Worst customer service I have ever experienced !!! Waiting on my cpap machine for over three months doctors kept sending prescription to apria in bullhead so I kept calling them with a no response that they didnt receive it went back and forth until I talked to a young gentleman he says well maybe they dont have our new fax number so he gives me a new fax number bam!!! they get the prescription now this started back in october now its January I missed my deductible on my insurance now I gotta pay full pop for my cpap machine when I could of gotten it for free !!! Now Im waiting again cause I saved up the money to get cpap now its been two weeks and they havent called me to say its ready this place should be shut down !!!
Run! Run as fast as you can to anywhere else. I personally would give NO STARS but you have to give 1 to review. It is unfortunate they are my only option. Most customer service try really hard to be polite and help. My advise is to ask right a way for the escalation team before you are escalated. This team seems to have some training on what they are doing. Like I said before the others are fine people trying to make a living. The problem with this company is greed at the top. My guess is extremely high turnover rate of front line employees due to the trickle down affect from upper management. If you also have no other option, I wish you the best but if your needs are time sensitive life and death you best have your will in order.
Pathetic Service!!!!! Two weeks and still no CPAP supplies. You cant understand a work they are saying. Four separate calls and still nothing. i have been told they are escalating it and I would receive a call within 24 hours and here I am 96 hours and no call. So i called again today and they still have not even contacted my insurance. So once again I am being told I will receive a call within 24 hours. Could barely understand the customer service rep. How long does it take to verify insurance?? These days within minutes, not days Apria is the worst.
Apria has terrible customer service!! I called a couple months prior to get medical records sent to another facility and it never happened. Now today, I try via telephone again and I was transferred several times, never getting to the correct dept and never getting what I was requesting. We will never go through this company again!! I had a situation last night, my Cpap machine was blowing so hard that I could not get a seal, and it would not allow me to breath. I called the Apria number and waited for 30 minutes with no help. I listened that entire 30 minutes how wonderful Apria was. I finally tried to sleep without my Cpap, needless to say it was a misrable night. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes this morning trying to get help. I am having the same issue. They were rapid to get things set up and get my money, but that seems to be where the service ends. I am fairly comfortable on the computer, how many elderly people just have to quietly accept this incompetance. When they wanted my money I was able to call to someone at RiceLake; after that I get thrown into this loop where I continue to here that they appriciate my business and will be with me shortly. WHAT DOES SHORTLY MEAN. I HAVE WAITED OVER 1HOUR!!!!!!
