Excellent compost, and free to boot! I love to garden and my neighbors ask me all the time what my secret is. It’s compost! I would happily pay for this material but don’t tell them, cause I don’t want to have to start. The window clerk lady I s friendly. I do have one complaint. They run out sometimes in the spring season. I guess demand is high after Iowa winters.

Sifted material is not always sifted well. Have found metal wires glass hard plastics and peices of plastic bags. Get large clumps that cant be broken up by hand and when you make them aware they just say its not possible or typical and refuse to see for themselves.. left with loads of compost all over yard that cant be hand racked.

Great recycling/trash drop off but wish theyre open til 5pm instead of 4pm

Mount Trashmore trails and overlook is great! There are a variety of trails, depending on if you want to walk, bike, or hike up and down. For handicap accessibility, you can drive up if you have a handicap parking permit. The view from the top is amazing, and I love that Cedar Rapids has its own mountain

Id wouldve given them no stars but 1 is the lowest itll allow for. They need to update there online Google presents to reflect there winter hours cause now i have no way of getting rid of this load of branches. Great job guys really.
