Me and my boyfriend financed a vehicle through Corridor Motors. It was a 2006 Dodge Caravan. To start, the brake lights didnt work when we left the dealership (dad, who had brought us to the dealership, was following us when we left) But they tried to say that they had worked when we were there, even though I have eyewitness to that not being true....After discovering this we also discovered many other issues with the electric system. The reverse lights also did not work, along with all of the interior lights: the cabin lights and the dash lights too. (I dont get off work until 2am so dash lights are pretty important especially when the boyfriend has to bring the 2 year old with) The electric doors didnt work, which would have been fine if the back sliding door would still function, but it wasnt even on the track! It literally almost FELL OFF in my hands the first time I tried to open it....Once we finally got it to close correctly, it stayed shut for obvious safety reasons.On top of all of that, some smaller inconveniences such as the radio didnt work, the heater controls didnt work, and there was a loud clunking in the front end. We tried giving it back multiple times, but kept getting told that it wasnt an option. Finally, the owner contacted us personally. He personally was nice, and did finally agree to take the vehicle back. But I think its wrong that they took advantage of people in a time of need, knowing that we were desperate, they gave us a great deal and we got screwed in the end. Buyers beware!

Was just looking! The sales people were not pushy but informative! They didnt hover & make me nervous, I just took my time & also enjoyed a nice conversation with a young man who worked there!I was with my friend who had bought a car from them and she had an issue but they quickly fixed the problem with kindness & respect which made her feel she could trust them! They assured her they were on her side and told her to call if anything else unusual came up!

I first went to Corridor Motors in September, it was closing time. Riley still took the time to show me a car and let me test drive it. I loved it and within a half hour I left with my car. After a few months of having my car have since been able to trade up to an SUV and I couldn’t be happier. Chad and his team truly take care of their customers. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them!

The first visit was awesome 👌The second visit the guy who serviced me was rather rude. I mean do what you do but id wait til the car is paid off before getting catty with your customers ijs but overall service is good the younger guys are easier to work with their a bit more patient

Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. All the owner cares about is taking your money, He will sell you anything, they don’t check their cars before selling them. Once he get his money he don’t care if the car is broken or need fixing, doesn’t reach back out to you unless it’s about his money. GO BUY A CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE

Owner is a real piece of work, horrible customer service, only cares about his money. When I bought my vehicle, the driver door had broken door handles, passenger door barely opened, was told the brakes and tires were new and nothing was mechanically wrong with it. Not even 3 weeks after having it, brakes went bad and when I bought it, it had a clunking noise in the front suspension and they said they’d fix it, did they? No. Some people might have good luck with them but this was my worst car buying experience and I will not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them, there are better buy here pay here dealerships in town.

So we have gotten several cars from here, we traded in a car that we had, had for a very long time we didnt get this acadia from here, it had over 220 thousand miles on it and it was starting to money us to death. Chad let us trade it in, thinking he was going to fix the issues, gave us a fair trade (for all the issues it had) and we got another cross over, i went to sign the paperwork and he told me he was junking it because it had far more issues then either one os us knew, still was fair on the trade.then the blue one we had started having issues quite a while after we got it, typical car stuff for age and miles, so we felt it was time to trade it in. In doing so the car i picked was similar, but the check engine light was on, we had a discussion about it could be something simple or something major, but he assured me he would take care of us. (it doesnt benefit him at all to not help out if something happens, cause then he doesnt get paid for his cars) so we watched it and changed a few of the smaller things, then one day it made a noise and i took it in somewhere and it was the timing chain.. Chad did what he said and took care of us,, got us into a different car, even up no money, he gave us the option of him getting it fixed or trading i chose to trade as we felt it was time to go from a chevy to a ford.Weve had no issues with the ford other then we are wanting a bigger vehicle, so we are in the process of trading it in for a different car.Chad has been nothing but fair with us when it comes to vehicles, and has helped when things needed to be fixed.Ive looked and compared other buy here pay here and they sort of felt untrustworthy. Like i said earlier. it doesnt benefit him to have your car go bad cause then you cant pay for it and that helps no one..If your in the market for a used car, and need some assistance then give chad a call.

A friend of mine purchased a vehicle there not too long ago. The vehicle was filthy and they did not offer to clean it. Tires are bad (they keep leaking air), theres an electronic problem, I know they were aware of these problems as one of them was using the vehicle as a daily commute. They failed to disclose these problems. They also got her to pay about 2k over book price for the vehicle. I feel they took advantage of her lack of knowledge/experience and the obvious excitement she showed as this was a vehicle she had been wanting to find.

My three children and I were in a car accident and my vehicle was totaled. I turned to Chad at Corridor Motors because I had previously known him and he knew the struggle that I was in, the financial situation that I was in and my hardship. I was taken advantage of :( I was put into a car that I was told was a good car (07 Malibu) It just needed some work. Out of the 2 and 1/2 Weeks that I owned the car I was only able to drive it for 6 days :/ 3 days after I bought the car my children and I were driving down the road and the steering wheel became disconnected :( We crashed into a park and almost hit a tree. I contacted Chad and he did not seem concerned he asked me to call one of the mechanics there and they would tow the car. They put a bolt back into the UV joint under the steering wheel the next day and sent me on my way :-( the brakes seemed very touchy after I got the car so I went to go have them checked and replaced but found out the entire two and a half weeks that I owned that car that the brake pad on the back side of the rotor have been missing the entire time 🙄 So much for inspecting vehicles for saftey before selking them. The caliper was spray painted black to make it look brand new. There was no oil in the vehicle but there was a brand new oil filter put on it to make it look like it was done. When I had contacted them about all the lights on the dash and my oil light blinking the mechanic that works there said that its because of a sensor or a fuse. I complained for days about the clunking noise in my steering wheel before It came off.... They did nothing about it except told me to come in about the spark plugs and see if its misfiring. When I reached out to the owner and I said can I just have my deposit back since Ive only had the car a few weeks, its Christmas time and everything that Im going through I cannot afford to lose that deposit on another vehicle just because you sold me a lemon. He said that he would work with me on getting a portion of it back, $50? Really? Worst experience of my entire life. They may be good people at heart or seem like that but truly they are not. Theyre in it for the money and do whatever they have to do to get the cars off the lot and they dont care about you after that... They will make you put thousands of dollars into a vehicle and still expect your $150 payment every two weeks!!!!

I went to just look at a car and the one they showed me the guy didn’t even know the entire plastic middle section was broken and the side was missing exposing the wires. Then i test drove it (before noticing) and I was gonna drive it down the street to have it looked over. They must have thought i would be gone awhile however after noticing the broken section I turned back and saw MY car being driven out of the lot by a worker smoking a cigarette in my car knowing I just took my baby out of it. This worker then had my car for 35 minutes after I was told he took it for a test drive which really only take 5-10 minutes no even and when I got it back he had ran out ALL of my gas and it was completely on E. I asked if he smoked a cigarette and he lied to me and said no, not knowing that I was in the car that pulled into the lot when he drove my car out. I was not asked if my car could be driven off the lot. The guy only said he would MOVE my car to a different parking spot because I was in a bad parking space. I called and asked for the owner/manager to call me ASAP and never heard back. So I would say this is the worst car lot I’ve been to and I’m very happy I didn’t get a car from them.

The staff here will go out of there way to help you. The owner will work with you. They are not out to screw you over.

They sold us a car they had gotten back on repo that day, told me it was 4wd and then told me it wasnt after we signed all paper work, had to replace all spark plugs, and coil packs 24 hour after owning, called to see if they would do it for us if we bought the parts said they would charge me 60 an hour, engine blew. Timing chain jumped, cam shaft went out, cam phasers went out. They were beyond rude and tried to text me telling me there was rear end damage and asked if i reported it to insurance lol i had the car from march until last month. They are trash! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! SOLD ME A CAR $4,000 over BLUEBOOK VALUE. Good luck guys :)
