Vegan Chocolate cupcake is firm and moist, very savory and rich. The vanilla frosting is extremely fluffing and light, but so sweet. The interior is very patisserie, pastel pink.

Ordered cupcakes for my wifes birthday. Got an email canceling order in the evening two days before they were to be delivered. Had to scramble for an alternative and they still charged my CC $105. Multiple attempts to contact them regarding the refund were ignored. Im reporting them to the BBB and my credit card company. DO NOT BUY from this bakery. There are a number of great bakeries in the area that deserve your hard earned cash and business. This place is not one of them.

Ordered cupcakes online for my daughters birthday to be delivered - as she is away at college. They never delivered the cupcakes. I have tried calling the number but it just has a recording that the person is not available. I have also tried emailing.

What an awful store, this place charges extra without telling you and if you find out theyll claim that they did tell you. Such liars and rude. The lady keeps hanging up on the phone because she cant understand me and is very rude. I dont know how this place is in business. Just read the other reviews, you will see how awful this place is. This business has clearly CLOSED. Online orders do not work. Do not purchase any delivery orders from their website. Ordered a cake few weeks ago only to find out that there are no currently open branches, phone number is deactivated, and no way to get a refund. Keeping the website running irresponsibly like this is theft!

Called to order cupcakes. Ordered 25. Was never told they were mini and that there was a $20 delivery fee. Website is not clear about size of cupcakes. Spent a ridiculous amount of money on tiny cupcakes. Called company and they were very unhelpful. I do not recommend this bakery!! Not very transparent.

This was one of my favorite places to go as a kid, and to this day theres always something yummy! They occasionally have a vegan cupcake option thats amazing!! My little sister is a picky eater but she can always find a cupcake she likes here.

My kids constantly ask to visit Sweet in Cambridge. They have made it our Sunday afternoon tradition to come here and get a nice, large cupcake to split. The flavors are on point and the price is reasonable considering the size and taste.

I hired Sweet to provide me with a wedding cake. They had slightly short notice as I could not make up my mind. The bakers did a phenomenal job and the cake was moist and delicious.

I have use Sweet for cake order and delivery on several occasions and have never been disappointed. They understand exactly what I need and make beautiful creations that taste fantastic. Unlike other bakery shops near me their cakes are not all looks and no quality.

A clean and nice little shop, conveniently located just off Harvard Square. They had a couple of tables where you could relax and enjoy your cupcakes... which we did. The best part for me was the Nantucket Nectars Iced Tea. The cupcakes were, as the name of the shop demands: Sweet!

They were blocking the glass display so I decided what I wanted by reading the large, prominent menu.Once they paid and I got to the counter, I ordered a cupcake they were apparently sold out of. When I then asked if they had another flavor she curtly and rudely gave me attitude saying I should not look at the menu but in the display case. She made it seem like I was stupid for thinking they would have the items listed. This immediately soured my experience but I wanted to try a cupcake so I ordered one anyway. She also apologized for being rude with some excuses about it being a busy day so I thought okay, let’s give her the benefit of the doubt.I sat down to eat it while imagining the moist, delicious, redeeming taste of the cupcake. Unfortunately, it was dry and so sweet as to be almost tasteless.So overall, I got snapped at and then wasted calories and hard earned money for an overpriced, awful cupcake. Absolutely abysmal experience.

When going to sweet, cupcakes are the thing to get. The cutest themed cupcakes are available, but get there early if you want to make sure they havent sold out. The gift boxes are the cutest and very handy, but they do not always have the color ribbons that you want. I think they are always a solid choice, however, if you are craving a cupcake on a beautiful day. The shop is small, but serves its purpose if you do not want to wait until home to enjoy your cupcake.

I was just in there, waiting in line. Waited quietly for 5 mins while a customer in fronts and the cashiers talked about the t-shirts the store sells and tried on different sizes. At one point another employee came out to do something on the cash register, then left. Both employees completely ignored me. And continued there conversation about the t-shirts tell sell. I not sure if it was my skin color or if if I don’t look like there average customer base, but it was humiliating, showed a lack of disregard for customer service, very disappointing.

I have been going here since I was a toddler and I have fond memories of the cheesecakes, baked goods, and especially the birthday cakes. Sweet is the best bakery in all of Cambridge.

Here is the short and sweet of Sweet Cupcakes.$3.25 for a cupcake thats half the size of a any normal cupcake on earth = pricing fail. YES, the cupcakes are FRESH, but they lack the flavor and pizazz you would expect from such a pricey little cupcake. Always a crowd inside, fooling you into thinking there is actually something tasty to be had. The place is cute, but its way overpriced for something that will not meet your expectations. Save your money, go to the candy shop across the street, you will get much more for your dollar.

My favorite flavor is red velvet topped with cream cheese frosting. Oh my. The frosting is my favorite part and they are not skimpy about it either.

Got sick after having a cupcake and cappuccino here tonight. Dined in and noticed that the milk was on the counter the whole time I was there, while no other customers were being served. Regret stopping in because my evening was ruined.
