Went to look at possibly buying a home to place on my property. Allowed them to run my credit and then couldn’t get an answer about financing. Was told I needed to fill out the loan app. I said “ okay, I need to get going, can I take the app and fill it out later. I will then scan and email it to you.” The manager decided that in order for them to do that, they would need a $500 deposit. I asked, a deposit for what? Good faith was their answer.I have good faith that this was done as a predatory sales technique.At no point should you pay someone to figure out what your financing options are. This is immoral and I hope that this review helps fix this and protect people.

I just called to get some information on a couple of homes. I spoke with Crystal. Very unsatisfied. Very rude and felt as if she did not want to help me or answer my questions. Had called previously and spoke with someone else who had been very helpful. While I still want a palm harbor home, I will be shopping at another location.

Their process is to drill you with questions and when you question tyrm and just want to know the difference in them compared to others Tia got mad and said your not palm harbor buyers. Wow...funny..i could stroke a check for anything on their property...but its none of their business that I can do that. Just wanted to compare structure builds and quality to other manufacturers. Go to Solitaire or brigadier. Not this place.

Awful experience refused to show us a house unless they ran our credit will not be back palm harbor is the worst!!!! The home is way over priced 360,000 for the la belle and its 227,000 directly from the factory and crystal degraded us talking about wasting her time and ours and doesnt know anything just lost a sale!!!!

Absolutely Horrible. Made us feel very uncomforatable. Refused to show a house until basically they could prove our credit, what we make, blood type etc. Only place to treat us like this. Will NEVER buy from here. Tia just made us feel so uncomfortable.

Everything was going okay until they started asking for ID and to sign a paper to run credit before even looking at homes. I did not sign it and said we wanted to look and ask more questions. After we said no to run a credit report it seemed like our sales person lost interest. She had initially offered to show us 4 homes but ended up showing only 2. when we got to the first home she was getting very irritated at our questions and did not give us any information on the home unless we asked. She made it seem like we were just waisting her time. We just did not want to run our credit before even looking at the homes. I understand it was close to closing time but in our case it’s the only time we can go because of work.

Experience with them was not good. I had to be the one to contact them the entire process and then the home is not done correctly! Looks worse than the model!!! When they came to cover septic they had dug up on side of home as well but want us to put dirt back. Why should we have to put dirt back on side if they dug it up!!!! They won’t answer your call when you call they screen the number to avoid talking with you!

I needed a home asap and Tia had me set up in one day with a beautiful home And a really nice community to set it up at. It only took 2 weeks from delivery to move in. Tia kept in contact with me to make sure everything was going good. Everyone is so nice and helpful at Palm Harbor. Give Tia a call to get set up in a beautiful home today!

Our sales lady Crystal Walker was amazing. She was very informative on everything. Answered all my questions, showed us several options of what i was looking for. I recommend highly you seeking her out if you are in the market for a mobile home.I didnt qualify at this time but in the future when i do i am going back there and get with Crystal Walker.Crystal gets 5 stars from meOn the other hand the Corporate office is a different issue.You get your earnest money back if you dont qualify. I get an email from them stating they will not process the return of my $500 until they get a bank statement showing that I paid the money, that my check cleared.Are you serious. Go to your banking and see that you cashed my check.Sent them picture of check, back and front and got my bank to show where it cleared: date and time. Oh my word. You had no problem taking my money, now i have to wait to get it back.Otherwise my experience there was great.

Words cannot express the kindness with this staff. We had a very unique situation and had no where to turn on a land loan. Bree and Jeff Anthony put our minds at ease and helped us breathe a little and told us they would help. We left with a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. They also have great floor plans to chose from and very reasonably priced. I highly highly recommend them.

This place was the most wonderful experience that I have ever had. Ive never had a financial company that treated you like you were family. Most of all theyre honest and if they cant get you into a home then they will do what they can to help you. Me and my daughter both are disabled. We dont have much and companies like this should have turned me away because I dont have millions of dollars to put down on a home they didnt theyre doing what they can to help us.

Tia was very rude it seemed like we were just waisting her time and she was pmsing all grouchy because it was close to her leaving. My sister and I are trying to both find the best Mobile home for each of our families so we wanted to get more information from each place. She was not nice trying to get information on there homes at all she just wanted a deposit. I wouldnt recommend this palm harbor at all! Factory expo right next to them were alot nice and accommodating and I liked there homes better!

We had a great experience working with Sher, Jeff, and April. They did the hard work of communicating with the loan company and the contractors. Sher made sure that our loan was the right fit for us. There was no pushing for us to pay more than we could afford! We love our new home!

I had a great experience at this location compared to others I visited. Chrystal showed me homes in my budget. She didnt show me homes that would get my hopes up, that I couldnt afford, like other dealerships did. Im in the process of filling out my application to buy a home! It wasnt as bad as I thought it would be, and we will have the home fast becuse we picked a show home.

At the beginning, it was a rough situation. When I left I felt like there was no hope. A few months later I commented on Rachaels facebook add and she called me that next day. When we spoke over the phone I was very hesitant to come back in. I told her my experience and what I was currently doing to better the situation and she pleasantly talked me out of the negativity I was stating and talked me in to give them another shot. She was super helpful and understanding of my situation, as was her general manager Jeffanthony. Went in to get a better idea of mobile home designs. The lady we came in contact with was more worried about being our financial advisor than showing us floor plans. We ended up leaving after rudely being told we could walk around and look at them ourselves.

We go in looking at mobile homes and sale woman says she can find property that it could go on but we needed to put a small deposit down so they know we are serious. We tell her what our criteria was for a place and it seems literally ever item we said we didnt want, she found a place that fit exaclty that. I would not recommend putting any kind of deposit because if you are wanting to get it back it will take forever and they are in no kind of rush. Seems shady way to do business. The money came out of my account immediately. Funny how that works. At least we are finding how shady things are in my opinion BEFORE buying a place.

First off, I highly doubt the 5 star reviews are really from people who went to this location that do not work there.Sales staff is VERY PUSHY! Once you show serious interest in 1 floor plan or model they are on you and dont back off.Do NOT give them your # or email address bc they will NOT leave you alone. Ive been to other PH locations that had much better service and sales staff. On top of that, the lies they feed are endless. My recommendation is go to a different PH location, it will be worth the drive! PH lost a sale bc of this locations staff.

The short and sweet of it, in my opinon, Palm Harbor of Burleson is a place you can trust. From the very start, Bree Morgan was an absolute gem. We needed a lot of answers, and if there was something she didnt know, she found us an answer. She and Jeffanthony, the general manager, make a great team and we appreciate their valuable time spent on us.

I purchased my home from JeffAnthony, great customer service very helpful and knowledgeable about all the homes. I will definitely buy another home from JeffAnthony.

I would avoid buying a home here . They use subpar contractors to set the mobile homes. They like to cut corners and not secure your home properly. Seems the bottom dollar prevails over the scope of work and even the FHA guidelines. I just wouldnt trust my hard earned money with them again because now its going to cost me thousands to fix the issues that should have been done right the first time and covered under the warranty.
