Caroline was wonderful and so helpful. After explaining my situation and what I was looking for, she helped find several cars that might be a good fit for me. We narrowed it down, and I ended up with a certified used Kia Soul that my daughter and I are both delighted with and I can feel more secure in than my previous vehicle.Tyler, in the business office, was also terrific, looking at several different financing options for me. He patiently worked with the numbers and gave me helpful advice that was much appreciated.After calling around, visiting dealership websites and several dealerships (you all know the drill), it was such a pleasant experience dealing with kind, patient, and genuinely nice people who werent pressuring me. Overall the best I could have hoped for in a car buying experience (I bought a Kia Seltos). Zia, Gary, and Dan were the main people to assist me and were great at explaining everything and answering any questions I had the whole time I was there. I felt no stress or pressure throughout the whole process. They foster a very nice, friendly environment overall at the dealership and even the people I wasnt working with directly were still very friendly. It’s so sad that I have to give this one star rating based off my recent experience with the KIA servicing department. I purchased my car two years ago and had a wonderful experience with the sales people. Had no issues at all with my car (2019 KIA forte) until it was found to have a manufacturing defect. This was strange to me as there were no recalls on this model but I accepted that this happens and since I had taken my car in for a regular inspection, I agreed to leave it behind for further inspection. Little did I know that this would turn out to be any customer’s nightmare. Initially, I was told it would take a few days to fix my car but because there was a lack of parts, my car had to stay at the shop a little longer. This was actually acceptable to me as the dealership provided a rental for a few days. The real issues begun when I mentioned to them that I needed to travel to Boston and they said that my car would still not be ready. Instead, the dealership agreed to cover a portion of an external car rental during this time. Imagine my shock when they started to dispute the amount they were actually meant to cover at the end of that rental period. I have spent weeks being tossed around with hardly any help from their service manager who had no patience to figure out a solution to this issue. What’s more sad is that I really liked this dealership but to be treated in this manner has been utterly disappointing. I was really touched by the actual efforts of KIA HQ itself (through their customer relations office) to try and step in and find a solution. Bottom line is I now have to pay a larger portion of the external car rental and yet this was a manufacturing defect (which but for this defect, I could have traveled to Boston in my car and avoided the actual cost). I’m only sharing so others do not have to go through the nightmare that I have been through the past couple of weeks. It is extremely disappointing when you put your trust in people and they do not maintain the standards and obligations owed to them especially given that this was a warranty issue. I am a mother and this payment cuts very deeply into my monthly obligations. I am completely disappointed in the Chantilly KIA dealership service team and sadly feel that I have lost the customer engagement relationship. I do not ever want to go back to this dealership even for a regular service and it’s made me lose complete faith in the brand.

Steven M. was a great salesperson and very easy to work with. He answered all my questions, explained features like Apple CarPlay, and made the process of buying my 2020 Kia Forte a pleasant one. The General Sales Manager, Christopher B., was also very professional and cordial. Ashlee, the Finance Manager, was very thorough in presenting my financing options and coverages, and she was also extremely patient in giving me the time I needed to make my final finance decisions. Overall, everyone was very knowledgable and professional, and the fact that it was the day before Halloween made it a fun atmosphere because all the staff was dressed up in fun Halloween costumes.

Fabulous experience at this dealership. Over the years Ive been through multiple dealership and Im glad to say this was the most hassle-free. During my recent purchase, I was in & out much earlier than my past experiences. Caroline (my agent) was super friendly, and provided updates on my preferred vehicle timely but was never pushy.I loved the fact that they did not try to push additional services like other dealers do. Took 2015 Kia Soul into get a 90k service today - was met by Ms Ali who was very professional. Chatted about what the car needed. I had wanted a lot of the fluids changed - they have the machines and experience and the right type of parts to perform that kind of work. Once the technician performed the 90 point inspection it was discovered that brakes were bad. The brakes were a surprise. Ms Ali and I chatted with the mechanic and he showed me what he had found to which I agreed the work was needed. I hunkered down at a small table in the showroom so I could do some work using their free wireless so I was able to stay productive while the car was in the shop. Ali came out after a while with one of the brake pads and showed me how the friction pad had actually separated from the metal plate - absolutely a no go item - so I was glad the brakes were fixed. Overall a good customer experience. There are a lot of automotive shops around but I specifically bring my Kia to Chantilly/Ourisman because it is a nice dealership and I have had very good experiences with the service department in the past. I am a very satisfied customer and will return here when my other Kias need work. Highly recommended.

This was the best experience I had buying a car, I wouldn’t describe it as a car buying experience, because it was simply more than that. Jay Wilson was extremely personable, hospitable, comforting, empathetic, & cared more about Me as a customer than a sales goal. If he didn’t know the answer he went & got it, he gave Me a step by step process of what to expect & was upfront & honest. He worked his way up, so his passion for what he does shows, it’s more than just a sale for him, there was no pressure. AA-Ron in finance is a shark, the good kind, he‘s a family man, so he’s compassionate, honest, & understanding, he’s always willing to work for you. Last, but certainly not least Chris the Manager he’s the wing man, that’s down to have a great time. He’s very knowledgeable, laid back, & a good time. We have been shopping for a new family car and made our way to Ourisman to check out some new and used options. He not only knows the Kia lineup but he also knows the little details of every model and trim line including what features changed in different years. He is enthusiastic in a very genuine manner about Kia and not at all pushy in your typical car sales man manner. I was sold a Kia from the representative Victoria and I, from the start, had a great experience. She was patient, kind and understanding. Gary, the manager was very kind and patient as well. Gary, Victoria, and the service team were both able to assist me in my headlight replacement- they were all so considerate, accommodating and honest people. They talked about reputation and how much it means to them, they truly live by this standard. I would HIGHLY recommend getting your car from here without the worry of being duped or anything of the like. They really sit down with you and also work through the numbers, Tyler the finance person I talked to was patient and able to talk through with the price options with me and my mom.

I took my car to KIA. There was a thumping noise when I took my foot off the gas and the car didn’t seem stable. I was told the Shock Absorber needed to be replaced… I went ahead with the repair. I picked up my car and on my way home I had the same problem.. I ended taking my car back to Kia. I don’t understand did they not test drive my car before and after. Shock absorber was not under warranty.. I paid over a $1000 now I’m questioning what did they repair.. My car has been at Kia since Friday and I’m still waiting to see what the problem is.. I’m giving them a two star rating, I have been given a loaner both times. The first time I dropped off my car there was constant communication now it’s crickets.

At best, the service people are cordial, certainly not friendly. The service waiting area has holes in the walls and broken furniture. When we went to the showroom to see about replacing our second car while we waited for service, none of the dozen or so sales reps offered to help us, even when we accidentally set off a car alarm. The service work took twice as long as stated when booking the appointment, and after the work was completed, the car was dirty and two low tire pressure lights were on and would not turn off, despite having adequate tire pressure.

Had a great experience buying my new 2022 Kia Seltos S from Ourisman Kia in Chantilly. Victoria was very professional and very nice. She never made it seem like all she wanted was a sale. Definitely enjoyed working with her towards my new car! Recommend 100%

I had a great experience with Ourisman Kia this afternoon. I received good value payout on my trade and a good price on the new vehicle I chose. I had interactions with 6-7 staff members at the dealership from the GM to the delivery specialists. This was the smoothest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had. I felt well valued as a customer and was treated with respect and even generosity. Marcus, Tyler, and GM Billy Brown were the ones who closed my deal and I was really very happy with the service I received today. I have read some of the reviews of the unsatisfied customers who gave poor ratings and negative feedback. It made me wonder what the details were in those interactions and it left me feeling sad for the customers who had such unpleasant experiences. Based on my experience today, my impressions were that Billy and Tyler are very enthusiastic about their work and care about giving good customer service. These two are in leadership positions at the Ourisman Kia dealership and operated in ways (today) that suggested that they valued me as a customer. That was my experience today. This review is for the service department of Ourisman Kia. The customer experience and service received are extremely poor. This includes the service manager and staff. It seems like most of the recent reviews share the same negative experience. That said, declining to fix a defect in Kias product which is covered under Kias warranty shows the lack of customer service and willingness to help.I brought in my new vehicle twice to be looked at for 2 defects. The car is new and is still under Kia’s warranty. They refused to resolve the issues or submit a claim to Kia because the vehicle wasn’t purchased from their dealership. They kept saying go to where you bought it from. When I explained that it doesn’t work for me to go to the other Kia dealership since Ourisman Kia is now the closest, they said there is nothing for them to fix.

Highly recommend going here. Not only were we greeted as we were walking in by our wonderful salesman Christian Sanchez. But the sales manager Gary took the time to talk with us and genuinely was curious about us. They took care of us the entire time we were there. Buying a car can be an arduous adventure but the staff made it easy and time flew by.Aaron made the financing experience feel flawless. Thank you for making my husbands Father’s Day one of a kind!!!

Great service, however this last time they seem to have cleaned my floor mats with something that contained oil. They were so slippery that its impacted driving. A week later whatever they used is still on there.

We have purchased three cars from this dealership in the past seven years. We recently took two of them in - one for a problem for one for maintenance. Between the two, the bill came to over $2,200. The day we picked up the second car, we came home and found a flyer in the mail for a 10% discount on servicing. I called several times to speak to the service manager and also emailed to see if they could give us a credit on our account and have not heard back. Very poor customer service in my opinion and we will likely be looking for another local Kia when we purchase/repair a Kia again.

I am definitely not someone who enjoys car shopping but this group made the experience very easy. I knew exactly which car I wanted to see when I walked in about 90 minutes before closing on a Friday night thinking that I would take a look and be back to finalize. Steven Monaghan is an outstanding sales person. He knew what I was looking for - didnt ask if I wanted to look at anything different (more expensive) - and had pricing completed in fifteen minutes. We test drove together and when I decided price was right and car was definitely what I wanted, I was expecting to come back to finalize. Steven and Aaron King, the business manager, stayed well past closing to have all the paperwork ready. I came back on Saturday to finalize and they had my car clean and ready to go. I stopped back in a few days later because a key fob had a dead battery and Steven made sure it would get done and the Service Department had me out the door in twenty minutes. I have already referred a friend to Steven.

We havent found a car yet, but our experience with Felton was AWESOME! He was kind, listened to what we needed, honest, and low pressure (a credit to Kia). I would feel very comfortable buying a car from him if we found the right one.

The people are very friendly. I had some unpleasant things to deal with and hadnt intended to come back. I needed a safety recall done. Not only did they fix it, they did a complete safety check on my car and texted me what needed to be done so they could address what I chose while they had it, complete with prices. When I picked my car up, they did some minor repairs from my run in with a deer. They pretty much won my back with their level of service.

I came in about a week ago not really knowing what I wanted, but Darius was the perfect salesman for me. He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about Kia’s entire line of vehicles. The value of my trade-in was amazing, and there was not a moment when I was remotely uncomfortable throughout the whole process. Tyler, one of the finance managers, was also incredible to work with. I recently purchased a 2022 Kia Sportage from Ourisman because of the amazing customer experience I had. In early August I went to Ourisman simply to test drives some vehicles, as I was in the market for a new vehicle but was honestly leaning a little more towards Hyundai, as many of my immediate family drive Hyundai. Darius Peterson was our sales associate that day and was a great resource for what we were looking for and what Ourisman had to offer as a dealership. But as I mentioned, I was still leaning a little more toward Hyundai. Well that ended quickly as almost every local Hyundai dealership I dealt with was a truly horrendous experience. I get it, due to unusual circumstances with there being a chip shortage, the car market is a little scarce (to say the least), but after my amazing experience with Darius and at Ourisman, I could not justify going with any other dealership. So visited Ourisman Kia again and was once again greeted with so much insight and amazing customer service. Darius and the rest of the team I dealt with (Business manager Dan) made the process seamless. I traded in my prior vehicle and within a few hours was driving my new Sportage home! I truly recommend the team at Ourisman to anyone who is looking into a new vehicle. The name speaks for itself but I was able to see first hand what the experience was like at several other dealerships in the area and no one came even close to Ourisman Chantilly.

Im giving three stars to represent my overall experience. I would not recommend this dealer to my network.Sales - Zia in sales is reason why this review gets 3 starts instead of 1. Zia was helpful, communicative, and was not pushy from the start. My overall experience working with him was pleasant.UPDATED: Finance - My original 3 star rating was due to a poor experience with Elisa in finance. I initially found her approach to negotiate my trade to be extremely rude, not taking ample time or effort to walk me through my options. I found her delivery in explaining warranties and coverage to be extremely rude. Since posting this original review Elisa was very kind to reach out and apologize which was very appreciated. Shes been VERY helpful to make sure I have valid tags while I am waiting on my DC plates. Ive adjusted my review to 4 stars to reflect her additional efforts here to make up for our first encounter.Service - My car needed immediate service to add on a black roof. We had a great experience with our salesman, Cristian. We were worried at first that he would be a pushy and impatient salesman. He was nothing like that. He put up with us asking for prices on different used cars and let us test drive all of them. After we got interested in one of the cars, he listened to us, went to his supervisor with our offers, and all that...we ended up taking the car home. We were satisfied with our purchase.

I bought a new K5 a few weeks ago and could not be more pleased with the experience. We showed up late in the evening to just look around and get our used vehicle priced for trade in. Our sales guy, Jay (Jarred Wilson) was awesome! He clearly knew a ton about the vehicles and was able to answer any question we had. We never once felt rushed or pushed to look at something we were not interested in.Once it became more clear that we were very interested in the K5, Jay was quick to start showing us some of the more advanced features of the screen setup, the safety assistance options, etc.We were able to make a very solid deal with our trade in and left happy customers with a new K5. My mom had taken her car to Ourisman Chantilly Kia. To make a long story short she tried to get service for her car and she had a hard time. It was very upsetting to me to hear this from her. I called the service department and wanted to talk to the manager in regards to her experience. I called for the third time after leaving messages with the hope that someone would help me/us. The person who I spoke to was the Assistant Service Manager- Nicole Rice who was wonderful to not to both of us. WOW! is all I can say. She reassured me that my mom would be taken care the way she should have been from the beginning. My mom met the manager- also the Director of Parts and Services- Jeremy Patrick. Both Nicole and Jeremy made sure that my mom was taken care and they listened to her frustrations. Originally, my mom did not want to go back to Ourisman Chantilly Kia. She was so upset. Now she is happy and she will return knowing that Nicole and Jeremy took care of her. Thank you

4 star to Dealership.5 Star for my Sales rep Christian.Great selection of cars in their Inventory.Sales staff is very knowledgeable.Christian did a great job explaining the features of my car and I never felt pressured by him. He definitely deserves 5 stars.Sales manager was kinda pushy to buy a car and at times felt like I wanted to walk away. Luckily he was able to meet me close to my asking price but had to go back to dealership twice to get the price I wanted.*Dealer adds a $700 to $900 to the total price of car for Dealer paint protection applied to all carsSomething I did not ask for but since its already applied to car..there is nothing you can do. Thought this was kinda weird to have to pay extra for something that I didnt know or ask for.No mention of this on their website but thats the game Dealership plays i guess.Will definitely buy from here again.

Start to finish my Ourisman Chantilly Kia car buying experience was 5 ⭐️! I’m from Central Virginia (used the live in NoVa) and I initially made the trip here because of their HUGE inventory of vehicles. I applied online, was contacted immediately by Jodi and Brian. I made an appointment to come in and they were amazing from start to finish. Caroline showed me my vehicles I was interested in and sent me on multiple test drives. Caroline was so kind and even doted on my 5 year old, he had a blast. Anyone car shopping with kids knows it can be stressful, not at Ourisman. ❤️ Thank you! I will definitely be back in the future! When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, we felt extremely at ease, and all of our questions were answered. My family drove almost 4 hours one way to come to this Kia dealership for a specific SUV that we couldnt find any closer to home. We were met by Marcus, who dealt with our entire sale. He was professional and respectful. They have a kids playroom with a TV, movies, toys, books, chairs and a kids table. It was perfect because we had driven there with our 9 year old and one year old. We were able to hang out in the kids room and have almost all of the conversations and sale in there. The manager gave my daughters little rubber ducks and Popsicles, but not before asking my permission. We drove out of there extremely happy with our purchase and experience with customer service from this dealership and would definitely recommend it!!

Even after moving states away, we still come back ONLY to this dealership. They are responsive, courteous, give you a great deal and make you feel special. Was searching for a nice used car during this upswing in the market. This dealership had great cars at decent prices. Jay and Aaron were absolute gems to work with and made sure every question and need were met. Theres a reason why this is our 8th Kia in the family from this delearship. Could not recommend a better dealership for new and used cars.

The customer service is horrible and they have an incredible high market adjustment price. I walked away from the car I liked due to the rude behavior of the General Manager Billy. He is just incrediblely rude and has no idea of good customer service. 2 weeks later a coworker of mine had the same experience with Billy and the dealership. Stay away from this place.

Avoid. Krystal especially avoid and she is in finance so good luck buying a car here. Avoid at all costs. They use bait & switch tactics. They will not honor deals listed on KIA official website. Avoid. Go somewhere else.

We had an awesome experience! Went in to look at the Seltos but after talking it through with our sales consultant, Jay, he recommended looking at the Sportage too (which we ultimately bought and LOVE). I visited today this dealer to buy a car for my son who is going to college. We looked at 2 cars, one of them is the Rio. We test drive it and we liked it. We ask for prices, the salesperson and the sales manager (Crystal Mullins) came with a quote, I asked to give me few minutes with my son to discuss the price. After few minutes the Sales Manager cameback saying I have made a mistake with the quotation but we will honor the quote price if you purchase today. After I discussed the purchase with my son we decided to go ahead with the purchase and we informed the salesperson to proceed but suddenly a man showed up, assuming a higher manager, and said sorry we will not honor the price and the new price is about 3k more than the original quote.I have never seen or heard of such bad customer service. It is such a confused place. Have bunch of incompetent people have no clue what they are doing nor how to provide customer service.Never stepping back in this chaotic place.

After leaving two other dealerships, one where no one would come to help me, the other I loved the car but it was just too expensive and the salesperson offered no other options and got annoyed when I said I had to review my finances first. I came to Kia and was helped by Tyler Martin and Elisa Pena. They were interested in what I was looking for, what my budget was, and gave me a few choices. I enjoyed my shopping experience and Tyler Bratcher made the buying part easier than I expected. I would definitely recommend this dealership. And I love my new Kia Sportage!
