Proceed with caution when dealing with these people. I took my Craftsmen snowblower in for service because it didnt propel forward the way it was suppose to. This place called me with their diagnosis and estimate of $450 to rebuild the carborator, and to replace the auger. They told me my snowblower didnt start and recommended I trash it. I told them that I had just used it a few days ago and it started fine, it just wouldnt propel. Needless to say I didnt let them fix it, when I got it home it started up just fine. I took my snowblower to another repair shop and they told me that NOTHING was wrong with the carborator, and just the belt for the auger needed tightening up, cost me $60 total. I will NEVER use or recommend H. Tease.
