Really cool secondhand store with an impressive variety of contemporary and vintage clothes. Loved that they sorted everything by era. Wish that the prices were lower on the modern stuff, but I understand charging a higher rate for quality vintage clothing.

Looks like a good place for Halloween costumes, not for theatrical costumes

I tried to make an order over the phone.Their staff is inflexible. They have a contract that puts a Harvard law student to shame and they generally were extremely difficult. The gave me deadlines and instructions that were impossible to deal with in the world of getting something for a kids birthday party.The manager Meryl is terse if not condescending on the phone and adheres to the company policies as if she worked for the FBI.If you want some place flexible and helpful look some place else.In fact after looking on the Internet I found another firm that did the exact same thing for less money.

I do whats going on with the Garment District, because they used to be jam packed with Halloween costumes, now its less than the party stores! :-( just left completely disappointed I guess Ill just go somewhere else to get my costume.:-(

The best place for costume supplies and vintage clothing in Cambridge. Open an insane number of extra hours during the month of October as people flock here to get ready for Halloween.
