My salesperson was Mariah. I live out of state. She was super helpful and communicated with me by phone and text. She would send me pictures of inventory options that fit my requests. She responded quickly and worked with me to find the perfect pieces. Items are unique with a variety of styles available to suit many different tastes. Prices are a little higher but I would definitely shop here again. Im very happy with the service and the furniture i received.

They have gorgeous stuff in here. Very unique items. I really, really enjoyed browsing and saw so many things I wanted. Only reason not 5 stars is because they are a tad pricey on a few items, but I will still shop here.
Supposedly the table set I bought was “on sale” yet I didn’t get the sale price. Instead I got charged $100 more and another $200 for the bench alone. I even took a pic of the sale price and all the details are there, bench included. Also, they call to give you the time they’re delivering but show up two hours after. I called to ask for an update and the white lady that works there in the front yelled at me. The same one that was yelling in the store to a customer in front of everybody. Maybe she should look for another job if she’s so miserable. Also if you have questions don’t bother looking for anyone in the store to help you. They’ll pretend they don’t see you and ignore you. Or if you don’t give them the answer they want to hear, they’ll walk away from you. If I didn’t want this table so bad I would have went else where. When I finally got my table, I could tell it’s been used or on the floor because of all the chips, scratches, and marks. They just pretend it’s new by wrapping it up. We’re in the military and I can honestly say take your money else where.

A bit pricey, but honestly the best and most diverse selection here in Columbus. Dressers were cheap quality and not worth the price, but vanity is quality for sure.Was never called when furniture came in even though I allied them week prior and left my number again. When I called a week later the furniture I had already paid for was on the floor for sale. They “didn’t have my number” but they did already have my money, with a receipt with my name. They had my number from the week before the furniture came into the store. 🤷♀️

Took two days out of my schedule to find a set for my sons room. Made the purchase on a Friday and scheduled delivery on Monday. Sunday afternoon I received a text stating that my set had been sold to someone else. Called to complain and management wouldn’t talk but I got my sales associate to help figure everything out. My set was sold to someone else the day after I purchased and since they were willing to pay more by taking the entire set I was out of a bed. Called and got hung up on numerous times before finally being told what happened. Said they would deliver my purchase as scheduled, but I have yet to hear from anyone. They have a large selection, but are completely untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
Ace has a wide variety of furniture. The furniture is of good quality. The service is great. The owners of this business are friendly, concerned, and patient. They work with you until you find the best price, color, and style for you. They have a terrific delivery team who take proud in what they do. They made my shopping experience great.

I recently moved to the area and was looking to upgrade my bed. I chose Ace because their prices seemed to be the most reasonable and that I would be able to find a great deal. From my first interaction with Mariah over the phone, I was immediately impressed. She took the time to look up the items I picked out on their site and discuss my options with me. When I arrived at the store, she took me around to find some sets that would not require a special order (like the one I had picked out online), that were in the same price range I was looking at, and had the same comfort I was looking for. I left there extremely happy and will absolutely be back to purchase anything else I need in the future! Thank you again for going above and beyond to help a new resident and customer out, Mariah! I am beyond excited to have my new bed delivered today (next day delivery!).
Horrible customer service. Employees argue in front of customers over sales. While I was trying to make a cash purchase for a living room set the employee that was supposely helping me was more concerned about what another employee was doing with another customer and became very irrational. When I decided I didnt want to shop here and preceded to walk out she never even realized she just lost a sale until another employee told her look what youve done thats when she came outside to apologize.
I am very Dissapointed. We have been purchasing our furniture here for over 12 years . This is one of the worse experience I have had . I was deceived and lied too. We made it clear to Mrs. Laurie before we paid for our purchase. We requested all of our furniture to be from the warehouse and not from the show room. If it wasnt for a change in my order . I found out the day before my furniture was going to be delivered that they were getting all of the furniture from the show room delivered to our home the next day.....When asked about it she straight out lied to us again and I was sent scratched tables and stained couches. My order is still not completed.We placed our order in May 9. They made an attemp to deliver the furniture yesterday and brought scratched chairs and chipped table. I will not be coming back. I feel bad recommending my co workers here. I will not longer recommend anyone to purchase furniture here.

Love this place very reasonable and nice furniture
We were supposed to have our couch delivered by 4:30. It is now past 6pm and we still have not received it after paying $78 for delivery. The worst part about it is every time we call there they have no answers for us. They tell us they do not know anything, they dont have the paperwork so it must be in the delivery truck, and ask us to be patient. They even lied and told us that they came and we weren’t home, which we know is not true. We both got off work an hour before the delivery time, we called them as soon as we got off and they said we would get it soon, AND we already sold our other couch, so my husband had been sitting in the living room all day waiting for them to get here. If I knew they would do this I would have never bought anything from them because one thing I can’t stand is poor customer service. It seems like they got our money and now their not worried about us. If they dont have it here today I am getting a refund! If I were you I would go somewhere else all of this is not worth it...
Unsatisfactory outcome from dealing with this store. Shop elsewhere and get better prices and service.

Good customer service, but its good to take pictures of the items you purchase before delivery. Delivery is not good, they forget items and I understand but sometimes when you set aside a day to receive your items and they forget some then its frustrating to set another time even when you have paid for delivery. The sales associate just need to be more attentive to the items they have for the personnel that goes the deliveries.

Ace furniture was one a the place my wife and I go for our furniture needs until our recent experience. We went in on yesterday looking for a TV stand and we found one we really liked. There was no price on the stand so we asked for the price and David told us the TV stand was $499 without the fireplace so we went up to the front to talk about purchasing the TV stand. After talking to my wife we decided to sleep on it but before leaving David and our sales person mama Nelson gave us an out of the door price for the TV stand of $538.32. Well I return to Ace the next day to purchase the same TV stand and when I was about to check out I believe her name was Cynthia she handles all of the pricing and paperwork told me the same TV stand was $799. I told Cynthia what happen the day before and she told me that David made a mistake its $799 but Ill sell it to you for $699. I asked her if customer satisfaction meant anything to her and she said yes but continued to say I can sell it to you for $699 even though they made the mistake and offered it to me for $499. At the end of the day I left out of Ace Furniture very unhappy and feel they care nothing about customer satisfaction. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Oh I forgot David apologized but then after I continued to talk to Cynthia he told me I could leave because he wasnt going to kiss anybodys butt because he already acknowledged he made a mistake. I really think it is sad, I even offered to pay $599 for their mistake and she told me I cant sell it for less than $699. SMH!

Decent knockoff furnature store. The staff will follow and hound you. Easy financing, but its spendy if you do and slightly misleading. Bought a $250 vanity, financed 90 days same as cash. I gave $40 down. When I tried to pay thru the online finance company, the store said the $40 was a setup cost. I think they just pocketed it.
