My recent purchases at Circle Furniture could not have gone more smoothly. Nancy was informative and professional and steered me to some choices that totally met my needs. At a time when there are significant wait times to receive items ordered, Circle had what I wanted in stock in their warehouse. Anticipating delays, they apparently stocked up on some of their popular items. The showroom is colorful, well organized and appealing.
Buying any kind of furniture can be overwhelming due to cost and how the chosen piece will truly settle into your life. Alecia was awesome to work with. She was knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and connecting to me and my needs. The actual sales process was seamless.
Brad helped us select a whole new living room. He got clear about what we were trying to do - update our furniture and modernize the look, without clashing with our 100-year old home and its traditional features. He gave us plenty of options for different styles of furniture, helped us coordinate the 3 pieces (style and color), supported us when we said we didnt like the rug options and didnt try to push us to buying something at CF. He reviewed everything in detail with us before placing the order - and he had captured everything just as we had requested it. It was a very pleasant and stress-less experience! We will soon have 3 full rooms of Circle Furniture in our home!

I went into Circle Furniture at Fresh Pond yesterday and had the strangest experience. I’ve been there before- we bought several arm chairs from them several years ago and had a good experience with both the place and the furniture. Yesterday I went in to look at couches. It was not busy. There seemed to be more salespeople than customers. But no one acknowledged me, even when I gave a wave and said hello. One saleswoman who was helping another customer gave me about half of a very curt nod but that was the most I got. So I walked around and looked at couches and sat down on a few but ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere because why would I spend thousands of dollars on a piece of furniture when no one in the store will even acknowledge my presence…it was very very strange.
So glad that we found Circle Furniture. The selection is great, and they had a lot of modern-style furniture, and pieces that are good for small spaces, which were hard to find at other furniture stores. The staff is knowledgable, helpful, and friendly, and the prices are fair. We purchased a bedroom set from Copeland furniture and couldnt be happier with the look and quality of the pieces.
I can’t say enough about my positive experience at Circle Furniture. I’ve been a customer for years, but was there recently to purchase both a new dining room table and a couch/ottoman for the family room of a new house I’m moving into. My salesperson, Nancy Tucker, was invaluable in helping me choose designs and colors to make things come together.
I just heard a lady in the store notify employees there were dead bugs on the first floor. They shined her on.Being nosy checked it out. Low and behold.I was hoping to order some items with them but bruh. At this price point you need to have responsive employees and clean showrooms. Super disappointed.Hopefully their distribution center is pest free. Still may order from them yet. I love the idea of buying local, but pestilence, while very on-brand for 2020, would be a nightmare and at these prices should be a non issue.
Circle has beautiful furnishings and home decor. What made our experience there so positive was working with Brad, who spent significant time with us over three visits to help us select various pieces we were purchasing for a new home. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable about how to coordinate multiple items. His advice was invaluable, and it was a pleasure to work with him.
We have always had excellent customer care experiences at Circle Furniture Cambridge, and this last visit was also great. In a last minute decision, we went in at the end of the day, on the last day of their January sale. Our representative, Michele, took us right to the desk I had been interested online, laid out all the info clearly, and before the end of that day, we had bought a new desk! Over the years, we have bought much of our furniture from Circle Furniture: our couch, our stereo cabinet, and our kids bedroom sets all come from there. As our children are adults now, we are finally redecorating and of course, we went back to Circle Furniture. Nancy Taylor was great: friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I entered the store, but Annette was very kind and helpful in placing my order during the tax-free weekend. It took three months for the dresser to arrive, but it was worth the wait. I think you get what you pay for, with quality, locally made furniture. I also purchased a bed from Circle (also made by Woodforms out of Foxboro, MA) earlier this year and returned to purchase the dresser a few months later. Im very happy with my purchases and would highly recommend. Also, great delivery!
Great selection of recliners I was interested in (Stressless) complete with samples of leather, several kinds, lots of colors. Good advice. I felt safe COVID-wise. One fewer star from perfect 5 as getting an exact quote and closing the purchase was not as smooth as it could have been.

Very helpful in selecting furniture and fabrics
Anita Munoz greeted me when I entered the store. She helped me to match a leather chair in size and a compatible color. She encouraged me to take photos of the room in which the chair will be placed. I brought in the photos the next day and she agreed with me that the color I had chosen was the best choice. I appreciated her opinion because it helped me to be sure of the color I wanted. Now I cant wait until my new chair is delivered!
I love the furniture in this store and Im always happy for a reason to shop there. The quality of the furniture is high and there are a range of options both in terms of style and cost. I also appreciate the size of the store; its small enough to keep me from being overwhelmed but large enough to have plenty of choice. The saleswoman I worked with was helpful and knowledgeable.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience shopping at Circle Furniture Cambridge. I went in looking for a Stressless recliner after a very brief email exchange on the topic a few months ago. Upon entering the store, Annette (the designer) offered to take me to where the Stressless chairs were on display. On the way there, I mentioned that Id emailed briefly with Georgianna (the store manager) who, as it turned out, was heading up the stairs just in front of us. She asked my name and, to my surprise, remembered exactly which chair Id inquired about so long ago. The two of them were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, without being in any way insistent. They worked closely with me, encouraging me to try every Stressless chair to ensure that I chose the one right for me. I know that I will get years of enjoyment from my new Stressless Wing recliner and, because of their kindness and professionalism, Circle Furniture Cambridge has earned my loyalty for future furniture purchases.

I had a great experience at Circle Furniture in August. I had recently moved and was in need of a few items. Annette kindly and patiently guided me through the process of finding the right pieces. She never rushed me, which I appreciated. One item was delivered slightly damaged and customer service promptly took care of setting of a service visit. I highly recommend taking a trip to the Cambridge Circle Furniture Store - not only does it have the largest selection of merchandise, parking is easy and the sales reps are all equally nowledgeable and helpful. I was in the market for a sleeper sofa and was fortunate to know they were 10% off and could be broken down for delivery (for a small fee) to small apartments and small spaces, which I have. Georgianna was fun to work with and I enjoyed every minute of my time with her. Cambridge will be my go to store for future furniture needs.

Circle Furniture has a reasonably priced - not too expensive - selection of high quality furniture. A lot of the pieces are built in New England. Always the first place we go when we start a search for something new.
Thanks to Anita Munoz we were able to finalize a once-in a-decade purchase of a new couch, chairs, tables and lamp on the tax-free weekend in August. Anita helped us with the choice of each item, providing expertise in both style choices and practical ones. On top of that it was fun to work with her. The quality at Circle Furniture has always been great and we have shopped there in the past but without Anitas help we mightve easily not been able to make the many decisions that were needed. We recently bought a sofa at the Cambridge Circle Furniture. Anita took us through the process, from choosing the right one to selecting the fabric. She was very knowledgeable about differences in construction, comfort, and durability, and had a good eye for colors when we brought in paint samples to match with fabric. When Anita wasnt there, the other sales people were friendly and helpful. Cant wait for the sofa to arrive!
My husband and I visited Circle Furniture, after moving to a new house, to look for some dressers and night stands. We had already ordered some online from a large retailer and they were very poor quality, so we needed to return them. Being able to go into a store and actually see the quality of the furniture is what we needed after that experience, so we headed to Circle Furniture in Cambridge. After talking with a salesperson about our needs, we ended up ordering night stands, and two gentleman’s wardrobes for our space. The quality is very good, especially compared with many of the large retailers, we were able to order EXACTLY what we wanted, and because we chose a less expensive manufacturer, the price was comparable. The delivery people were professional, and even put felt on the legs of the furniture before placing them on our wood floors.
My husband and I finally decided to invest in a new couch now that our two boys are out of diapers and (mainly) dont spill their food. We checked out the Circle Furniture location on Alewife Brook Parkway on recommendation of a friend and couldnt be more pleased with our experience. Brittany took as much time as we needed---many emails back and forth, at least 4 different in-person visits-- to settle on the right model and color Stressless sofa for us. She also suggested a floor covering option that will be just perfect. Cant wait to see our new room!

My husband and I had a really fantastic experience working with Circle furniture. After many frustrating trips to other, bigger, bargain furniture stores, we decided to try the smaller Circle furniture. Here we found exactly the furniture we were looking for- simple, solid wood, from sustainable wood sources, made in the USA, and an affordable price tag (not much more than the bargain brands, for significantly higher quality). In addition, one of the design consultants, Kate, worked with us and rather than being pushy, like many other places, she gave us useful advice on how to pick our first grown-up furniture and overall worked great with us.In addition to Kates help, and the good quality furniture, delivery was also a good experience. The delivery guys were very nice and efficient and topped off an overall good experience. We will definitely go back to Circle Furniture for any future furniture needs and would highly recommend to anyone else.

The guy that runs the place is very nice, but the furniture is still VERY expensive...but what hes selling is reeeally nice stuff.Take a look at the instant house package deals. Living room, dining room, bedroom, for $1500. Pretty good deal!

My husband and I purchased our guest bedroom suite from Circle Furniture three years ago and Hawley Appleton was our excellent consultant, so we went directly back to her this time to furnish our newly renovated third floor. We pipe dreamed for a couple visits, then dove into purchasing our furniture. We cannot laud her enough for her work with us this past month. Hawley was absolutely a joy to work with, and she went above and beyond consulting with us. She even came to our home to see the newly constructed space, took measurements, and put together a suggested package of furnishings for us. It was so much fun to have her come visit, and she had a great sense of the room, of the light, and we discussed a color scheme. After her visit and proposal, my husband, architect, and I came to Circle Furniture, and she was a wonderful collaborator with all of us. She and our architect put together a fabulous collection of fabrics and colors that realized my thoughts and ideas, and we are utterly thrilled and excited! We are totally 100% sold on the incredibly comfortable and beautiful Comfort Sleeper that will turn our third floor into a den as well as an extra guest room. It is more comfortable than our bed! Hawley found a perfect comfy chair and side tables to go along with the sofa bed. We had such a great time working with Hawley, and we are looking forward to having her come visit once the room is fully in place. We could not have had more personalized help, and we love the quality of our furniture. Circle Furniture has been our go-to for many, many years (when we purchased unfinished furniture back in the 80s and 90s for our daughters bedroom). Many thanks to Hawley for her exceptional help financing our purchase as well as choosing the perfect furnishings for our new third floor! We will definitely come back again for our next purchase (I see a carpet in our future!)!

We purchased a sofa and a coffee table for a faculty office. Hawley was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped us with product selection and even provided a diagram of what the furniture footprint would look like in our office space. She made recommendation on fabric choices and wood finishes that would compliment the walls/carpet and existing furniture.

I looked at three or four stores for a new couch before buying one at Circle Furniture. The difference was the staff. Renee spent over an hour talking to me about the different options, showing me various fabrics, and even helping me look at pain chips to think about how the couch would fit into my overall vision for my living room. I felt like I was getting a free interior design consultation! And at the same time, I did not feel at all pressured or pushed to make a decision. I took my time and didnt buy the couch until a few weeks later when I had really thought through my options. I should also mention that we bought a bedroom set at Circle Furniture a few months ago and the quality has been great. My West Elm furniture is getting dinged up quickly, so the quality here really shows compared to other stores.
Never been so upset after buying a stressler chair w ottman on 6/24/17 for $3,174,94. Its tucked away in my large closet. Too uncomfortable & rigid for someone with arthritis. Warrenty policy sucks. Recently had an offer to buy it for $500,00. Tag is till on the ottoman.

After what felt like months of meandering through countless showrooms filled with brown and beige sofas, it was such a relief to walk into Circle Furniture - a showroom bursting with color, pattern and life! I was amazed when the sales associate told me that most of the lines they carry aremade In America and come with rather extensive green stories. Everything seemed to be customizable in one way or another, and there were even more options in catalogs.Definitely worth a visit!

Extremely nice staff, and some very nice looking furniture, however be warned:If youre looking for green or nontoxic furniture, look elsewhere. Contrary to what their website says, this place and most of its suppliers implementation of their rosy eco-furniture pitch is a sad joke.
