Ugh! So two boys were working tonight 4/10 and a lot of the scoops looked like kid scoops. I opened mine up and this is what it looked like. I have not once ever had it look like this. The boy was rushing everything! So when you rush things the QUALITY is not there. I come here a lot and this time, I was disappointed in what I had received! I think they need retraining again! Literally looks like a kids scoop and one regular scoop. SMH! Have not even touched it yet too. This is how the others looked as well. The single scoops he gave for the other 4 looked like kid scoops as well.

Prices were a bit on the high side. We ordered two waffle cones and one scoop each. There was a deal they were promoting for what we had gotten and we didnt see it on the window until after we had sat down. The lady that helped us never said a word to us to help save some money on our purchase. Great customer service...NOT😤

Well I believe Ive got tobe honest. The woman the worked there was polite and very nice to my daughter. The bowl of ice cream my daughter with the green lime slime in it was bad ! It made my daughter sick to her stomach. I tried it my self and agreed. It was horrible testing and wasnt Pleasant at all. And a banana split I had was good it was going to be honest with you was okay. But the pineapple that was on the vanilla ice cream was almost tasteless. It tastes like it its already spoiled and the pineapple Taste of the pineapple was gone.

The selection is great, the staff was friendly and helpful. Icecream on a hot day is just what we needed.

Staff were pleasant and service was quick, but the bathroom looked like it hasnt been cleaned in months. Very dirty, wont be going back!

Bask in Robbins is pretty much the same everywhere! Didnt care for the new pumpkin cheesecake flavor. Guess I shouls stick to pumpkin pies !

Always have such wonderful flavors and combination. Been my favorite since i was a kid. Today i got a tropical banana split with nutty coconut, vanilla pomegranate yogurt, pineapple coconut. Toppings include pinapple cookie dough, strawberry, whip cream, almonds and cherries. Yummy

The employees are always super nice and happy. Everything is so yummy!!!

Of course ice cream is excellent. Last night we were in about 9 pm. A little busy, my husband ordered cherry jubilee mixed thin, girl put ice in the ice cream, yes very thin but no flavor. The two gals seemed to be having issues with each other, also some guys flirting with one of them got free treats...

Super quick service and the sorbet I got was exceptionally good. I recommend the raspberry sorbet and the Daiquiri Ice. Getting them together will create a tasty flavor profile😋🍨

Met the owner who appeared to be more happy to be in an ice cream store than we did and its been a long time since we were in one. He gave us samples and more importantly, time to decide on what we wanted to enjoy. I usually get Pralines and Cream but got Cherry with dark chocolate chips instead and my daughter got pink strawberry ice cream in a sugar cone coated with dark chocolate and colorful sprinkles. Delish!

Did not like the cake I ordered. I asked for and ordered an ALL Purple Heart cake. I got a Purple Heart cake.... but with RED writing for the name and RED frosting along the border of the cake. Very very disappointed, as this was for my daughters first birthday. 😖 I never mentioned RED frosting/writing... nor did the lady who made the cake.....not sure where it came from but I sure didn’t ask for it....

Went in after hitting nearby Wal-Mart, staff was very friendly and gave suggestions on different types of available ice cream. Wife and I got banana splits with the ice cream and toppings we wanted, with the amount to choose from if you dont like what you get its on you. Will be going back.
