Mark is the best mechanic for the money, he is honest and, I dont think there is anything his shop cant do!His new shop is big and clean with room to wait up front.They take good care of my truck, from the littlest thing to major rebuilds. They can do it all. I almost hate to give such a good review because, I dont want him to be too busy to fix my stuff when it breaks, but, Mark is also a smart businessman, hes made good changes along the way and has a great team!They even rebuild transmissions and rear ends in house!!! Show me another independent who does that at ANY price!I HIGHLY recommend!

Verry disappointed on their work, do not recommend to anyone, they are not better than others anymore, whatever they care is just to make as much money they can, replaced differentials on my truck first issue was the bottom cap on first differentials was lose ( did not complain about it), second issue was the first differentials start leaking when I called them Mark said bring it to us and we will fix it, after 2 weeks of their fixing differential is still leaking, when I asked Mark again he was like o the parts were bad and we tried to do something, for the money that you charged me probably you could put a new seal or gasket whatever goes there instead of putting back the old one,

If you are OOS based be careful watch out for the low oil scapegoat, your warranty will not be honored. Unless you are desperate, if not tow(pro-tote) your rig home and deal with your local mechanics where warranty issues can be ironed out much easier(not over the phone with OOS shops) when issues come up n there is mutual respect in dealing with them. OOS mechanics and brokers kinda similar, tell one thing but when it all boils down there is an excuse its a setup for you to loose.Spent $7000 at their shop, 6months spent another $7000 at another shop. PTC would not honor even partially cover their warranty, all the blame fell on us vs their word(Mark). As experience would show us(12yrs in business), u cant win those if u are talking over the phone and are OOS based. So thats our truth just warning others out there trying to make an honest living...despite the low rates n bad experiences, we are still trucking...cheers
