I went to get my oil change in my car. I like to do business with the owner but when I went the last time he wasnt there. The workers arent to clear when they speak. They made me feel like I was being robbed. Only smirks amongst themselves. I wont go here anymore.

Where do I start. They do good work, but things can get really expensive real quick.I wish they rewarded their loyal customers more often; which hasnt been the case for someone like me who only goes to that shop to get their car fix since 2009 or 2010

Luis was very nice had my car inspected no issues and replaced my tire. Very professional and fast!

A big lier. After registering my car, took it to this shop for inspection. He said he wants $20 to put the plates on the car to which I said no, Id do it myself. After a few min he came back and charged me for $57. I said, told u not to put the plates on to which he said I asked u and u said do it. If he lies for $20 and also charges $20 for putting 4 screws, its obvious how he makes money. Id suggest to take ur repairs to any other shop but this one. Somewhere u know theyre honest or at least dont know that theyre liers.

Dont go to this place -- ran by rude/unprofessional time wasters. Made us sit outside in the rain and then after he told us a price to fix something, then explained we needed to pay an additional $50 if we wanted the quote in writing.There are a ton of other shops right around them -- why bother with these guys?

Quick service, I was able to obtain a photo inspection and a state inspection in about 20minutes, this includes wait time. Also they provided details on a recall for parts on my car which was extremely helpful since I had no idea!!!

Rude and very unprofessional. I have used this shop a few times to get a few simple things done - there isnt too many shops near my home and so I am force to use them. Auto inspection, wheel alignment and photo inspection for the insurance. Nobody seems to want to help you when you arrive like your a bother to them. My recent interaction with them was to get a photo inspection done. They told me there system was down and to come back by mid day. When I came back, the person was gone for the day and the only person willing to talk to me seem like he didnt speak English and wanted me to leave.After searching for a new place, I found another shop a little farther away but the people there where great to me and wanted my business.I guess Luis has a lot of clientele and they dont need anymore new customers.

Very bad experience for me personally. I guess they do okay for some, but I found them to be unfriendly and not very helpful. I couldnt even get a simple repair done because they didnt seem to want to do it, and I was being extremely polite. Maybe because I dont speak Spanish? I dont know..Anyway Ill never no back and Ill never recommend this place, especially if you know somewhere reputable and professional. I had to tap at least one star to post but If I couldve given Minus 5 stars I wouldve. 👎

Unprofessional. I went to their shop to get an estimate to repair my car & I got an estimate. When I decided to call them to schedule an appointment, they said no appointment. So I went back there at 8am. I waited an hour and 30 minutes for the guy in charge to arrive just for him to say $40 for an estimate when they already gave me one for free. Wasted my time going down to them when I could have went somewhere else.

Don’t ever go here!!!! They prices are super high. They’re customer service sucks!!!! You want to make sure when you bring your car to a shop that they will treat your car like they’re own!!! Very dishonest. went there for an auto inspection and was told my auto was unable to pass the inspection due to broke motor schock and wipers the repair cost was $300.00i went to another inspection site and got the inspection done and there was nothing wrong with my car

I had my car towed to the shop. The mechanic told me i needed a new engine. I went and got a 2nd opinion. It was just the serpentine belt. It only cost $23 for the problem to be fixed! They tried to rip me off! They have lost me as a customer!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE THIEVES. They sold me a car on 7/22/17 for $2800 and when I went to register the vehicle I was told theres a newer title and I needed it for registration. I contacted Carlos who works them and took my $2800 and he refuses to get me a title or refund me. He tells me I need to go through the original owner of the car whom Ive never met and did not sell me the car and request a refund from him. They are total scam artists and rob people of their hard earned money. I have to take him to court and have filed a complaint with the vehicle safety unit at DMV. My next step is to contact BBB. Please be mindful of where you shop so the same thing does t happen to you.

Worst car repair shop!!!! They charged a premium price, and used the cheapest car paint and parts. I could literally peel the paint off, entirely. Also, Luis Auto Repair and Body Shop used bondo instead of ordering replacement parts, therefore saving cost on parts.I had to pay another body shop out-of-pocket to fix my splash guards, Luis Auto Repair & Body Shop did not install the slash guards correctly.I definitely would not recommend going to this repair shop, was very disappointed. When I took it to a different repair shop, they exposed all the terrible work that was hidden.
