Now the workers here are so helpful. I came in the door was asked what I was looking for and they went and got it for me .. Its clean smell wonderful. I can find all the new and old stuff here 😊

They a closing the Mt Mojave store, why? It seems like they have taken all the good stuff out, maybe to another store? Its very emtry and sad. We need more department stores here not less.

Went in to buy a gift off their registry. Was surprised they dont have a kiosk to print it myself. Had to wait in line but didnt take too long. Got assaulted by one of the spray air fresheners while walking though the store. Still have a headache from it. Found a gift quickly and left. They have a nice assortment but maybe next time Ill shop online.

Always loved BBB! So sad to this store closing! Thats what you get when you build outdoor shopping in 120* degrees summers, without the support of other businesses to draw in customers! Restaurants, popular name stores and even movies were promised to be in the plaza, after 10 years ... Empty stores .. Some never finished! More closed! Sad! Sad! Sad!

The sales associates seemed like I was a big inconvenience when I asked them questions. I will not go here again. They say this store is having a big clearance and the store is closing. Dont rush over. There are some sale items, but I definitely wouldnt label it as clearance prices.

Decent selection of home goods and employees are polite. Its a great place to find things you didnt know you needed but the prices on non sale items usually leave me going elsewhere in town or online.

I guess I have a bias, I worked there, but it was always nice how much effort they put into training us. I liked how they had feedback from the district supervisors, checking in on the employees and the merchandise was always good quality.

Hold on. Its another book: 2yrs ago, when we moved to az., we arrived at bb&b, exactly, at 9p.m./closing. The store manager at the time, who is the store manager, today, was working that night and welcomed us in. we took our time because we needed EVERYTHING... and hed been warned the job was dangerous. i wish i could remember his name, to afford him the respect hes earned. even the lights were being shut off and he escorted various family members through his store. when i found him with my young son, at the time, he was on his hands and knees, grabbing a towel, my son had pointed to. believe me when i tell you, my son had no sense of appreciation, for what the manager was doing for him. the rest of the trip went the same: absolute royal treatment. when we were finished, i was gettin nicked for over 1k and had forgotten my change of address, 20% coupon. he gave me the discount and told me if it happened again, just come back with the receipt... which actually happened, the next weekend, for another 1k trip. we were furnishing a 2nd home. i swear, its the same, every time we go and he must treat his employees, with the same care. i actually invited him to tgiving dinner, he was so cool. so once again, we were there, tonight and his girls were busting their rumps, behind pallet jacks, til we entered. some gals wont deign to do so. very admirable, ladies! tonight, i wasnt getting my way, no thanks to NEST, king-pinning. obviously, google forgot they have competition, now... anyway, MISTY, whos pretty face i recognize from previous trips, made the magic and my mother will live happily ever after, for it. Misty, ya know what ya did, so thank you, very much! wasnt unfair, imo... and she refused any gratuity. class acts, as always, fellas! thank you! thank you!p.s. dont be pervy! he was on his knees, grabbing a towel 4 a kid who would never appreciate the fact an adult was willing to go the extra mile 4 him, & then some.fyi, the store is being closed, around feb 1, 2019. theyre makin it so this amazing team, with some serious longevity and loyalty, cant have a decent Christmas because theyre about to be out of jobs. this is a foolish move, on the companys part because an event center is going up, next door, a bridge is about to be built, connecting the expressway, to Laughlin, property values are goin crazy, in the area and upscale neighborhoods are being built. what kind of idiot wouldnt want this demographic, for such a store? not to mention, the good people theyre about to screw. most of the store is currently 20% off and if you have the annual membership and ASK for the extra discount, they will not deny you. display items going especially cheap...

The store in bullhead city needs a wider selection of percussion massagers. The store Rep ordered one for me from the online bed bath and beyond website and said 2-4 days. I know its not the Reps fault but took 3 weeks. And the whole time it was sitting at the las Vegas USPS anex GEEZS

I think this store is very good ai they helped me when I needed to buy a sheet FOR my bedroom, I needed some that are for larger mattresses the number and if the lady ordered them so that I could get to my home as I was not a PERSONAL COMPITATOR I LOVE IT SO MUCH
