Clean Carvel. Very friendly and professional young men & women work there. Cost is $$ so Wednesday is really the only day I go.

My brother grew up in Central Islip, since 1974. As a matter of fact, Bravo used to be King Kullen. Well my brother moved to Texas. He is a contractor. So he is doing contract work in New York. He went to Carvel, located in Motor Parkway and ordered a large banana milkshake. The lady made the milkshake and he paid over $8. He tasted it and told her this taste like vanilla, not banana. She gave him a banana and walked him out the door. Their customer service is the worst!

As of late Carvels devotion to customer satisfaction has plummeted. I went to Carvel to get my family ice cream for dessert, I was met with pure denial for a positive customer experience. The banana barge always came with all the ice cream being soft serve, they did not want to honor my request for just that. They had the nerve to tell me no. Am I not the customer? Give me what I want, not what you want to sell me. After finally getting my soft serve they were so Stingy with all the toppings.left stuff off. This franchise needs to back to the way it was. If the customer is willing to pay to get what they want then they should honor my request. I think Ill be going to Baskin Robins for my next ice cream fix.

People are always nice here idk I haven’t experienced anyone particularly rude but I’m not here for friends, I’m here for ice cream … always good but please … whoever the manager is … please let them know that sundae dashers go candy->ice cream-> candy -> ice cream -> candy and then whip cream … just saying

The product hasnt been a disappointment. But the manager needs employees that actually give customer service.

Went in order my ice cream and the employee who waited on me was very poliet and treated me as a customer will go back for the nice service and in and out less then 3 minutes

Horrible customer service, been customer a while now. After last nights experience (11-11-20) I had to call corporate. They really need to hire more friendlier people.

Walked in. Wasn’t even acknowledged. The girl appeared to be cleaning the sink. I asked my husband if she possibly didn’t hear us walk in. (Maybe hearing impaired?) At that moment she looked up and she had a phone to her ear! She looked at me, didn’t acknowledge me and continued with her phone conversation! After another full minute, we walked out. I think we only stayed that long because we were shocked. Current time 8 pm on Thursday 1/23.Edit at 8:20 - Go to the one on Veterans Highway instead! Here now and they are delightful!!

I LOVE the green icecream because it taste like mint and i LOVE mint favors also i dont mindd that the icecream is not full because it will be hard to do because you will have to do it perfect and perfect is hard because you need to put exactly and it will be hard because you could put to much also the cake taste SO GOOD

Ordered 2 large ice cream sundaes for my son & me and there wasnt even enough ice creamin the cup to go around the edges and it didnt go to thetop. Plus - the hot fudge was COLD and clumpy like the machine wasnt even turned on. What a turnoff.

I am a regular customer and the staff is very friendly, the interior is very clean and sanitary. The staff always gets our orders right and they always make the best preordered ice cream cakes🎂.

I used to love coming here, I say “used to” because I will no longer be getting my ice cream or ice cream cakes here. I ordered 2 sheet cakes for my children’s birthday, I watched the server write down the names and she assured me that they would be correct. I tried to get some guidance on color scheme but all she said was “I don’t know, it’s up to you” I let it go. Today I went to pick up the cakes and she just went and bagged them without showing them to me while the other server rang me up, I went to my car and saw them walk away laughing, I got home and put the cakes in the freezer for later on when I saw my son’s cake had a mistake, his name was misspelled .....I went back and the gentleman that rang me up basically told me there was no way to fix it and sent me off with a “sorry about that” I normally wouldn’t complain but I ordered the cake well in advance and I got there after the pick up time. I wasn’t nasty and I was hoping that they would at least have the courtesy of showing me the mistake before I paid for it. They even had my phone number so this was avoidable, they could have called me to let me know. I’m very disappointed because my son noticed it.... I hate to put this review because I really did enjoy it. I’ve been going there for many years.

Gave my cousins the wrong thing twice my sherbet tasted like orange creamsicl that was rotten also the cake batter is rotten and the Caps dont work it sucks

Worst carvel Ive ever been to. One of the women has attempted to overcharge us several times on items and we refuse to go back. Charging 8 dollars for a ice cream cone with no toppings is unvelievable! Also charged $5 for a side of black cherry topping just because I forgot to ask for it ON the ice cream. Refused to put the topping on the ice cream instead. Never again.
