Walked into the store.. said hi the man looked at me and rolled his eyes.. it happens every time I come In here.. just rude.. wants me to spend my money but is very rude.. even threw the card at me.. I walked right back out.. he doesn’t like black people

They have great prices for the quality of products you buy there, much cheaper than stores or other beauty stores. They also have a wide variety of products to choose from too and you could buy in bulk.The owner is super helpful, indifferent and sometimes preoccupied with his K-dramas, but he definitely knows his store and the products that he has available there. So ask him if you are looking for something in particular. He will tell you the exact location in the store to find it.The place is not that clean. No insects in sight but it is super dusty and could use a good cleaning.

Googled a beauty supply store and found Hollywood Beauty Supply store. Drove 20 minutes, as soon as I walked in the guy at the counter says “We don’t sell hair here!” Not only were you rude, but I can come to the conclusion that you are annoyed with having many people like me confusing your “beauty” store for a hair supply store. As I mentioned to the man at the counter, your business description and business name is incorrectly described, as beauty supply entails hair, skin and…beauty supplies. I’d suggest the edit if you aren’t happy with your target audience.

Fantastic selection with great prices! This store is crowded with inventory and a little disorganized. However, it has the best selection Ive seen AND very good prices. As another reviewer said, the owner isnt very talkative. However, he is super nice. He knocks his prices down at the register for friendly customers. Love it.

Great prices on everything you need for nails. Love the pedicure items and moisturizers. Acrylic dip choices are incredible.

Either way the store Im thinking of has great shots, friendly, funny staff and good deals. I called the other day to see if they sold keritan glue to make my own U style tips and was told no and hung up on

I love this place lots of selection to choose from. a lot of merchandise that is not on the shelves but I just dig through the boxes to! I go in there probably once every other month and just start adding to my collection. :)

Little clutter shelves have a some very old product. But has large selection. Prices are marked on some items but that does not matter . I notice every week the prices Change higher even thou it’s marked lower. Due to the issue with I am charged different same thing week to week. I am spending less time, money here. Buying on line or Over by lee lee market beauty supplies . Hollywood owner is a Nice guy this is why I still give business here. If other place is closed. . Needs little more organized and cleaned..

Great prices. Never had anyone ever yell at me. Always super nice. Yeah, it’s messy but their prices make up for it. Not sure how some of these comments say they’re over priced. I’d like to know whey they get their supplies. LOL. This is a great place and I’m ready to go shopping.

It’s so unorganized, prices aren’t posted up in many of the items. The guy that’s always there is never friendly it’s like he hate to see you there spending your money. Never a hello or a welcome, not even a thank you. Won’t even look at you while you are paying. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

The sale price of face mask remains the same and is quite reasonable while other places raise their price. Five star for sure! My best wishes for this store.

Every time I come into this place, the man who works at the front is very rude an unfriendly. He is more talkative to young white women, which I find interesting. This place looks bad, and smells even worse. All the products are old (they have many NYX products that are years old and aren’t even sold anymore), and even when you approach him with a polite attitude he is still unkind. I love supporting small business, but I don’t think this one deserves any until they can change their attitude and their store.

Had to sit outside for 30 minutes because the hours were wrong on google and weren’t posted outside the store anywhere. You definitely go here for the prices and selection, not for the service. Not very nice people that work here.

Oh my gosh. These people are so rude. I came here to spend a lot of money and asked really easy questions and they were so annoyed with me. After I checked out the guy literally threw the credit card receipt and pen towards me to sign. I will never go back here the stuff is cheap. They’re not authentic I don’t believe. And these people are so rude.

I love this store. They are great. They cater to licensed technicians as well as newbies like myself. I like that they have their own acrylic line that slightly cheaper than trying to get name brand cover pink. The staff seems to be very knowledgeable. There is one guy i like better than the other, but they both seem to know their stuff. The one guy I like so much, I like because I am very new to the nail game, I must have asked him a million questions, and he was very patient with me.. I also go to Nationwide Nail Supply, and I like them, they dont have their own brand acrylics so in some cases they can be more expensive, but I really like that they have color kits, and their name brands are on point with Hollywood. Hollywood is my go-to store,. but between the two Im set. Thanks again to the guy that answered my a million questions.

I love the amazing Deals they have on nail polish! I also love that when I asked for help I was directed appropriately and given great advice to save money when they could have told me to buy something from their shop. I will definitely be coming back here!

I always dread going to any nail supply store (without mentioning any names) because I feel like Im a burden to the person working, and they are not excited that Im shopping at their store, nor do they know any answers to the questions I ask. That wasnt the case with my experience today at Hollywood Beauty Supply. Ben was so helpful and walked me through all the suggestions he told me about, pointed out all the supplies I asked about, and even gave me a couple tips and tricks with the dip powders I bought. Thank you so much for great customer service! I will definitely be returning.

Messy, disorganized and lots of polishes missing and dont match whats on the color wheels hanging. Cheap prices though but you have to know what youre looking for, dont expect any help.

I wish I could put less than one star. The guy at the cash register was really rude to me and started yelling to one of his customers who mentioned she has been going there for a long time. He told her if you don’t like how i treat you stop coming to my store. I was so disgusted i left my stuff and walked out. Don’t go to this store unless you wanna get yelled at by the owner! 😳😱🤬

Great store for nail products, but they open and close when they feel like it so dont be in a hurry or expect them to be open when they are supposed to be.

Closed at 2:30 in the afternoon? Person at the counter told me to leave because they had to run an errand. What kind of strange customer service is this? Id understand being closed for lunch, but to have a paying customer leave? Incredibly odd experience.

I’ve been going here for years and it feels more rundown each time I go. All the boxes out front are off putting. Are they open? Are they closed? If you ask me, there needs to be a serious purge of old and faded products. Not the most friendly service. That said, I’ve found some great polishes here and at fantastic prices. They also carry acrylic wall racks for polish.

This is my go to for all of my nail supplies. The owners are super helpful and always accommodating. The selection cant be beat (I can browse for hours). The prices are the best and its the place I refer my friends to.

My very first time coming into this store, ended in a horrible experience! I asked the store owner a couple of question which at first he was nice enough to direct me. I was there for a period of one hour. I seen some stuff i liked but questioned its authenticity. If you look closely at each container theyve been marked with a little scratch on top of lids and missing seals. Not to mention these are supposed to be high end acrylic powders. So i put it all back. I figured i could buy some nail polish. Grabbed a few bottles went up to ask a question. He tells me to leave and come back tomorrow, and that i always come in here taking my time. Like i said it was my first time coming in. Check this out even though there was a lady in check out grabbing more things. I asked him are you serious? He said yes. I put the stuff down and left. And will never be back, and will never recommend anyone coming here into this shop until he can appreciate his customers!

Usually good prices if you can find them! I usually dont ask for help so as for costumer services I get in get out with is only total of everything im buying is spoken. I went there yesterday (Saturday) and I got there around 10:40 go to the door they still werent open they open at 9:30. But still gonna go back cause prices are GREAT!$$$$

Sales man double my price asked if I knew my pin to my card charged me an extra 5 dollars for an item I put back then says you dont need the taxes on the 5 dollars do you I said yes its money and its my money then he toss the 10 cents on the counter and says maybe you can buy a soda. And laughs I then ask for a Full Refund and was about to call Mesa police. He then said ok ok Ill give you your money never come back here because I stood up to his Racist remarks... good luck because I know plenty of city officials I hope you are not breaking the law in any way.

Not a clean place! You can barely walk through this place because it’s too messy

First time im here and at the time of paying, I pay with my bank card he (cashier) asked if it was credit im like no debit he then told me i need it to wait 10 min because the system had to be restart so i waited then he gave me recipt to sign the weird part is that he was holding the recipt the hole time not letting me look the dollar amount he was charging i pulled the recipt and he was charging me $417.70 when it should be $41 he then said oh is to much let me void it im like hell yea is to much i called my bank in that minute he then said is ok you dont need to call your bank i voided im like so im still calling my bank so if you go there and pay with your card make sure you check the dollar amount before u sign I will never go back.

Im new here and came in to a rude employee. He didnt speak nor did he want to help. He was busy having a personal conversation with one who seemed to be a friend to come visit at work. Will NOT EVER GO BACK HERE. This place was so junky and tightly packed with aupplies. Very unprofessional.

Hours advertised for Saturdays 2-5pm. Drove all the way from gold canyon just to see that they are not open. There was a written note on the door saying Closed Satursdays yes, just like that.

Couldnt ask for better service over the top nice and sooooo helpful made me a loyal returning customer and the amazing prices are awsome.

Yes there are boxes everywhere but if you don’t want to pay full price for some beauty products then this is the right place for you.
