They are the worst parts dealers on the internet! They quoted me a price of $285 for a used rim and and then when I decided to purchase it a few minutes later, they jacked the price up to $640 with shipping!!! Biggest rip off artists out there! I will never do business with them of ever recommend them. Stay away!

Great service! MATT was the to truck driver’s name.My son was on his way home from work my truck wasn’t going to make it home,engine problem. My son pulled into a gas station. I called a local company,(Anderson towing) .They came out right away, i knew what the cost was ahead of time.no suprises or hidden fees. They had nice,capable equipment that did the job well.The truck is a 3/4 ton, Crew cab, longbed (9000pound truck) .

This is a horrible place. First, I found 2 parts from their website (after doing the search for Right Rear Hatchback door) and called them. They just wanted me to put the deposit down and came to pick the part up. I felt that it was very fishy and decided to come, take a look at it and decide on that day. They definitely did not like that idea and frowned on me when I showed up.On the day that I came, they just gave a vague direction and let me find the car on my own (I expected somebody to show me the location of the car that has my part but no!). I spent 30 minutes looking around in the junk yard. Finally, when I found them, the part was in a horrible condition as compared to what they displayed on the picture. It was so rusty and left in poor condition (I honestly do not understand how they could sell it). The second one was in better condition, so I decided to move forward with it. Since I needed it too urgently and I trusted that their listing has checked for compatibility (as I was searching for the, I did not check whether the part was from a hatchback/ sedan type). It turned out that my mechanic said that the door I got was a sedan door and it does not work for hatchback car. It has no use for my case. However, their website listed it as a fit for Right Rear Hatchback Door. I came back and complained to them. They said they would withhold 20% of the price I paid for restocking fee and did not admit their errors in misleading listing. They even said Whether you want the refund or no refund at all.These people are horrible. They just want to entice you to buy their parts without a very sound 90 day warranty but if you return it to them (even untouched and even within those warranty days), be ready to be taken away 20% of the money you spent on the part. Cannot believe I spent nearly 2 hours driving back and forth to lose additional 20% of the money I spent on the useless parts due to their misleading listings. Also, if you do not pick up, they would charge nearly additional $200 for shipping. Also, the parts are more expensive than other places and not well taken care of. The pictures they took are very outdated too, so do not trust their pictures/ listings at all. They are definitely salvage.Would not recommend any business with them. Thats it. I am done with them. Stay way from this fishy place. There are other better auto junkyards with more reliable people and no restocking fee. In this place, their goal is only to rip you off (unless you are really an expert and know exactly what you are looking for) with horrible used parts, hidden restocking fees and misleading listings. WATCH OUT!

Horrible experience. I had called in for a motor . They had it and mad me put a deposit threw the phone to save it and so I did. Then one hour later they called me to say they sold it and they gave me my money back. Then why did I put a deposit if you wouldnt hold it for me . So disappointing, I will never buy another single part from here again.

I dealt with Todd over the phone, ordered an SRS module for an Acura. First he gave me the best price by far from anyone. Second, he shipped it the same day, and it was at my doorstep the next day! The module turned out to be bad (not their fault because the previous owner of the car it came from put new airbags on the car but didnt fix the module). Todd immediately suggested he send me another one, no questions asked. Second module worked great. I am very happy with the customer service I got, most salvage yards are a pain to deal with, but I am honestly impressed with this one. The communication was also very easy and Todd always got back to me in a very timely fashion, another thing that you dont see very often in this industry. I will definitely buy from them again!
Last week I bought a battery because I had a bad cell in the battery. I received poor customer from Dent that he knew he gave me the incorrect battery for my 2002 honda civic.When I called the next day he knew he made a mistake. I came into the office today to receive half off the battery because I had to pay extra because my positive and negative post are on the opposite side, so of course the mechanic had to make the post reach the battery. (The sales rep)Dent gave me half off as we discussed but threw the money in my hands because he was upset. Totally, unacceptable!! My boyfriend had referred me to this place a week before I bought a transmission but I had a different representative helping me. Don’t be upset at the customer because you made a mistake you should have called Immediately said I’m sorry let’s make it right!
I purchased a transfer case for my used pickup and it had a lot of miles so they gave me one with lesser miles 👍

What I can tell you is I recently needed a hood for my 1997 Honda Civic in Red.I spoke to Jose he told me they had one.I gave my credit card to hold it and I installed it at the yard the next day.I am a former assistant manager of a salvage yard and Asst Mgr for a Volkswagen service department. The have a nice facility, Service and Pricing is Good They get my vote, thats all I can say..Thanks I55

Bought an engine from them and the waterpump was bad and it ran off the timing chain they said they dont warranty waterpumps started swearing at me calling me names it was the owner i ended up having to have the engine repaired at a cost of 785 keeping in mind i payed 975 for the engine i was robbed he started swearing when i told him i would hire an attorney and said i wouldnt spend the money on an attorney guess he didnt know i would go after legal fees as well i would not suggest buying a gumball from these people they are crooks

Bought an engine from them was told it ran. put it in and had a dropped valve seat. I returned it for another engine got it in same problem. So I tried for a third one and wouldnt you know another dropped valve seat now. Im in the middle of dropping way more money than I ever should have rebuilding their junk engine they sold me so I dont have to go through the work of pulling it and putting a junk one in again. I wouldnt ever recommend them again nor will I ever use them again. To top it all of the guy had the odesty to tell me he was losing his ass shipping me parts that were missing off the engine. Very deceiving place looks nice looks professional but they sell junk they def got one over on me. Go elsewhere if at all possible.

Went there about 4-5 months ago to get a passenger side blinker and reflector for my buddys silverado had to sit there for at least a hour before anyone even talked to us when they werent busy when we finally talked to someone we told them the exact year and everything even told them which blinker and reflector he needed then they sent one of there employees back there to get the parts and he can back with the blinker for either a tahoe or a w/t 1500 when we told them it was for a silverado and he even looked at my friends truck before going back there the first time so in my opinion dont waste your time with I-55 about a year before that my mom called there looking for a driveshaft for my dads truck and they wouldnt even talk to her they told her to have her husband call back and they hung up on her
They do remove the part for you, if your willing to put up with salepeople who think they have gold. They quote used parts for higher then new parts, if you ask them if they would match it they say, well if we dent the part maybe. Theres many places in the area who have better service.
They have the biggest selection of used car & truck parts in the greater Will, Kankakee & Grundy County areas. The staff is nice and the place is huge.
They dont want to sell anyone parts nor deal with anyone for that matter, When they do actually give you availability and price its $20 cheaper than just buying new, if i could give a 1/8 star i would.
I really cannot say much about their service because I did not receive any service. I went in there after work to buy a hood for my truck. When I walked in there were about five people behind the counter and there was no one in line. I stood there for about ten minutes and not one person said anything to me. Two of the individuals behind the counter glanced at me but then returned to their computer screen once I made eye contact with them. I got the feeling they did not care if I was helped or not so I left. It was my first time there and my last.

I dealt with a Jimbo at i-55. He was one of the most unprofessional individuals a person can deal with. He was very misguiding and diagnosed my car with 5 different issuesto get me to buy more parts than what i really needed. I took the car to another mechanic and all i needed was a wheel bearing which i paid half of what i-55 was quoting me.I had a friend that baught some parts formthem and he was told the parts were used byhis mechanic. When he came back to exchange the pieces for brand new ones they told him they did not have them in stock but billed him for new parts and sold him used ones. I believe he dealt with a Bubba over there. We need more mechanics and auto parts in Arizona.These people give mechanics a bad name. BEWARE for these vampires.
One star because you dont offer negative star options. I called on a Friday to verify if they had a spare tire lift. I was very specific about my vehicle. I was told we have one on the shelf. So I paid for it up front. Come Saturday morning I drive out to pick up my part. Which according to them the cannot find on the shelf. The counterperson disappeared for 20 minutes. When he returned he said he couldnt find it and would send someone to the yard to locate another. Well, an hour later the yard guy returns with my old part and one that was in their opinion CLOSE.It wasnt even close, especially when I gave you a duplicate.I wouldnt patronize this place again if they gave parts away.Worst customer service ever .

Worst Place to Buy Used Parts, If you order an Engine or Any auto part that is heavy they have no way to take it off the truck and the customer is expected to help get the part off the delivery truck.
