Great place if your looking for a new home

We bought a home from them in October of 2019. There was a massive leak over one of the bedrooms that they did not disclose to us during our closing. Once threatened with a lawsuit they sent there contractor to fix it. Needless to say it still leaks. They were supposed to fix the trim, paint, and replace the counter top of the bar and have yet to do so. We have tried contacting them multiple times, we have even opened a complaint with there corporation and still no response. All of these damages were done by them and there contractors. Dont waste your time or money here. They will not honor there contract.

Crystal was very friendly and helpful! We had a specic home in mind, but Crystal took the time to show us other homes to compare our options! Beautiful homes!

I had one nice woman help me in the beginning but was traded off to someone else. Once trailer was sold I never got calls back when I was told I would. The service for the damages on trailer from moving it was done poorly and never finished I called about it and was told Id get a call back and never did receive one. Any questions I had were never answered theyd say let me ask my boss Ill call back and never did. And I had to use the warranty for a broken stove door that was broken before I moved in. Overall horrible experience..

Worst experience ever! Quick to take your money and good at not contacting you or returning calls. Paid them $500 to get the process going back in November and I’m still waiting for an update. I’ve called and showed up plenty of times only to hear that the lady taking care of us (Emily) stopped showing up to work. Total waist of time and money.

I purchased a single wide mobile home here and was pleased with the service. They answered all my questions and even helped me find a mobile home park.

Worst employer buyer beware they do not disclose how homes depreciate in value like a car does also poor building and cheap materials used

They have some nice trailers

They took to long to setup the dispay of the model we wanted, so id imagine how long it would take to set mine up, away from their yard, thats why ive changed my mind. hope you have better dealings than us
