My wife and I loved our servescape experience, tech platform, and service. We loved supporting an Atlanta-based small business who directly supports other local georgia growers. We were able to easily navigate their simple to use website, looking to add edible landscaping to our garden. We even received the special delivery from Servescape’s Founder, Mario Cambardella, he hand delivered 5 blueberry bushes (2 separate species) and 2 glencoe raspberry bushes for our new garden. Servescape even added in a free bag of compost to show appreciation for supporting servescape. Our plants were sourced from local georgia growers (#georgiagrown) and hence have been used to contact with the more acidic georgia clay soil. Our plants are happy and growing, and I’m excited for Servescape’s business to grow as well! I would give 6/5 stars if I could. Thank you Servescape!!

This is my first time ordering plants online. I was skeptical about how good the plants will be. To my surprise, the plants arrived in very good condition and very healthy..This company is amazing and price is so much better when compared to other reputed nurseries especially the 3gallon camellias are highly priced but I got it for only $24 at serveScape..I am very happy with my purchase. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Serve Scape. We used them for the design and plants for the entrance to our HOA. Valerie gave us a design that fit with our objective of a low maintenance design. High quality plants were delivered. With our own labor, we demoed the old tired plants and installed the new ones for half the cost of two quotes we got from pros. When they buy in bulk from multiple growers even more savings. Plus customer service is more knowledgeable than clerks at warehouse home improvement stores. Mario is the absolute best. His attention to detail far surpasses anyone I have dealt with in the past. I needed creeping vines to cover a 50 ft fence quickly and he came to my rescue. He asked me a few questions and sent me his suggestions. I ordered beautiful jasmine from him and the next day they were in my driveway. Each plant was tied and packaged and they call came in great shape. All this was done on-line and the response time was incredible.

An amazing resource for plants, advice and landscape expertise. ServScape designed a rooftop garden for me which included the design, sourcing the planting materials, and installation, including a small irrigation system. Later, they also advised and implemented planting in the front of my home and several large containers. Their ability to conceptualize the design and find interesting plants was outstanding. I have ordered several times from ServeScape and have been very pleased with the quality of the plants. So easy to shop on line and have them deliver in a timely manner. Communication about the order and delivery was outstanding.Last fall I also had them do a landscape plan for several areas of my yard. They were able to solve several trouble areas for me (water flow, shade, design).Service and quality are amazing.

Salesperson was friendly. Follow up call after order by the Founder was a great personal touch! Delivery person was very accommodating when I had to change the day of delivery.

It was a mixed experience. The highlights are the great selection and the convenience of delivery. Of the plants I ordered, the agapanthus were wonderful, the geranium Rozanne were good. The heuchera were a mixed bag, 6 of the heuchera were very good, 6 were good, 5 were undersized for a gallon container, and 1 would have been in the discard bin of any reputable nursery. Alan had called me about 3 of the plants the day before delivery and told me they were weak and we had worked out some substitutions. Unfortunately, those substitutions did not materialize at delivery. Not a terrible experience, but certainly not the best.

I believe that I was one of ServeScapes first customers, just about one year ago, and I have been a repeat customer. Mario has been very helpful along the way. I was drawn in because of the Connect to Protect collection, as I was starting a native plant garden. During the pandemic, it was difficult to shop, and not every plant store carries a variety of native plants. The very economical delivery fee appealed to me, so I took advantage of that. Employee Allan Cobb has been a wonderful resource. Mario designed a native plant rain garden for me, and Allan installed it via his own business. The plants arrived healthy and vibrant and seem to be going strong going into their second season. My personal choice is for wild varieties over cultivars, and would like to have choices there.
