I had the most amazing experience at Uptown Bridal. Everything was absolutely perfect and so personalized for myself and my group. Tonia, Nicole and Jessica were all so kind and wonderful to work with. They do everything they can to make it the most incredible day. I felt like they really cared about my story, group of friends/family and that I found the most perfect dress. They even worked with my Fiance before the appointment, as he wanted to drop of some surprises for me. I couldnt have asked for a better place to say YES to my dress!

The entire experience at Uptown Bridal cannot even put into words. Its kind of like when I tell my new husband I love him, the words I love you dont feel strong enough. You feel me? The entire process was perfection from making the appointment, to the personal phone call customizing my wants and needs, to the days leading up to the appointment with emails and check ins. Walking INTO Uptown Bridal is an experience EVERY bride soon to be should have in their life. Photos, goodies, the COLORS, the music, the vibe, the amazing twins that own the place, the snacks, the DRESSES...all of it. To die for. And Im not even a dramatic person.They didnt even try to show me anything outside my budget range. I truly loved this experience from beginning to end- and will forever have the best memories of my wedding day because of the above and beyond service provided by the team at Uptown Bridal. And now Im crying. Maybe I am dramatic.

Every bride wants to feel like a princess, this place will treat you just as that. Without giving away any of their magic, I will say it was beyond what I expected in selecting a wedding dress. They tailor every consultation not only to each bride, but also to the love they have with their fiancé and the girls they bring with them to help select. I laughed, I cried and I found the dress of my dreams. The deposit is worth every penny, even if I didn’t find my perfect dress (which I did), the experience is unlike anything else. Then they went over and beyond when my sister, who lives out of state and missed my selection day, wanted to surprise me at my fitting. I wouldn’t even call it customer service, because the gals that run this store, they feel more like your friend by the end of the day, they are truly amazing people. Trust me, this is an experience you want apart of your wedding.

The most amazing day for my daughter! They were so knowledgeable and created an unforgettable experience. The dresses were gorgeous. It was a beautiful way to kick off the start of our wedding preparations. Our appointment was in August and we still cant stop talking about it! We tell everyone about Uptown Bridal!!

As an employee in Downtown Chandler and fellow wedding professional, the Uptown Bridal salon has always been a dream of mine and was such an easy choice when I finally had the ring :) In all honesty, I was met with a little hesitation at the idea of having to pay for an appointment - but I left that day with 6 HUGE believers and my dream dress, it was worth every penny and then some! Im 1000% confident that all of my girls will be back when its their turn! Including sweet treats and all things pretty, the appointment was absolutely perfect! I love that I was able to do a bit of work beforehand by pinning my favorites of their inventory (which lets be honest, I was on Pinterest anyways!) so I walked in to a qualified selection of dresses to start with! With adorable surprises around every corner, the appointment will forever be one of my very favorite parts of my wedding planning process! Saying yes to Uptown was just about as easy as saying yes to my now hubby! Seriously - you will not regret your appointment with these girls!

I went to multiple bridal boutiques and stores across the valley and Im telling you this is the best of the best. Nowhere else compares. I personally found my dress here but even if I hadnt I still would have gladly paid for and cherished the experience.You do pay for that initial appointment but if you find a dress, they put it toward your dress (which is amazing!) And if you dont- Im telling you its still worth every penny!!They make your dress shopping appointment so special and personalize it to you! If youre looking for a day with your friends/family to find the dress of your dreams, this is the place. Look ahead to make sure the designers and styles are up your alley and if they are- go!!! You wont be disappointed. They put so much thought into everything and there are so many little special touches (they even have surprises for brides to be that I wont spoil.)Even after purchasing my dress, I purchased an accessory and they continued treating me with the same kindness and gave me the same time and attention after I had made my purchases when I needed some further assistance.

If you are looking into this place for your wedding dress shopping please do not hesitate and just book an appointment with them! There are no words to describe how amazing they truly are. Uptown is an experience like no other. I was gifted the appointment and was one of the first in the new location. The girls thought of everything. The appointment was so personalized. I went rogue and invited my groom to my appointment and I loved that they welcomed him in with open arms. Without having my mom in town, I wanted that glitz and glamour and Uptown delivered. Sparkling lemonade, sweet treats, and photographs of the process. They seem to know all their brides; I walked in to pick up my gown and they instantly were recalling details from my appointment.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Uptown Bridal. From the moment I contacted the store until I picked out my dress, I felt like they truly cared about my experience and making it the best it could be. They respected my budget and did not push anything over. They have a beautiful selection of dresses and there were more than enough dresses that were lower than my price limit. The day of, every person who came with me was amazed at how well we were treated and all the sweet little surprises they had. The cherry on top was that we had the boutique to ourselves for three hours. Everything was perfect. Dont bother looking elsewhere!

There are not enough words to express how incredible this bridal boutique is! I had my Celebration Consultation this past weekend and I just can’t stop thinking about it. I literally just want to relive it every day because it was such a breathtaking experience. The boutique is just stunning! I wish I could work there so I could relish in all that bridal magic every day, but also because I would love to make others feel as happy as they made me feel at my appointment. I am so grateful for the day they created for me. The ladies there are simply the sweetest, kindest women that made my day so special. Everything was personalized to me - from the music, to the drinks & treats, to the photos of me and my fiancé around the boutique, to the gorgeous bouquet flowers! They even took professional photos the entire time and also worked with my fiancé to give me an extra special surprise when I said yes to the dress! Let’s just say there were a lot of happy tears. Jess was my consultant and she helped me find my dream dress, she was so wonderful! The experience I had at Uptown Bridal made me not want to shop anywhere else. I already had another appointment set up at another place, so I still went..but it was night and day. They spend 3 hours with you, giving you the time you need and have thought out every detail. I gave them a higher budget than what I really wanted to spend, but all of the dresses I tried on didn’t even come to close to the higher end. When I told my bridal party the price of the dress, they were shocked because they all looked way too expensive. I didn’t mind spending the $150 deposit because it allowed my whole bridal party to come. Plus it goes towards your dress. The place is so cute and they are so friendly. I can not recommend them enough. I just bought my dress today, and can’t wait for it to come in so I can go back there and try it on again. Thank you Uptown!

The uptown bridal experience was unique and special. I felt so welcome and like I was part of their family. The atmosphere is intimate and I felt like it was all about me (which is exactly how you should feel!) The sisters that own it, as well as the other ladies helping, were so friendly and personable. You can tell that they love what they do. I had contacted a couple other places and really got the feeling that I was just another number and a dollar sign. At uptown I felt like the most beautiful bride to be...ever. The selection of dresses they have are gorgeous and you can easily find something that suits your style and price range. With a smaller, more intimate feel, the experience wasnt overwhelming. I was able to hand pick every dress I tried on (totaled 6) and I found my perfect dress. This is an experience that should be memorable and it was nothing short of just that. Thank you so much for this wonderful memory.

Best place I have ever been to. These ladies were so kind they had an amazing selection of wedding dresses and they had refreshments already set up for the whole group. They make it so personal and awesome, they used their expertise to suggest dresses similar to my style and I ended up finding my dream dress last minute because they were opening up a new shipment and she thought I might like it. They print out photos of you and your fiancé and take pictures with the whole group it was so fun I absolutely loved it and them!

I bought my dress here last week and I am thrilled! I had tried on some wedding dresses at other Bridal shops but my experience here was beyond compare. Uptown bridal has a large assortment in gowns... all styles, price ranges, colors you could ever hope for! My consultant, Ali, was an absolute doll. She was very friendly and professional. I LOVE Uptown Bridal! What an amazing experience. Nicole and Alli were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable!!!! Please go see them and find your perfect dress! I found a sample gown that was flawless and fit like a glove; just needed a hem. I was able to get the discounted sample price and they took a discount on my veil for the Inspirador debacle... I would recommend anyone going her for an amazing experience!I also got all 7 of my bridesmaid dresses from here and they were breathtaking!

I just had my appointment at uptown bridal. I was uneasy paying a deposit for an appointment. After going through the experience it was sooooo worth it. My group of friends loved every second of it. I also found my dream wedding dress. The staff at uptown bridal really catered to my needs and made me feel so welcome and beautiful during my appointment. They truly understood what I wanted. I absolutely strongly suggest making an appointment with them. I’m sure you would find your dream dress. The deposit I paid for my appointment went to my deposit towards my dress. I can not wait to wear my dress again!!

**UPDATE**After my situation, (which you can read below) the owner, Nicole, called me to discuss my experience. We spoke in detail about my dress size and measurements and how it can be very difficult to estimate how much extra fabric will be required with an expecting bridesmaid, which I completely understand. She was very professional and sympathetic to my situation and encouraged me to bring my dress in to their recommended alterations specialist as she was genuine in wanting to help me cover the cost of the manufacturers defect in my dress. I did let her know that I had already visited a seamstress local to me, since its a bit of a drive from where I live to downtown Chandler, and she was understanding of that and even offered to cover the cost of my alterations! I was certainly not expecting that, nor did I feel that it was even necessary, but she was adamant. Nicole assured me that Uptown Bridal prides themselves in their exceptional customer service and while I didnt have the greatest experience speaking with one of their other representatives, the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would return to them in the future and would ask directly for the owner, Nicole.I was a bridesmaid in my brothers wedding and his fiancée chose Uptown Bridal for her dress and the bridesmaids dresses. I was only a few months pregnant when we had measurements taken for our dresses and I asked that my dress be ordered two sizes larger than what I measured at since I would be about 7 months pregnant for the wedding and wasnt sure how big I would be.We picked the dresses up about a month and a half prior to the wedding date and upon receiving my dress I noticed immediately that it was WAY too big. At the point of me getting the dress in, I was 6 months pregnant and definitely showing. Even with my increased waist size, I could put the dress on without even unzipping it. When I brought this to the attention of the ladies at Uptown Bridal, they were adamant that they ordered the size I requested based on my measurements. They told me I measured at a 16 in January, which is HIGHLY unlikely considering the fact that I was just in a wedding a month prior to being measured at Uptown and my dress for that wedding was a size 12. Needless to say they wouldnt help me.In addition, there was boning missing in half of the bodice of my dress, which would qualify as a manufacturers defect. Uptown Bridal said the only thing they would be able to do would be to look at the dress, determine if it was in fact a defect on the manufacturers part, and if so, I would have to take the dress to their recommended alterations specialist to fix the dress. They said they would work with me on fixing the defected portion, but I would be responsible for the remaining alterations. I would end up paying top dollar for additional alterations that shouldnt have even been necessary and they wouldnt even commit to covering the entire cost of the defected dress.Ultimately, the dresses looked beautiful in the shop but when it came to customer service and Uptown Bridal taking responsibility for their mistake, this dress shop was highly lacking. I would not return there for future services or recommend anyone to them.

Cam not say enough great things about Uptown Bridal! The staff is so incredibly nice and thoughtful! I looked for months for the perfect dress, before even coming in the staff had emailed me and after a few short descriptions about what I was looking for, they emailed me a dress! The dress in the email was perfect!!!!! After weeks of waiting to finally get an appointment I was able to get it on and I said yes it was the dress!!!!! They even threw in the cutest little bachelorette vail!!!! If you are looking for a place that isnt just looking to make a sale but actually listen to what you want, this is where you need to go!!!!!!
