I never realized how rude this company was untill I needed something besides the oxygen delivered. And these men that deliver are awesome guys. But these ladies in the office are the worst people Ive ever dealt with. When I tell my kids they will be very upset with this co. And they will be mad. But they do not treat the elderly like this. I better recieve the stuff I need Im entitled to it and they get paid to do their job. Or I will report them. And here we go again May 13th. Had a call yesterday for oxygen told them yes they can bring me 4 bottles tomorrow which is today. Well 4:45 looked outside my empty tanks still in same place no one has been here called the company and asked them if they were coming Joleen is who I talked to. She got someone else on the line lady with an attitude. I asked her are they still bringing my oxygen my tanks are still sitting and havent been moved. And she says we dont have an order for you I told her someone called yesterday took the order and was to bring them today and nobodys been here. Well I dont have an order like I said he was bringing 4 bottles today. And she got irate and yelled at me DO YOU WANT THESE OXYGEN BOTTLES OR NOT? I said yes I do I yelled right back and told her BUT I DO NOT NEED TO LISTEN TO YOU HAVE AN ATTITUDE WITH ME! And I hung up. I will report this company if they keep being this way to their customers,They work for us! And they are also supposed to be working on me a small compact portable concentrator that weighs alot less and is easier for me to carry. That was supposed to have been done in a month if they dont get it together I do, intend to report them to main office company. Update May14 1:08 in the afternoon still no oxygen Tanks!
This company is absolutely horrible. I would give no stars if I could. They never called me when my doctor sent them the prescription. I called the first time and asked they had no record so they were going to call my doctor and get back with me...NO RESPONSE for days. So I called them again. Okay you can come pick up your machine but we are going to charge you $75. But Ive met my deductible and out of pocket for the year. Well the insurance isnt showing that. I called the insurance they said yes they should see that but we will send your information in an email so you can show them. So they say well we wont charge you anything when you come to pick it up but if its not showing in the system by the time we bill, well bill you and you can get the money from the insurance. Okay. Ohh by the way well need to charge you $8 per month rental fee for 1 year because thats how we track your compliance. So your going to charge me rental on a machine that is being bought and paid for outright by insurance. Why do we continue to let medical related services do these outrageous things?
A 1 star is to high for this company. If you need something from them you will die before it arrives. My mother needed a nebulizer and medicine for it. The nebulizer arrived 3 weeks after being ordered and me calling everyday to check status. Still no medication for it. This company is a disgrace.
One of the least responsive companies Ive ever dealt with.
No customer care or communication at all. They are slower than garden snails and very very very unprofessional. They close at 12pm and opens at 1pm. Guess what, they open whenever.
