This place is awesome! They a self service car wash almost like quick quack but better! They actually scrub your car before going thru the wash and in the vacuum area they have damp towels for all the customers so you can dry the doors jams wipe the dash an so forth…. I love this place! Only $8

Waited 30 minutes before my truck even entered the wash. Only one car ahead of me. I understand they have a quick lane but only 2 cars, so they pulled in 5 cars that wasnt quick wash before mine. Im pretty mad and will never come back. Bad management.. unacceptable by all means!! I run a business and this is not what you do.

Service is inconsistent. Last time was really bad. Had to point out things not done...even vacuuming had to be redone. HOWEVER. The young man who came out to talk to me was very polite and helpful. He took care of my concerns. There are times when everything is very good to excellent and others that are good to not so good.

The attendant was rude and literally talked me out of getting my car washed. He said he was too busy. There may have been four or five cars there. I went somewhere else and received great service. I would not recommend this place.

This place has gone down the drain since the owner of the airport carwAsh took over. I used to love this carwAsh now I will never go again! The airport carwAsh was already bad now there’s two! Customer service is subpar and also the quality of the wash is a 3 out of 10. They need to regroup. One of the guys accidentally sliced my seat on my Range Rover and completely denied it as if I wouldn’t have noticed a big cut in my leather seat prior to visiting this store. I know it wasn’t intentional but we still have to figure out how to solve this issue.

😡😡😡😡😡😡 on August 13 !!! 2021, After 8 years my wife washing my car, I decided to give her a brake .I took my car to ramon canyon car wash ( I use to go all the time before ) and after I wait approx 40 minutes ( with only one car front of me ) they pule my car out of the wash line .!I was surprised how slow the business are !!!!!!I wait another 20 minutes for some one work in my car ..!!Finally they finish it ( they did good job on it )My back it’s killing me, so I tip the guy, got in my car, and I drove home, and I put my car in my garage.!Today ( Sunday ) I start fixing my car for tomorrow trip.!I forgot to mention I dint use my car for two week prior that Friday 13 !!!So I notes on the passager side mi car it’s full of tents !!!😡😡😡I call emitianly the car wash and no body answer.I left a message and no body call me back yet .I’m reading on the ticket they not responsable for any damages !!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡Sorry Wife !!! You clean my car from now one !!!!!!

Did the full service car wash and was very pleased with the thoroughness of the attendant that cared for my car. I will definitely go back again. They even have a massage chair to make your wait a little more pleasurable.

I rarely leave negative reviews but I spent $65 on the gold car wash with the hand wax added on. The interior looked worse than the $13 car was I get at my local place. They told me they’d do the cup holder and center console. They did neither. Will not be back unless next time I’m in town. I wish I hadn’t given a tip before getting into the car...

Horrible service. Those guys work with bitterness, I guess they are not well paid. Also the manager is useless when you tell him the problem. Anyway, I wont this poor service anymore

This car wash is fine. Nothing special.

Weve used this car wash for several years... several times. It used to be great then we started getting our car back still dirty on more than one occasion ( every business has bad days) so we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back. We either never get our car mats back or end up with someone elses. This time we got someone elses back again so we wont be using this place again and dont recommend it to anyone as well.

I like getting my car washed here. They always do the job I am looking for to get done. If something isnt right, just mention it and they make it right. A good company and theyve been around since I was a kid! My dad always got his car washed here and now Im doing so. I always drive off satisfied and impressed!

This has been my choice of car wash spots for the past 12 years. My daughter would bring her car from LA to get the supreme care and cleaning that was offered. The company changed hands a year or so ago. There was no immediate change noted. However, over the past several month, the quality has declined significantly.Today, I purchased a gold service package since it offered more interior options. I watched the entire cleaning cycle. During the detailing process, I was surprised to see the person caring for my car talking on his cell phone. He slowly worked at wiping off windows. Giving the appearance of working. At no time during the process did his towel touch the body, roof or grill of the car. The interior (dashboard, instrument cluster, etc), was not touched with the exception of the windshield. I pointed out dirty areas of the front grill and water-spotting to the supervisor. He indicated nothing was done wrong and the wash was up to their standard.This type of service does not deserve a star. Other car washes in the area do a much better job.

Upgraded my express wash with hand wax and the guy who dried my car was kinda upset because he didn’t notice my upgrade and made me wait forever. I’m paying $27 for that service?The guys working here they don’t even know about that “add on”.

After almost a year outside collecting sand & dust, both outside and inside it is nice to know that I can visit this car wash and for half the cost of a complete detail in Canada I can leave my car here, get a ride home and when I am later picked up it is like getting a new car back. It even smells new inside after the thorough cleaning. Last year I did the same thing and when I came back too early I saw them brushing the leather seats with earnest effort and a foam worked up. I left so I would not be rushing them. This was my second complete detail and when picking up my car on each occasion I was pleased enough to tip the guys $10 for the great job they did. They also have a great deal for a $5 wash which includes they guys wetting your vehicle and using long handled brushes loosening up all the exterior dirt before you go through the mechanical car wash. When you come out they manually use towels to finish off the drying that the car wash missed and ensure all your windows are really clean. Excellent value for just $5. I thoroughly recommend this business from the $5 basic wash through to the $150 complete detailing. Dont forget to tip when you go.When I purchased my used 2003 car it was just red. After the detailing I get back a metallic red finish that shines and reflects back in the sun. This was a pleasant surprise as I never knew my car had such a nice looking finish when I purchased it. Thats why say you get a new car back after these guys detail it.

Change in ownership... I used to love this place. They always did a thorough job for a decent price. I went today and a basic Car Wash is 19.99. If you want air freshner and tire dressing its 24 99. The next car wash up is 39 99. Thats way too much money for a car wash.

Worst car wash ever since new owners took over. If you dont do a full serve, they can care less how they dry your car, leaving smears and un dried areas. Then if you upgrade your Express wash to have tire dressing, they dont even look to see if your receipt says so. Then you need to remind them every time. And get out and finish drying your own car! And they always allow 5 cars to go in front of you after you e already exited 15 minutes!I dont even tip them any more.You all better get a clue

Worst experience ever at this location!!!! They broke my antenna and my $65 (wax and hand wash) was terrible!!! when the issue was brought to the Managers (Damien) attention, he didnt offer to pay for the antenna, instead he was quick to blame me that it was already broken. When the issue of the car wash was not done correctly (The dashboard, hand rest, carpet, cupholders, steering wheel, and the center console) had not been cleaned at all! he got defensive and offered to wash it again for another 45 minute wait on top of the hour and a half I had already been there. Damien gave me the business card of the President (Greg Van Natta) in which I have placed several calls and have left multiple voice messages and have yet to receive a call from him to discuss the issue in hand. To bad I have to give at least one start to have this posted, if it was up to me, I would rate it at -2 for sloppiness, untrustworthy, bad ownership, and management!!

While my car was being washed at this car wash on December 8, 2015, a $200 Garmin Golf Rangefinder was stolen from the trunk of the car. They say they are not responsible for this kind of thing so BEWARE!!! I will not return and I would advise anyone who is considering this place to avoid it. Additionally, the job they did was mediocre at best. I suggest you go to GRAND PRIX CAR WASH. I have had great service from them and never lost anything. The only reason I went to Ramon Canyon Car Wash is I was in the area and was waiting for a prescription to be filled nearby. Wont happen again.

Horrible service! They left my car running for 30 minutes with the keys inside. No one was attending it. The “manager” was close to my car waxing another car, and he didn’t even checked to see why my car was not getting washed or even turn it OFF at least. I had to go and turn it off and complained. The place was not even busy; there were about 5 costumers or less. Also, another lady was complaining about her car. I usually go there once a month, but this is the last time!

Ive had my car washes done there over 15 years two different owners down my last experience was a little different either they used a dirty towel or the employee really had bad Bo but not going to make me stop going but I did make a quick phone call to make that kid for that gentleman maybe not use a dirty towel or take a shower but I do love the service.

2-29-2020 I decided to give them another chance since the last time they had messed up my van with scratches, this time I took in my truck for a detail which cost me $130 and they did a horrible job! My cup holders were dirty and dusty, steering wheel was dirty, never going back again. 🤦‍♂️

I really did not like the fact my roof creased when that told me to stop my car, so I put it in park, not realizing that that had not stopped the tire guide, only $1100.00 in damage, then that denied it all, be warned...

The worst service that I ever got ... they left the keys of my car inside of it and the doors locked automatically, then they opened it using a stick, leaving my driver door a little opened and the air gets in while I drive. When I call them to claim they refuse their responsabity, being rude and denieding to fix my door.
