Such a great experience having my DSLR & lens cleaned and calibrated after a little tumble from the couch. Turn around was quick and it’s a lot closer than the other place I was using. Plus, Morris is super friendly and knowledgeable. It made the experience that much better, working directly with the friendly person handling my camera!

I had spent several hours researching outs on the Internet why the flash wasn’t working on a canon camera. I dropped by and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue in less than 90 seconds. I am very handy but there is nothing like experience. He is very knowledgeable about cameras and I would highly recommend him. After fixing my camera, he would not even take any money for his efforts. If you have a camera issue, this is the place to get it repaired.

I went in this morning with my daughters Sony camera that had quit working. It took Morris only a minute to find out that the battery (which I had charged) was the issue. He got it working and wouldnt take any money from me. He was kind, patient, explained why the battery did what it did and other interesting things about Sony products. So helpful! Even though Im in north Phoenix, it will always be well worth the trip to go to his shop with any future camera issues.

I didnt but it was awesome that it was even an option.Morris is an old school camera guy. Hes been doing this longer than Ive been alive. Morris did an excellent job cleaning my a6400s sensor - it looks brand new with no dirt, scratches or residue! This was my first camera and the first time I needed the sensor cleaned (it was super dirty lol) and was pretty nervous. Morris made me feel confident and comfortable trusting him with my camera.On top of that, he had my camera cleaned and ready the same day! Superb service! I will definitely be taking my gear here for all future cleanings.

I ordered a Sony Alpha A77 DSLT camera off of eBay. The description about the camera said that the camera had little over 20,000 shutter cycles and that there was little cosmetic damage and the rear LCD protector was coming off. I was miss lead, the camera came in and there was cosmetic damage, BUT the rear LCD was starting to peel off the camera. I was in shock and very disappointed to say the least. I contacted Sony and they where next to nothing as far what they could help me with, and the cost to get the camera fixed by SONY was through the roof. I was going to send the camera off to a Authorized Sony repair shop in L.A. A close and very good friend of mine told me to send or take the camera to a camera repair shop in Arizona. I was going to take the camera to a camera shop in Tucson that was close to me that I could drive to, but there where closed for two weeks and I wanted to get the camera repaired as soon as possible. I contacted another camera in Chandler, and was going to send the camera to them. But I called another camera repair shop in Chandler that had a better overall Google Rating. I called Arizona Camera Works and Morris answered my call for help. He wrote down the information that I told him and the parts that possibly needs to be replaced. He said that he would get back to me later on that evening. He did and gave me the parts and labor cost. I decided to send the camera off, mind you that I’m not the person to send something off to a someone that I never meet face to face. But Morris just had a very welcoming voice over the phone is the best way that I can put it. The camera was sent off. He emailed me from the time that he got the camera to the time the camera was sent off. He ordered the parts that need to be replaced and nothing else, the parts came in and he fixed the camera for me. The camera was sent back to me and he provided the tracking information, the camera came in. The camera was professional serviced and packed for shipping. I was very impressed, he even sent the old parts back so I can see exactly what needed to replaced and the receipt and service ticket. The whole experience was very transparent, straight forward. Morris was very professional, caring, welcoming, honest and helpful. Its hard to find people like Morris in today’s day of age. If I could give a 6/6 stars on Google I would. I HIGHLY recommended him for any camera repair. I’m not the type of person that would write a Google Review. Thanks so Much Morris.

The shop was a little tricky to find. Turn into business complex and it is in the middle.The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. Said he would be able to clean my camera. Showed me a quick test to show me the dust on the sensor. Asked if I needed it quick for an event. This comes really late since I took my camera in almost this time last year. I have a Nikon 610 that had spots in high F stops since I got it. To make it short, I have no more problems with spots or anything else. Morris did a fantastic job!!! Thanks and I will be a return customer.

Great place! This guy was clearly an expert who was able to quickly look at my camera and determine that my problem was a defective battery. He gave me detailed advice on how to get a replacement. It is a little hard to find. It is behind the Yamaha Music School building.

Took my camera in and let him know camera did not function correctly since it had a small drop. He said it was because there was an incorrectly sized lens on it. He snapped a couple of pictures, said it worked fun; however, when I took it home, same issue is there. It does not focus correctly and every picture is as blurry as they have been since it was dropped. What a waste of my time!

Needed to have work done to fix the light sensors on two late 60s Minoltas, and got a quote at Tempe Camera, who wanted to replace a bunch of parts, at $3-400. Came here instead, and got the existing parts repaired for less than $100. Not to mention I got some good advice on extending the longevity on the units.
