Wow lets talk about a good scam artist the woman act so sweet and act like she wanted to give me a great deal not ended charging me for a boat that the ke y pop off of the boat would not start we got stuck in the middle of the river it started to over flow with water my son was Drowning in the Colorado river We Ended up having to go to the hospital weve been shaken up for over a week with this incident then to find out she charged 600 for deposit plus $2337 for damages made to a boat that never worked since the get go she let me go out in the Colorado river with my 3 children not knowing how to really use this boat made it seem like it was simple but in reality it was harder than what I expected and to top it off it was a dysfunctionable Boat. I recommend that you do not rent from these people they will try to take as much money as possible from you I will see them in court because they gave my credit card to another company that rents boats so that they could also charge my card If I so called to do damages to your boat you are supposed to send me a bill not charge my card as much as frequently as you want and thats exactly what you did thats called fraud especially you giving my credit card to a 3rd party without my consent I will definitely see you in court if it was up to me I would not let you rent Any appliances anywhere they are unsafe And your company does not care to put families at risk at any cost. Well know that the higher power dont like ugly do right and put my money back because you guys have left us with a trauma that we will have to live with for many years to come .Please do not rent here unless you have money to throw away blessings.

Complete scam, please do not come to this place, they will tell you one price and when you get there it goes up, we were told wed pay 900 for a pontoon boat and ended up paying about 1,300+ for gas and everything and they charged us for a damaged propeller but thats the way we got the propeller on the first place, we got charged 600+ just for other fees AFTER we returned it on top of the damage fee and their prices are high for barely any time at all (11-5) we had to negotiate for more time because the equipment was malfunctioning! When we left we saw three other people arguing and one person got charged over 1,000 dollars extra on top of the original fees, Please do not come here, it is a complete scam and nobody should ever come here no matter how rich or poor they are

All their skies are broken!! Worst place just a bunch of scam artist!!! Don’t waste your time with these people. They gave us two jet skies one none of the gauges worked. The other one had expired registration. We were supposed to have these skies until 4 but around noon they BOTH BROKE DOWN. My husband and brother were stuck floating on the river for 3 hours until they were found by river police. This company also charged us for towing their broken jet skis back to their shop.

With my family of 9, we had a really good time in our pontoon. The service was great and nice. The instructions are simple and very reliable. All of the other places were too difficult to understand. Dont go anywhere else!! Ask for WEEDA she is great.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!! a complete scam, they rent you 20yr old boats that have non working engines and when the boat mechanically fails on you they will charge you for repairs that they won’t even fix. once i confronted them about this, they then charged my card (which they had on file illegally) $1,300.

FRAUD!! They charge for nonexistent damages or expected wear and tear from renting out these jetskis. I ordered a jetski that was working totally fine the whole day no issues and then was told that the jetski had to be fixed when dropped off because it didnt work. Its a place full of Scammers. Dont buy here unless you want to get ripped off from damages that dont exist. They will charge you for every little stretch on their equipment. Never renting from here again.

This place there a bunch of robbers. They set a price and you leave a deposit but for anything that goes wrong with the jet they charge you the whole deposit.My experience. Rented a jet for couple hours, the jet turned off because it had no more battery. Called and they said that they had to do maintenance on the jet. And they charged us a total of $550 without no deposit to give back. We told the lady that all thier business is full of bad reviews and she said that she doesnt care. Pretty much jacked us for something that wasnt our fault. If you see other reviews they are full of 5 stars expect this one. DO NOT GO HERE! UNLESS YOU LIKE TO GET YOUR MONEY STOLEN.

So much fun!! Wida at the front was so nice, & Informative. The guys who towed us to lake gave us alot of info and were AWESOME!!! My only complaint is the gas... they said the boat held 13 gallons of gas there was no gauge to tell me what it was at and when we were turned it they said we had used a full tank of gas... I had rented to Ski-Doos before in Phoenix, filled them up with gas and never had to fill them up again they lasted 2 days so it was kind of concerning, confusing... But whatever... they charge $4 per gallon which is crazy because the gas over here is only 266 a gallon.. I just wish the guy that did the check in and filled up the tank would have showed us, prove it to me that I use the full tank of gas.. they need to check is in the way they checked us out...also be prepared for costs associated with being dropped off, life jackets, cleaning the boat and taxes. But it was an awesome day we had so much fun, the people out on the water or crazy as hell! We only got to keep the vehicle until 5 and they dont let water out of the damn until 1 which is not the rentals fault however be nice to be able to keep it a couple hours more that we can go further down on the lake... Either way the employees were amazing the experience was awesome... We will be back in September! Thank you for a memorable day, a great vacation... be prepared... The next day you will feel like you went bull riding! Good luck in school Wida!!

AVOID! DO NOT RENT HERE! This is a warning!!Heres a quick list before my story:They will automatically charge for gas over $80They will charge for every life jacket you borrowTheir jet skis DO NOT have reverse or neutral on themTheir jet skis are very damaged!!! Jacked up!!! Looks like they went through a hurricane!!!They have bad customer service and dont explain ANYTHING so ask questions if you have them.So heres my story.. I was looking for good prices all along this area and I called ahead to see their prices. I was told $250 for jet ski plus fees. I read through their yelp and noticed they had low ranking/bad comments. I gave them a chance because I noticed the owner was responding to these comments explaining his side. I thought this guy always has something to say so maybe it is the customers fault. Well I get there and the lady in the front just starts having me sign/initial the contract but no explanation on nothing. She then saysHow many life jackets and I respond how many can I get? She says 3 but never mentions they cost $5 per jacket. I tell her I want to be charged overnight fee already so she does the calculations as Im signing but theres no communication whatsoever. She hands me a slip and says some guy will meet with me in the front after I watch the video. Thats it. So I go with the guy and I get handed this beat up jet ski (theyre all like that) and the guy records all the damages then youre out on your own. No one directed me about how to work the machine or what was on the machine. I figured it wouldnt be hard cause I usually rent from another place (Daves Jet Ski Rental). I had called frequent amount of times after I left with all these questions I had that would pop in my head from the lack of communication that was given like about gas and where the heck was the reverse! Daves jet ski rental doesnt charge for life jackets and they let you bring back the gas tanks full which DEFINITELY do not cost over $80. So its the next day and I get back right when they open and she tells me Im late! She never mentioned the time. She wrote down in pen on the back of the contract what time to arrive but she never verbally said. I ended up paying $500 for everything! I told her the problem I had was the lack of communication throughout the whole experience. The owner had so much to say but yet he was never there to witness everything. There was only one kind guy there that understood my anger but he was blown off by the owner and lady at the desk. The funny thing is that she pulled out the contract thats typed and shes like see you signed here where it said that if Im late that I would be charged $40 every 30min. I literally looked her dead in the eye and said where does it say the time on this contract. I see that if Im late but where does it say that and she gave a dumb stare cause she knew I was right. She then referred back to her own hand writing where she said she wrote it BUT it was never in the contract I signed. She looked so stumped on what to say after cause she knew she was wrong. They only care about your money. If you want to rent here just know what youre getting into. Their jet skis are the worst condition Ive ever seen and I returned it with almost a full tank of gas because no one wanted to ride the junk. Even the other customers that were there looked unhappy with their purchase but I understand if you are desperate you will rent whatever. So this is a warning to you all. I learned my lesson and will listen to customers when they report how horrible a place is.

My friend and I went to this facility to rent a boat the customer service was excellent and the boat was very good operating condition.The receptionist Judy was very nice and kind the driver explained everything to us we had a wonderful time at the end of the day to drop the boat back in the same condition that they give it to us.We recommend this place

Really great, family owned rental shop. No deceptive practices, no dishonesty. Just a great rental facility with top notch equipment. Our jet ski was fast, fun and we had it all day to ourselves on a trailer. We have rented from other places on the Colorado and non of them compared to the quality and service of 5 star. We will be coming back to them on our next trip to Laughlin.

The name says it all .Newest equipment in Town, brand new parking lot easy in-and-out The building is very nice and clean clean bathroom lots of open space for you to watch a safety video clean life jackets.

We rented the Yamaha 11 passenger boat and it was great! Very easy people to deal with and the equipment was all in working order.

My boyfriend and I have rented a jetski from Five Star Jetski and Boat Rental. Once I walked in I knew this would be right place because Sandra was polite and honest, also the place smelled nice and look clean. The other jetski rentals I went charged me for previous damages but this place has video taped it twice to check if I made a damage. I would definitely come to this jetski and boat rental

If he works for the same company, (that is, they), this is not a game and not only was I affected, there were other clients who did the same to him. I spend more than 8/15 min. It was no longer full of water. When we called him, I didnt answer to see what happened to his garbage. When we take the time q must be served he went straight to the jet ski without waiting desirle bad estava wrong and said Look my jet ski broke down and it is all a lie because I never passed by stones. I got down from the trailer and had patches and I told them those are old patches and you want me to blame myself and he said IF THEY ARE PATCHED like that We fix them then I told him that he wants to say that This is your business FUCK People?
