If I can give higher stars I would. I reached out to Julio after hours. He promptly responded and set up a schedule visit for the measure next day for stair runner install. He brought many samples to the house which was great as we have a toddler in the house and it kind of makes it hard for us to shop around at showrooms or at other vendor shops. He was kind and understanding and was not pushing for a sale or us to buy a carpet just for the price. He gave us great options and listens to our needs. We were able to pick out a rug and within a week we had Julio do the install which came out fabulous. He cleaned up as well. The pricing on the rug was affordable. Wife and I are extremely happy with the service. I would recommend 99 carpet and Julio to anyone that needs carpeting or stair runners. It’s good to have an honest company and a honest person such as Julio at these times. Prior to going with 99 Carpet we searched another local company that promised to do the same but kept making excuses and rescheduling. They also asked up front what pattern we like without even showing us what they have. He pretty much gave online links to different patterns and stated he did not want to carry many rugs out to show us which was kind of insulting. I found 99 Carpets via Yelp and SOMa Lounge - both places had great recommendations of Julio and 99 Carpets and now I know why! I had such a great experience with Julio. He came over to the house to look at the space for the job, answered questions, made great recommendations, and had a HUGE selection of carpets samples for me to look at - he even helped me narrow them down by listening to what the room would be used for (and the fact that we have cats!). This carpet company have large amount of selections, i just move into my new home that i just purchase and i want a carpet in my stairs. The staff at 99 carpet will actually come to your house and do some measurements. For me picking a carpet is a very difficult, the staff was able to make thing easy. By compare the quality between empire, the quality in 99 carpets is a lot better, and the price is even cheaper than the larger firms.I say 99 carpets have the best customer service, and have experience help customer make things easier. Next time i get a new carpet definitively go to them.

We had 99 Carpets install carpet in our home and all I can say its Top Notch service! I had Julio (the owner) come down twice to asses better the job and to make sure the price will not change (he actually locked in the price and he gave us a fair price), to agree on the type of carpet we want, delivery time frame, etc. We were schedule to have the installation done on a Friday morning and on Thursday Ive got a call from Julio asking to come down on Thursday afternoon, eventually starting on that day and finishing up on Friday. Fine by me! : by the end of the day on Friday the entire carpet in the home was installed and all I can says that the team of 2 men he send over were great. They proved good customers service and I highly recommend them.

Julio came to our house late on a Saturday evening and saved our carpet, a section of which had to be reinstalled, with padding, because we had lifted it up to dry after it got wet.
