I was trying to teach my youngest son to drive on our block everything went well until we pulled into our driveway and instead of breaking he pressed harder on the gas and tapped the garage door that made the panel inverted and when i opened the garage door after the panel would hit the top of the garage roof and then a cable snapped and the door slammed closed. We called garage door repair to have someone out sometime in the week. Our technician was right on time the next morning at 10 he fixed the cable and reattached it and then worked on the panel it was a basic door and i didnt want to pay for the new panel so he was able to keep the same panel on and repair it enough so it wouldnt be jabbed out to hit the ceiling. he was very helpful and got the work done under the appointment time i highly recommend this business for fast easy GOOD service

My mom has here house out in cambridge and is a 90 year old woman so i help her a lot with things i was super stressed when she called me one morning that her track was off and her nurse couldnt get out of the garage door. so i called the local service close to her and they were able to head to her in less than an hour and the nurse handled the rest which was great and grandma thanked me after and told me she was impressed with how kind and respectful the technician the overall price was much less than other garage repairs too everyone was happy and all i had to do was make a phone call.

I own a small property in cambridge for me and my kids. one morning i was on my back home from breakfast about a week ago. we pull up i use my control, door doesnt open, i get out try to push it up not happening. then i went all the way around and tried to open it from inside and didnt open i was very confused. i called this company to come by and they were able to schedule me for the evening the technician stopped by and under 30 minutes had my door working perfectly again. the sensor was broken, i was only charged the minimum and my door has been fine now fast service ive waited longer for food services

Got a new opener system for a great price, i was calling around and my usual business was not available i need the work done as soon as possible because i was leaving out of town in a week and didnt want my garage door wide open for 2 weeks. The technician came the same day i called and ran some numbers with me we settles on a jackshaft lift master for long time insurance and he came the next day to install it, seriously it was that easy.

Last summer i visited my cousin and her husband in Cambridge. Her husband has his own barber shop in the town and i helped him out a lot there. He had a small parking area were the employees could park just a regular garage 3 doors. They were old and beat up i think they were attached to a home but over the years the property owners repurposed and turned into an office (the barbershop) so the garage was old and had 3 broken springs each door had a broken one. All of the hinges were rusted shut and the openers engine was dying out from pushing the door open slowly every time. My cousins husband was busy with other things so i offered to find a business to come and repair this. He gave me a 500 limit to fix all 3 doors. Every estimate over the phone was over $500. i called garage door repair to have an estimate but they instead sent someone out the same day and told me if the estimate is too high and i don’t want the service it would only be 19$ for the inspection. I wasn’t sure if i could trust it. Our technician Hani explained to me all the damage the spring and hinges everything and told me the cost 375 this was the cheapest estimate i got all day and they already sent the technician so i didn’t need to wait to accept or get a different payment later. I told him yes and he got the work down in an hour an a half he was moving very very fast my cousin jokingly told him he needs to relax lol. Because the opener would need replacing soon hani offered to add a new opener and installation for 99 more. A great price. We had all the work done from the springs to a full installation and didn’t spend more then 500 bucks for all3. My cousins husband was impress and said anytime i need a job I’ll have one so thanks for letting me leave a good impression and leaving a great one on us. highly recommend this trustworthy company they are the best at customer service and pleasing the client.

At my familys home in cambridge we have been living there for years and still had the same garage door that came with the property when my parents bought the house in 1997. i wanted to surprise them on their 20th anniversary with a new wood garage door. I didnt want them to know i was replacing the whole door so told them i would just find a new opener to install they told me they have used this company in the pass to make repairs on their door. so i figured i would use the same company i called and they were able to look up the pass appointments and tell me exactly which technician was sent to the home so i asked to have him come back since he has seen our doors before and would be able to give us an accurate idea of what kinda garage door i should pay for. Ben came right on time for the appointment on thursday. we installed the new opener so my parents wouldnt question anything i told him i wanted to surprise them with new nice doors wooden to go with the traditional build of our family home. he showed me some really great options and told me the door i wanted would take about 3 days to ship out which was fine because Wed. my parents were having a dinner out. i asked if he could install it that day around 5pm. thursday he was right on time and had the new doors installed with his team by 7pm and my parents came home around 8:30. They didnt even notice the new doors when they opened the garage door my mom noticed once she stepped out and thanked me. i appreciated ben being understanding and the surprise working out perfectly! the door is beautiful and is a nice contrast to the house my parents loved the job and have not had any problems with the new opener system or the door
