I had a wonderful experience with Sports Plus! We were making t-shirts for an event and Paul was very helpful and great to work with. We are absolutely thrilled with the shirts we ordered. Good quality and price for youth sports teams. Weve used him a couple times and the orders came out well, on quality fabric and they were accommodating to different requests. I have not visited the store front - we worked through our team rep - but we love the results so far.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I would love to give them zero stars, but its not an option. I placed an order over a month ago and was told I would receive the items within 10-12 business days. After I didnt receive them I sent an email asking when I would be getting my merchandise and got a generic response saying it was still in production. Obviously this company can not deliver what is promised or be honest with their customers. Now I have to have my credit card company dispute the charges, because they had no problem charging my card, but cant produce the items.

The man I spoke with on the phone was informative on what types of designs they do but when I told him I needed it by the end of the same day he just laughed at me (and was not trying to hide it) and said good luck with that one, okay bye bye. I am not saying this request should have been doable, but he did not have to laugh at me. POOR customer service, and I work in customer service so I would know to just kindly apologize and decline the service. How unfortunate that he was representing this company.

Terrible customer service and very racist and prejudiced people . Would not recommend getting a job done here because they will lie and not get it done on time and the owner is a fat slob. This place should be shut down . Save yourself time and pride because the customer service is terrible.
