Went to this location for my first time.Had the clerk fill up my 5 five gallon water jugs with the alkaline electrolyte water. Paid almost $40.Went home & poured a glass and it tastes just like tap water, absolutely disgusting.For the past few years Ive always gone to the Water n Ice location near my house & I only get the alkaline electrolyte water. I clearly know what alkaline water tastes like.But, I was out on errands & needing to fill my water jugs. I saw this location along the way & stopped in there.Now I wish I didnt.The water that was filled into my jugs doesnt even taste like filtered reverse osmosis water. I seriously tastes like its right from the kitchen sink tap...They need to fix their systems, machines, equipment - because clearly something isnt working right!!!

The gentlemen are nice, polite and friendly. The place is always clean and smells good. I have been doing business with them for over 20 years. They always help their customers and attend to their needs fairly quickly. We moved away but still frequently visit this location for our water, ice cream and shaved ice needs.

They are always nice to me. I also like their water.

I have done business with this store for many years but today will be the last. Went in to get water no one else was in the store but within a few minutes a gentleman came in then two more then a woman with 5 kids it was unbelievable. The owner should have taken more precautions no concern for safety at all. If anyone knows who manages these stores they need to be aware.

These guys have been here for years. They cut their hours to 7PM and consistently close before 7PM. They dont want to offer services any more. Owner should retire since he does want to work. This is the 3rd time he pull this early close! Never coming here again!

Really Bad customer service.I think listening to your customers could be a good start but Im never coming back. 2 times I have been to this store. After the first my better judgment told me not to go back.Maybe they were having a bad day, after reading these 1 star reviews it looks standard that alot of days are bad. Rude. Diminutive. Almost racist. Thats all Ill say.

They’ve earned my business. They were helping my mom carry the water gallons to her car (when I went to get water for my house not knowing my mom would be there), they are genuine great people. Great business.

Rude ServiceI usually get my 5 gallon refills from Winco but decided to stop by this water & ice location since it was closest.I went to the 24 hour 5 gallon refill station and deposited 2 $1 bills. At 25 cents a gallon, I shouldve received 75 cents back after filling up my 5 gallon jug, but the machine unexpectedly stopped after 4 gallons. I informed the cashier of the problem, and he came out to assist. He brought a dollar with him and I figured hed give me the change after filling my last gallon, but he insisted the machine was working properly and said he didnt know why I would pay with dollar bills, despite the machines signage clearly stating the machine would give exact change. Regarding my recounting of events, he said he cant trust it.Not to mention, he had a stick stashed by to jimmy change out of the dispenser, which would seem to undercut his stance of the machine being in perfect order.After essentially being accused of concocting a scheme to swindle 75 cents out of the place, I cant recommend it or say Ill ever return.

Absolutely the worst WATER N ICE store in the valley!They will not let you rinse your bottle out or even on the exterior like other water stores therefore do not do business with them!Plus the water tastes bad, like reused filters or filters that are not changed regularly!Avoid this one or nice like the plague!

Fast service, awesome ice cream, shaved ice, and easy to use filtered water machines. I buy all my 5 gallon water bottles and refills from here. The dude who runs it is very nice and will even fill your water jugs for you if you ask him. Located right next to Frys Food so it is very convienant if you do your grocery shopping on the same day.

Im not sure what the cause was but I will NEVER get water from this place again. I visited this store to get my 5 gallon refilled. The next day, my lady was cooking dinner and as she was adding water she noticed something came out of the bottle. There was no way to test it but it looked just like mucus. It was beyond disturbing. Ill find another CLEANER place to get my water from.

Friendly place, inexpensive good water to drink, bring cash or it will cost more $0.05 more/gallon.

Very rude-The owner didnt want toFill up my gallons with alkaline. He said no holding gallon for him. Which mean heDoesnt want to help his customer. He gave my gallons back without filling them up.
